KSI did an amazing job with our kitchen renovation. Their designer Ruby and software made it very easy to plan and execute modifications. Products are good quality, manufactured in Quebec, all-wood, including the spacers/trim pieces. The track hardware as well as the dove tailed drawers, were equally impressive. You will not find these at your local Reno box store. Quality was very important for us. Great value for money was the added bonus. Timeline was exactly as promised, in fact completion was ahead of original schedule. The installation and plumbing teams were exceptional, courteous and respectful of our property. Their Service Department was easily available for questions and communication was quick and efficient. Their countertop partner is also highly recommended, A+. If you are 100% sure of what you want, then this is the Company for you as any change, even slight, from the contract will incur penalty fees. They adhere to the signed contract with no deviation. Deposit and payment terms are firm, but in the end, our initial concerns proved to be a non-issue. We did not opt for the free financing so cannot comment. KUDOS to the KSI team, Thank You!

I really love my new kitchen.
There were a couple of issues that they tried their very best to solve.
They did give good customer service and the quality of their work is good.

But, Their business practices such as, a $1,000.non refundable deposit before measurements and payment upfront before delivery and installation are very strange.

We decided to go with them anyway because we thought we were getting such a good deal.
It was not a good deal after all. The initial quoted price is for a very basic kitchen, by the time you add in the pantry and other functional items you end up paying as much as any other company.

I felt with Ruby and she’s an absolute delight! Service from start to finish is 10/10. She explained everything in great detail. She tries to get you the best pricing. I even got a free sink! Just show up with some pictures and rough measurements of your kitchen and watch the magic happen. She was able to make the design right on the spot and it was the best design I’ve received after shopping around. I will be going back for my next kitchen project.

Service is the best! One thing is impressive to me. I was watching them to do the design in half hour, draw the design REALLY fast at the front of you after you provided an approximate measurement and photos, and chose the specific products in their showroom. After some conversation of details, the price came out. One meeting they figure out many solutions with prices and you can make the decision. I compared several companies, their materials quality is the best, designers are more professional and answer you questions rapidly. Their price is fair, and their wood cabinets price are the best in the market. The most important reason I chose them is when I was having first meeting with them, their two previous clients came in, one of them spoke to me and my designer to recommend KSI to me, saying their installation going wonderfully, nice job with great kitchen design. Another client had the meeting with another designer and I heard that couple mentioned the quality is great after their kitchen done 5 years before with another KSI branch store, and they will do another kitchen with this company again. I was very lucky to see these two groups. One case might be just happenchance, and two cases are the sure things. Third thing will be my project so I made my decision and pay them. Finally I proved my kitchen was done perfectly. Cabinets delivery on time, installer finished the installation and counter people came to measure, then the counter installed even faster than scheduled. I heard so many dramas in construction field, everybody else is late and screws up your renovation, but KSI is pretty accurate on timing of job, design, and installation. If there would be 10 stars rating, I could give them 20 stars.

We bought the countertops and installation at KSI Cuisine Solutions, they offered great service. Alice understood our style and respected our choices; she is very polite. The installers were on time, worked fast and left the area clean, also very polite. I would recommend this store. Thank you!

I worked with Alice on designing a kitchen and built-in storage along a wall. She is a really pleasant person to work with! So helpful and knowledgeable, replied very promptly and was extremely patient with my questions and the complexity of what we wanted to do. She even met me once at another location that was more convenient for me. She really wanted to help and ensure I was satisfied. The installation will take place in May. The pricing is very competitive for all wood cabinets!
