Really good bubble milk tea, the drinks are a bit too sweet so it’s a good idea to ask for a bit less sugar.

I really love the drinks and the service. It was fast and tasty! I really recommend this place:)

Le service est très négligé, les employés devraient considérer changer d’emploi, elles ont pas l’aire d’enjoy d’être là

J’ai attendu pour 2 bubble tea pendant 1h.inacceptable.je ne tolère pas ce comportement haineux entre les gens qui achete leurs bonnes boisson on a daily.

Je voulais acheter un verre de petit format mais il n'y a pas alors il nous charge le grand format. C'est une façon d'avoir plus d'argent. Ça fait un bout qu'il n'y a pas le petit format. Vous devez les avoir sinon donner égaliser le prix.

Mon frappé a été prêt très vite comparé aux autres station de boissons! La personne à la caise a été très aidant et a pris son temps de m’expliquer tout sur le menu! De plus le perles de tapioca mon été offertes gratuitement si je donnais mon opinon ici!

Mauvais service à la clientèle et grosse attente…
Il ne restait plus de petit verre donc ils nous chargent pour un large malgré qu’ils ont plus de petit verre. La gérante présente s’en foutais et elle dit qu’elle ne pouvait simplement rien faire.

Augmentation de prix déguisée en prétextant n’avoir plus de petits formats une fois rendu à la caisse après avoir attendu 30 minutes en ligne. Vraiment pas correct.

Very tasty drink however it took a lot of time and it seems like the staff was wasting time talking to themselves and watching their phones.

L2 was my go to bubble tea place, however recently I bought a drink from L2 and received an overcook tapioca. It was tasteless and hard. Im disappointed because I’ve spend at-least 50$ on their drinks on that day. Their staff members are nice and hardworking but the price I paid for the drinks completely disappointed.

Les breuvages sont bons, mais le service est affreux.souvent les employés ont l'air bête et frustré. En plus, il faut souvent attendre beaucoup avant d'être servie et encore plus pour recevoir notre commande.

C'est trop bon!
J'y vais à chaque fois que je viens au carrefour, juste avant de sortir.

The cashier took the time of her life to take my order. Acting as of she is busy but she is such a bad actress. Then when we asked for extra help to buy the macarons she basically started chit chatting with her colleague. We asked who will serve us then she answered sarcastically someone will come to help. From the start of serving a customer to the end she had that attitude problem. We don't need to have free garnish to write a fake review.

J’ai commandé mes drinks à cet endroit à plusieurs reprises et je n’ai aucun point négatif à mentionner.
Le service est rapide et aimable.
Les drinks sont sans reproches, toujours le même goût.
C’est assez populaire que parfois la ligne d’attente peut être un peu plus longue mais ça vas assez vite. Je recommande

Love the product but the owner should definitely be aware of their employee health. I do understand maximizing profit but don't overwork your staff like this! I mean clearly they are struggling to provide. I would resign on the spot

It was my first experience to try mango bubble tea here. Compare to prices charged, the size of mango bubble tea was too small. The drink tasted below average as compare to other places i have already tried.

Best Bubble Tea Ever. C'est mon endroit préféré pour acheter mon Bubble tea. J'ai essayé dans d'autres magasins et je n'ai rien trouvé de semblable à ce Bubble tea. Hautement recommandé. N'arrêtez pas d'essayer

The product is good and this is a small branch/store that is in the Mall and has alot of customer waiting. I just wish they have more employee to serve customer faster.

Ils étaient délicieux. Le service était correct. Le prix raisonnable. Le seul problème, et ce pour cela que je donne 3 étoiles, lundi à 14h plus de tapioca noire.

They didn't get right my order, which was a simple Taro bubble tea.they gave me the black tea one even when I specifically said this wasn't my order. Very disappointed. Won't buy from there again. I'll stick to the Chinatown one.

Worst service in person.
I got 3 extra instead of one. I had no confirmation of my order. It's so loud, we could here what the counter lady are saying. They were full staff behind the counter but everything took so long. It took 40 min waiting in lime to receive the wrong order.

I should have ordered from a delivery app.

Encore de la misère à croire que 1 fois sur 2, ils n'ont pas de tapioca. C'est un endroit spécifiquement dédié aux bubble tea. J'essaie encore de comprendre.

Liked it the first time but the second time drinks tasted like coconut even though we didn't ask for it. The chocolate Moka is good!

I would give less if I could. I waited 1 hour in line to order and get my drink, but once I got to the counter they told me to wait in an another line, who took 35 minutes, just to get a disgusting drink

Chaque fois que je m'y rends il y a une attente de minimum 40 minutes et ce, à n'importe quel moment de la journée. De plus, je demande plus de perles dans ma boisson pour au final en avoir moins qu'une portion normale.en tout cas faire la route jusqu'à celui à Montréal vaux mieux la peine que de se faire servir par ces gens qui ne sont meme pas réveiller pour travailler

Attente trop longue.pour se faire dire qu'il ne reste qu'une sorte de perle. Ils ont l'air désorganisé. Les files d'attente ne sont pas indiquées clairement.

I think this place is good, the only thing i did not enjoy was that the line was long and it was a long wait to get to the people who were taking the orders. It also took a while for them to prepare the drinks.

I went around 6pm service was quick Nd it was amazing service there was this really nice blonde girl at counter my card had gotten declined a couple times (my pins fault) and she had let me try again normally other places would’ve kicked me out aha 10/10 for sure

BAD customers service. I mean realy bad. The manager seams in a bad mood all the time. Very slow service too. What is such the hype that people are willing to wait more than an hour for a sweet drink? Make your money while the fad is on.
If I understand correctly, if you are out of the size large cups I have to pay for an extra large? How does this make sens as business? If you don’t have anymore cups of size large you should make the drink in large in a Xlarge cup. You should never tell your customer they have to pay more like it is their fault you ran out of your furniture. Not their fault, your fault.

Tasty bubble tea but the service is soooo slow! Waited 20 mins just for them to prepare one drink! Everyone in line got frusterated!:/

Drinks are always great, prices are good and service is super nice. Best bubble tea place I've been to so far.

Attente vraiment longue (30 min) parce que les employés ne se soucient pas des clients, ils font tout au ralenti et n’ont aucune courtoisie (aucun bonjour ni bonne journée). En plus ils se trompent dans les commandes et ne cessent de recommencer les breuvages. Tout simplement décevant.

The drinks taste good but are so expenssive for what it is (over 7$ for an extralarge, lets be honest there is nothing but sugar in there) also I waited 40 minutes for my drink while there was only 4 people in line before me, the staff is definitely extremely slow, they seems to prioritise uber eat orders over customers that are currently in line. Dont go there if you are in a hurry

Really slow! Mr.pretzels line is way better than this location, there are 3 people working yet it is so slow!
Bubble tea is good but service is terrible! If have 20-25 mins to spare go ahead there to buy bubble tea. Thats how long u have to wait. Reallly sad!

"La gérante" c'est la pire employée et elle est tellement irritante. C'est lent comme service aussi. Il y a des meilleurs places pour du boba!

I'm a big fan of the L2 in the CF St-Bruno. I just visited this L2 in CD Laval and I l'm really disappointed. I ordered a mango smoothie with milk and I received a drink that tastes like mango water.
Bad service.

Pire service à la clientèle! C'était la première fois qu'on allais dans ce L2. On a attendu 30 minutes dans la file et quand nous sommes enfin arrivées à la caisse pour dire notre commande au caissier, une employée qui clamait être la gérante nous a couper la parole et nous a demander si on avait un papier blanc avec notre commande dessus et on a répondu que non puisqu'elle n'est jamais venue nous voir pour prendre notre commande en avance sur un papier, pendant qu'on faisait la file.elle ose nous crier dessus en disant qu'on avait dépasser tout le monde dans la file quand clairement on était dans la file pendant 30 minutes. Manque de professionnalisme et pourtant elle a passer devant nous au moins deux fois et elle n'est jamais venue nous voir! On a répéter plusieurs fois qu'on était dans la file elle peux même regarder dans les caméras, pourquoi on mentirais! Elle répètait sans cesse qu'elle était la gérante et en plus de tout sa elle ose nous dire la prochaine fois d'aller la voir si elle a pas pris notre commande en avance. Pourtant, c'est sa job de s'assurer de demander à tout le monde si elle a déjà pris leur commande, comment elle veux qu'on sache c'est comme sa que sa fonctionne dans ce L2 Lounge. Je dois aussi mentionner que quand elle a commencer à prendre les commandes en avance sur un papier, elle est allée voir ceux qui étaient à la fin de la file en premier au lieux de ceux qui était là en premier. Logiquement, on commence toujours par ceux qui sont en premier dans la file et non le contraire, sinon ils auraient pas eux tout ce mal entendu. On pensait peut-être le fait qu'on était près de la caisse était la raison pour lequel elle n'est pas venue nous voir mais non. Bref, elle s'est même pas excuser de nous avoir crier dessus et surtout de nous avoir accuser d'avoir dépasser tout le monde.

Le thé est bon mais le service.j'aimais vue ça, plusieurs employés, une fil de fou dehors pis entre les commandes ça gossent sur leur téléphone au lieu de rouler, 10min avant de recevoir mon breuvage en plus d'un service zéro accueillant.decevant
