L2 lounge

Its not how it used to be. I used to go weekly but because of my bad customer service experience. I won’t be going there again

When I usually go to l2 the drinks are great but the other day I ordered taro and it was absolutely disgusting. I think the milk was spoiled and I’ve tried their taro before, and it did not taste like that, but other than that the service was good. I also got a different drink and they forgot the Ice in it. I could tell the lady at the front desk had a long day, but she was still kind enough to give me a refund (1 star for the service)

Came today, Saturday with my daughter for a bubble tea for our birthdays. Outside it was raining and slow so we arrived 5mins before closing. We waited in line for 10 mins and the girl came to tell us that they are closed and the last people to order would be the family ahead of us. I explained to her that it was our birthday. She didn't care. Left us there with my 8 yo in tears. Never going back.

Taro Milk Tea was very average. However the Hokkaido bubble tea was very good especially with the perls that burst.

Very frustrating 10 min before closing time customer online thay had told to the lady you are the last client!
Management could pay the employees for their extra time and not refusing customer
when you are in a mall is for shopping you cant have a drink in hand so you should close after the other business not before

I've been hooked on the pink lemonade and lemon honey mint drink with peach pip bubbles. My favorite drink spot. Staff are awesome and the owners are really cool people. I'm due for a drink.

Best bubble tea in West Island. Kids love it. It generally gets busy so expect to wait in line.

This hidden gem is pretty easy to miss especially when it gets too busy. We managed to get there when it was relatively quiet and didn't have to wait too long. There's something for everyone on the menu, even those who've never had bubble tea before. I like how you can customise your order just the way you want it.

Got the Thai milk tea with tapioca and grass jelly and it was on point. Would definately visit again. Super busy place inside of Fairview mall so expect a lineup.

So many selection of fruit teas, milk teas and coffee. You can also customize your drink by adding tapioca pearls or jellies. Arrived before the lunch rush and received excellent service. However, be prepared to wait during busy times.

Bad service, the cashier was very rude. There wasn't anybody in line, they took more than 10 minutes to make my drink. The boba was all stuck together, like a big clump.

L2 Lounge Pointe-Claire is a decent place to get your bubble tea in the area.

It is extremely popular for all the locals and people who want their bubble tea within the shopping centre.

I tried a few of their juices and I love it. Their smoothies are delicious and comes in many flavors and drinks. It is decent and a little sweet for me but it was not a big deal.

The only thing they should have at this place is a medium size. They only have a Small, Large and Extra Large which is a bummer compared to Real fruit tea. Because they should more sizes for bubble tea and other drinks.

Service can be slow as well since only three or four people order and they have a lot of customers especially if it is busy. So you need to wait a little bit if there is a lot of customers.

I had no serious issues at this place and will pass by from to time if need be. A great reccomendation for L2.

Absolutely love this place. I've tried many other bubble tea places, but there is zero comparison, this is by far my favourite!

Great service. One of the staff came to get the people waiting in the lines orders to speed up the process as each drink is made to order and takes time. Which means there is often a line up when I go to L2. Though I personally didn't like the new flavour I tried but that is because of my own personal taste. Nothing to do with the stand!

One of the best bubble tea places in Montréal. Delicious and not as pricy as other downtown places

Good bubble tea in the Fairview mall. Got served in English and in French. The choices are great, you can get milk tea, fruity tea, iced coffees and even shakes. Taste and price is great. I recommend!

This may have been the best bubble tea I've ever had. It's the first time I've seen cherry as one of the flavor options and it definitely didn't disappoint. I got green tea with cherry flavor as well as peach popping bubbles and tapioca. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back to get it again!

We Ordered the bubble tea (
Pineapple and passion fruit) and green tea in slush with strawberry perles.it was very good to try!

They got my order wrong and then told me they don’t have what I want even tho I have the same thing every time worst one in mtl

The only milk tea chain in West Island. A lot of choices too! Must try Hokkaido milk tea 25% sugar with pearls and egg pudding. Also the Thai milk tea good to know that they are now serving Extra Large cup of beverage.

I have been to all of the L2’s in MTL & the Fairview one is my least favorite. In terms of customer service, they are the least friendliest compared to the other l2’s but it is understandable I guess because of how busy it can get (they are surprisingly only 2 employees in this branch). Drinks are a hit & miss.

Place is very courteous. First time I went, the cashier told me how it works and didn't rush me. Bubble tea is delicious and made fast. Im nit addicted to the black milk tea bubble tea. Would very much recommend.

Great if you like boba, many different selections available but can be a little expensive for boba.

Quality has improved significantly recently. Still very unfortunate we cannot use the reusable l2 cups we bought a year ago. Service is fast, despite there often being a long line.

Les meilleurs bubble tea sont chez L2 Lounge, sans aucun doute, miam! Le meilleur c'est le bubble tea au taro avec perles de tapioca! C'est wow!

Recently got kinda bad service I usually order hot milk tea with green tea, you guys screwed it few times, either gave me a cold one either gave me with black tea, I was too nice to take whatever you prepared, but next time I won’t compromise and get exactly what I order and please don’t be cheap on the amount

Aujourd’hui, 2 juillet 2020 nous avons pris deux thés au goût melon et miel avec lait et perles aux fraises pour moi et ma fille. Nous sommes les deux intoxiqués! Nous avons des nausées et ma petite fille a la diarrhée.: (Je suis déçue et je vais plus jamais acheter des produits chez vous!

The L2 in fairview is the worst service ever! They never have anything on their menu, always speak to the customers with attitudes and say "my manager says" and when you ask to speak to a manager they are never
actually there!

I've been many times to all the other locations and they always serve you with a smile and extremely polite. Why can't fairview be even half as decent? !? !? !

One of the best buble tea spots in Montreal. Wide selection of high quality buble tea flavours, for a fair price. Being a popular spot however the lines can get long.

The number one reason for recommending this shop is the tapioca. They have the freshest tapioca of all the places that I have tried in town. Mediocre tea makes for an ok buble tea. Mediocre tapioca is just gross.

If you are near the west island of Montreal, this is where you should be buying your bubble tea.

Most of the time when I go, the service is fairly good, other than the fact that the employees aren't very friendly, but I went to this shop not long ago and I waited for my tea for around 20 minutes. Numerous people that payed after me were getting served before me and the employees didn't notice or ignored me. I ordered a regular drink, usually it doesn't take long. When I told them that I have ordered a long time ago, the cashier said that he was doing it, when he wasn't.he was serving other people at the cash. Very bad experience, I hope you fix this.

Tellement long comme service! Cela fait 20 minutes que j’attends pour mon drink. La caissière remplie les verres avec ses cheveux de devant qui ne sont pas attachés. Il était tiède et non froid! C’est assez ordinaire! Je n’y retournerai plus!

Everyone was so friendly to customers?: they all are patient, respectful and smiley while serving. I went with my friend today and that first amazing experience absolutely makes me want to go back again! We ordered the ones that are the most popular, they were pretty good. I’ll certainly decompose and recombine the menu to discover more good tastes

Had to wait in line 10 minutes, then to be told no more tapioca, and we have to wait 20 minutes. The said they had enough for a small size only, so my girlfriend took a small and only had a bit of Tapioca, no apologies nor alternative offered, staff went with it and cracking joke behind the counter

One star off for the price. Another star off for enormous waiting time on weekends. Also they do not accept credit cards.

Would of given a higher rating since nothing is wrong with the drinks itself but dang sonny the lines are always hecking long takes forever to get your drink
