I initially had my doubts, I hesitated. I was simply not sure. But I decided to give KSK Computers a try. I did not regret it in the end. KSK Computers fully recovered data from my damaged MacBook in a timely manner. In addition to their technical efficiency, KSK Computers showed humanity and humility by picking up the MacBook at my residence and following up to make sure the recovered data were usable on my new device. I would visit KSK Computers in the future if I have issues with my computers and would recommend KSK.

I brought in my gaming PC to KSK to fix my computer cooling system. Owner is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. I'm also impressed with how quick the service was. Brought my computer in on a Friday evening around 6 Pm. Owner completed my request and had me pick up Saturday morning. Prices are very fair. 10/10 would recommend doing business with KSK Computers.

I called Mr. Koneswaran at KSK Computers about replacing an old hard-drive with a new SSD on my mac mini. We exchanged information via text and then I made arrangements for him to pick up the computer. However, when he arrived and saw the age of the computer (I had made a mistake about the year), he advised that it might not be worthwhile as the upgraded computer would not be able to use an operating system more recent that OS Catalina. He had come out of his way and declined an offer to pay for his travel time. I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity. He gave good advice that helped a potential customer make a good decision, even if he lost a job worth in the short term. However, now I know who to go to and who to recommend for future work because I know I can trust his advice.

I just called KSK based on reviews and the reviews are right! Super nice guy, came to my place to pick up my computer that had stopped turning on and wasn't charging anymore. I also had a recent Crack through the led screen. Charged upfront to a diagnostic check. Turns out the video card was fried and with the cracked screen wasn't worth the price of fixing it further given the age of the laptop as well. He gave me a quote to extract the hard drive and convert it into a portable USB drive and returned my computer and the new drive with all my important files to me the next day.

I brought in my IMac because it was running very slow. He was able to determine what was wrong and offer me a couple of different options for repair. The service was very quick and professional. At all times we were in constant contact so I always knew what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted KSK computers after having some issues with my 2012 PC (it couldn't boot anymore). Turns out the SSD drive was faulty and the video card as well (which didn't came as a surprise, as it had been showing some signs lately). We discussed options - I was willing to upgrade some additional parts - but for compatibility issues (motherboard, other drive, power supply.), we agreed on just replacing the SSD drive and the video card instead of a full upgrade.

Konesh managed to recover the data on my old drive and copy it over to the new one. He had the proper parts in hand (hard to get these days), and he kept me informed (text/phone) of what he was doing all along.

Very good (and quick) service, very reasonable prices considering the difficulty to have access to spares for an old computer.

I took my Gigabyte Gaming Desktop for repairs at KSK computers because I ran into a snag while trying to complete the build that I started on my own. Konesh is a true professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the PC ready the same day. He kept in touch throughout the process to provide updates on the progress of the repair, and to provide advice. The PC now runs beautifully. The cost was reasonable and I consider it to be very good value since I believe that you get what you pay for. My imac recently crashed due to hard drive failure, ksk computers managed to get my data back wich I thought had lost forever. Put a new ssd drive in my computer and now it's back running again.thanks ksk computers

Major disaster. All my family files; documents, pictures & VIDEOs deleted. No problem, been there before. Went to my 3rd Party professional backup software to restore. Didn't work - error codes and corruption. A little nervous but also had a seperate offsite physical backup. Same problem! @? My life was down the tube. Took a chance with KSK to recover from corrupted backups. Took him a few days - but they did it. What can I say they are wonderful!

Fantastic service! My mid 2012 macbook died on me suddenly on a Friday. I had not done a recent back-up, and I needed the files preserved. So I went to the nearest Apple store to get it fixed. After being turned away at the ''Genius'' bar, I looked up the nearest place with the best reviews, and KSK computers showed up. I dropped off the fried laptop on a Friday, and just now picked it up early Monday morning, with everything transferred on another laptop for a fair price. Needless to say, KSK saved my life here. I have never dealt with a business like this that was so responsive. For me that is the most important. Within 24h of a blue screen of death the computer was diagnosed, backed up, replacement hardware installed and windows installed. Amazing!

I have been an Apple person since the late '70's with an Apple IIe. I've had 4 different Apple/Mac computers since then using Apple products at home and Microsoft/IBM ones at work. Of course any problems (never in the Macs) was always taken care of by the IT professionals at work. Since my retirement from work I've only had my Macs at home and no IT professionals. The inevitable happened with my 10 year old IMac when my video card ceased to function. I called SKS and Konesh suggested the best bet would be to get a new iMac at about $4000. He said I would have trouble migrating Music and Photos because I was using an older OS. I decided the solution for me would be to install a refurbished Video card. Konesh suggested it would take a week to two to get the part and install it. However, the price would only be a quarter of the cost of a new computer. Two days after he got the computer it was done. It works perfectly. I could not be more pleased.

KSK services don't come cheap but what price do you place on competency and integrity! He correctly diagnosed the fault in my 2011 iMac, that the genius bar after 5 separate visits and full diagnosis failed to find, attributing the problem to a software issue but nonetheless gave a clean bill of health just a week before. The problem (failing often to reboot) persisted even after erasing & reinstating OS. KSK diagnosed the problem as a faulty video card that he claimed he could repair. He does not promise what he can't deliver and really delivers on what he promises. He repaired the video card but could not offer a guarantee on the life-span of the card following repair. He claimed that it all depended on how good the original card was which I thought was understandable. One month later my computer is functioning well. He certainly knows what he is doing and is trustworthy, so would highly recommend him.

As usual, Konesh answered very quickly, came to pick up my computer at a time that worked for me, and got back to me very quickly with what the problem was, with photos and recommendations. He then returned the fixed computer to me a couple of hours later. Friendly, professional, trustworthy - I really appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell. Recommend highly.

Good luck trying to find someone better! Konesh was not only courteous and knowledgeable but his prices are affordable and reasonable. I needed the battery replaced in my Mac Book Pro. I dropped off my laptop with him at 7pm and he said he’ll have it ready by the next day. He messaged me about an hour later and said the work was done! He sent me photos and screen shots every step of the way; from opening the laptop, to diagnostics screens of the hardware installation. I highly recommend KSK and would not hesitate to bring my computers in for servicing again!

It is the first time i use any computer repair service. I was impressed by Konesh's honesty when he gave me some free tips to try before bringing in my computer for him to fix. After i brought the computer to him. I was impressed by his knowlege, openeness and effeciency. He walked me though the diagnostic in layman term and fixed it promptly for a very reasonable price without any surprises.

Overall i am very satisfied with KSK's service and I will bring my macbook in to clean and checkup annually.

Fixed my PC after my keyboard drawer broke and fell on top of my tower. HDD was damaged as well and managed to clone the files to a newer one that saved me hundreds of dollars in case it needed recovery. Worked very fast, updated me constantly and get prompt suggestions if needed. Would come see him again! Highly recommended!

It's the fastest repair for your laptops and he gives good advice for your laptops and what software is good or bad for your computer.

There is nothing scarier (tech-wise) than waking up on a Saturday morning to find your high-end gaming/work PC won't even turn on. I called around and "big name" companies were quoting outrageous diagnosis fees, and even then would only look at it on Monday at the earliest.

I then called KSK Computers. At first, I was hesitant because I admittedly hadn't heard of them before. The gentleman there was very helpful on the phone, with the utmost professionalism, which put me at ease. It was also snowing outside, so delivery of the PC to him was going to be an issue for me. That's when he informed me that he can pick up and deliver my PC for me! Not only that, but he was at my door within an hour!

He also seems to be a very fast and efficient worker, keeping in touch with me on every step along the way. Turns out I needed a new power supply. He contacted me to tell me as soon as he found out. Then we talked again to confirm which new PSU I wanted. I felt far more updated than I would've with GeekSquad or MicroBytes.

He then delivered my fixed PC in just 24 hours! For anyone reading this, that heavily depends on what needs fixing and the availability for replacement parts, but I have never had that much attention and fast service on any level of service work ever before!

The first time I used KSK Computers, I was so happy with the work, that I vowed that he would be my 'go-to' computer repair guy from now on. So here I am, my second time using his service, for a different computer issue, and once again I am super happy with the job. This time my laptop would not boot up, I researched online and I tried everything recommended, but the computer stays on a blue screen. Not only did KSK fix that issue, he installed new hard drives, and now the computer works much faster than before. But most important of all, was that I did not lose any files and data.
