It seems the staff is just waiting to retire or for the business to close. What a shame that such an emblematic retail brand has become so out of touch with customers.

Worst service ever the managers should take care about the customer service they think make a favor to the clients.
Just need to be professional enough.

To be honest, this Bay store has nothing to be worth stopping by for.
I had to return an item that I ordered online, and that was the reason for my visit. Even for this reason, the process was painful. The cash that accepts the returns is upstairs, for whatever reason, and only one person was working. As you can guess, there was something wrong and sure could not process the request of the person in front of me.
You can do the math.

I think LaBaie favors selling on line.when I visit in person.hard to find what you want.it is all on line.but service is nevertheless good in the store.eager staffs to help you!
