Je ne suis pas une personne qui émet des commentaires sur internet habituellement… mais je devais le faire à propos de KSI. Nous sommes une petite famille qui travaille fort pour réussir à entreprendre des rénovations sur notre maison. Le projet d’actualiser le look de notre cuisine a été le résultat de beaucoup de compromis dans les dernières années. Nous avons été voir plusieurs fabricants de cuisines… mais nous avons arrêté notre choix sur KSI … même si c’était à plus de 100kms de notre demeure. Le professionnalisme de notre représentante (Stéphanie), toute son écoute et son expérience nous a grandement aidés. Les matériaux de très hautes qualités à comparer à leurs compétiteurs ainsi que leurs prix nous ont convaincus. Sincèrement… le rapport qualités prix.la vitesse de conception… la minutie de l’équipe d’installation … et le respect de tout les délais! Tout a été plus que parfait! Je n’ai que de bons mots pour cette compagnie. Il est rare en 2023 de trouver des entrepreneurs qui respectent tout les échéanciers et les budgets de chacun. Allez magasiner et ensuite rendez vous chez KSI à Brossard et demandez Stéphanie…vous allez vite comprendre! Bravo à toute l’équipe et à notre représentante Stéphanie! MERCI

We have chance to meet Ksi cuisine team specially Miss Shelley at Brossard. From the beginning she was very helpful, and she took time to understand our need. Miss Shelley proposed to us different solutions and show us different model and idea. She was engaged from the beginning of the project to ensure that our Kitchen project meet well our expectation.
For now, we are in the beginning of the project, and we do not hesitated to sign with KSI cuisine solution an agreement for our project at home in Brossard. The quality of product that they offer are very competitive from what we saw in the market. For those raisons, I am confident that at the end of the project my wife and I will be very satisfied.

Looking at my newly renovated kitchen every day is to feed eyes with great joy! I am really grateful to KSI and Kevin for the support and help all the way. Je ne laisse pas souvent de commentaires sur les entreprises mais cette fois-ci cela vaut la peine de prendre le temps car cuisine KSI se démarque des autres.et pour vous faire sauver du temps et de l'argent.moi j'aurais apprécié le savoir.

Premièrement, nous avons fait le tour des cuisinistes de notre coin pour voir un peu leurs projets en salle de montre. Diantre que nous avons été déçus par les prix épouvantables et ce, même quand le stratifié était utilisé. De plus, certains cuisinistes vendent des kit de cuisine soi-disant plus abordables mais nous avions l’impression qu'on voulait nous passer des cabinets dépassés en plastique. Nous étions vraiment déçus de nos visites et des prix exorbitants.

Puis nous sommes allés rencontrer Heather chez cuisine KSI par hasard et en ayant perdu de vue notre projet. Nous avons tout de suite vu en magasin un démo cuisine qui nous plaisait tous les deux EN VRAI BOIS et porte pleine ÉRABLE. Pas de plaquage, pas de niaisage: plein de choix de poignées, de couleurs de quartz pour le comptoir couronnés par de VRAIS bons prix. Nous avons été impressionnés par leurs prix AINSI que la qualité et avoir su, on aurait jamais fait tout le tour de la rive-sud!

Nous avons été guidé par Heather qui est une vrai perle! Elle est rigoureuse et ne laisse rien au hasard même mes questions répétitives. Je suis la preuve vivante qu'elle sait gérer les clientes perfectionnistes et anxieuses! Je voulais une cuisine parfaite et je l'ai eue! Merci @ Heather qui a dépassé mes attentes.

Mo, my designer was always on top of the project from beginning to end. She guided me and shared her input throughout the project. She is very professional and hands on. There were a few deficiencies issues with granite company taking wrong measurements and delivering a smaller countertop. The painter forgetting to paint around the spotlights or contractor forgetting to install baseboards. She is so efficient and that every problem was resolved ASAP. I highly recommend working with her on future projects.

Heather recommended us the kitchen blower (fan). After self-installation and initial usages, I found that she has done a great job to recommend us this product, which is quite decent in quality and very comparative in price. I think she know her product very well.
The next-day-to-door delivery was also very fast and convenient to us too. The hard work of the delivery person was also greatly appreciated.
But most thankful thing is that when we were doing the installation, Heather came in person to help and guide us. This has prevented us from getting into any possible troubles and saved us a lot of time during the installation.
On behalf of KSI, Heather has shown her professionalism and enthusiasm both to her job and client. We are really satisficed with her service.

I had my kitchen remodeled by KSI Cuisine Solutions: This is not a simple decision, but I am very satisfied with the results and my choice to go with KSI Cuisine Solutions. To begin, I would like to mention that Heather, the project manager, is customer oriented; she listened to what I needed, did not try to change or impose options or additions. She stayed within my budget. She was quick to respond to my questions or concerns, from the start to the end of the project. The project timeline was respected, ontime delivery. The general contractor, Jay, is very professional. He is attentive to detail, and follows up on the quality of work. He and his crew were very careful during the work, to make sure my belongings, and other parts of my home were protected against any damages - from start to end. The carpenter that did the installation (Elo) did an excellent job, down to the smallest detail. The only comment I would have is for the countertop installation - they need to be more careful to not damage the cabinets during installation.
Next year, I will need to update my bathroom, and I will not hesitate to call upon this company for a quote.

Professional and affordable, the service perfectly meets my expectations. Heather was able to adapt to my tastes to allow me to choose materials and styles to match. They allowed me to find payment solutions and were very punctual despite the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The final work is greatly appreciated as well as the maintenance tips.

I had KSI design my kitchen and it was everything i wanted. They are very detailed and helpful from beginning to the end. The renovation was easier than I expect. I would recommend them again and if I have another home would definitely go with them again. They have very competitive price compared to home depot, ikea, etc. 200% satisfied!

J'ai eu un très bon service de A à Z. La cuisiniste, nommée Mo, n'a pas ménagé les efforts pour arriver au meilleur design possible pour ma cuisine. Elle est même revenue chez moi, après l'approbation du design final, car elle avait trouvé une meilleure solution. L'installation s'est faite très rapidement à la date prévue. Le comptoir en quartz a été installé seulement une semaine après l'installation des armoires, ce qui est très très rapide. Des portes d'armoires endommagées lors de l'installation ont été remplacées sans problèmes. Les armoires sont en bois ce qui permet de les repeindre plus tard, si nécessaire. Nous sommes agréablement surpris de la qualité et de la beauté de nos armoires. Cette compagnie offre un service professionnel hors pair, je vous la recommande sans hésitation.

The worst place to buy a kitchen from. My friend has very bad experience with them.very low quality and they do not respect the guarantee they gave.
