Terrible service and below average food. Prices are at least $4 higher than at places that are better.

I haven't tried a lot of their food, but I find the French fries horrible. They seem to be quite popular with locals though, especially made into a poutine.
The night I went with my husband, I went to get my drink while my husband waited with our food and when I turned back around, a random drunk had just plopped down in front of our food before anyone could stop him. An employee assisted my husband in getting him up and away

It's a good place for some late hour fast food. The menu is very simple but has alternatives for all tastes. It's a fine eatery.

Absolutely abysmal prices. I don't think I have ever seen more scam-like prices in all of Montreal. 25$ for a bland poutine, you must be joking. The place looks nice though, too bad you feel too bad for being ripped off to enjoy the ambiance.

I’ve personally never had issues with an of the locations I’ve went to in Montreal. It’s a cheaper poutine that’s also chain, so what can you really expect?

If you’re in the city visiting and want to try this place I would recommend any locations in city.

Ordered a “spicy fried chicken sandwich” and it came out as two pieces of white bread with unseasoned cold chicken, gravy, peas, and old fries that have been sitting out. Nothing spicy or fried, just cooked chicken on bread and gravy.

The food is quite unremarkable here. The fries were poorly cooked and toppings were not cohesive. The tables were super clean and they rolled around food products in trash cans while I ate here. The employees are super nice tho, and go out of their way to provide good service. The vibes are also super good at this place with trendy music. They have wifi but dont provide the password accessibly to guests

It’s good but expensive and not as good as le petit Québec which is still the king of poutine here in Montreal

It's a belle province, I wasn't expecting much. But I didn't expect to pay almost 30$ for a cheeseburger, a fries and 2 hot dogs either, especially not when they are baby sized portions and barely any good. Way way overpriced for what you get. The burger was smaller than the mcdonalds cheeseburger and was 8$ (13$ if you go for the double and the beef patties are the thickness of a paper), the hot dogs were sad looking and the bread was soggy. The fries were ok at least.

You have a few dozen better fast food options in the area. Don't bother with this one.

Placed an online order with the Belle Pro website directly. It was being prepared, a driver was assigned, it said he picked up the food after a while, and then after a few minutes the order was inexplicably cancelled. There was no reason given other than cancelled by the restaurant. There is no phone number for this restaurant. The number listed online is not assigned to anyone. Now I’m hungry and waited 45 minutes for a dinner that didn’t come.

Oh but at least the text message informed me I would get my money back…in 3 days.

This place is OK for quick bite only. Submarine are good but the rest is too much fast food.

Uncooked hot dog looked expired. Very rude customer service and according to the 20 years experienced chef there is no refunds since to his eyes it was ok. Don’t waste your money people

We had the smoked meat sandwich combo and a regular poutine. The smoked meat was much less flavorful than we had at the bigger-name places, but it was still expensive (CAD $24 for a combo.) It also had way too much fat. The poutine was fine but nothing more-you can get the same or better at tons of places. The self-serve fountain drinks were a plus, as was the abundant seating.

We went on a Sunday night, and there were only a few customers. By the time we left, we were outnumbered by mentally ill street people who had made the place their home for the evening. Doing things like walking the length of the restaurant compulsively, coughing near us, screaming at the drink machine, and putting their hands all over the napkins and condiments.

Service was very friendly, awesome treatment. Just feels like the food is a little overpriced for what you're receiving, nothing wrong with the quality, just doesn't match the price.

J’ai commandé galvaude + une boisson. 22$? ! Les petits pois étaient sec, le poulet aussi. On demande du pourboire sur le terminal pour un aucun service, très ordinaire. Je recommande pas forcément

Worst food ever! The poutine was disgusting. The gravy was like jello. My husband and I both got sick

La poutine et les hot dogs sont très bons. La petite poutine est très petite alors commandez en conséquence.
Prix un peu dispendieux par contre!
