The food was actually quite decent. However, the staff is rude and impatient. It's not that hard to be pleasant.

These new owners know nothing about running a hot dog joint.

Dogs either overcooked or undercooked, hard stale buns and unfriendly staff. What a shame!

Won’t eat here again!

Good food. Not bad, just very expensive and not worth the money. Won’t be coming back here again anytime soon…

Disappointed for a rare time In a (LA BELLE PROVINCE) This establishment has all the right things to be awesome but it's missing something called.enough curds on a poutine.took a hamburger & poutine and I got like 5 curds in the poutine. We asked the chef to add a few and he responded: take a large one and you'll get more.enough said, I won't be going back.

Food was alright, I've had better food at other Belle Pros. Customer service was horrible though. The staff look like they all hate their job i didn't feel welcome from any of them. The person that took my order was the worst. I changed my mind about a poutine so i asked politely if he can change the regular poutine to a smoke meat one and he DARED to sigh and put his head on the counter as if i changed my order 5 times and he was annoyed. So rude and disrespectful.

I am writing this because maybe those who want to work here wanna know what kind of place is it.it was around two years ago, my first days in Canada as an immigrant, i didn't know much about the city and just got my sin number and eligible to work. With the help of few people i knew here i decided to go to this restaurant to work here because i heard the owner is Iranian and maybe he would welcome me since i am Iranian as well.after a phone call milad the owner accepted me to work there so tomorrow morning i went there and i entered with a big smile and said hello to milad (the owner), but he yelled at me and said WHY YOU SMELL SO F. BAD? I was shocked i knew i do not smell i always do the hygiene and i just took a shower.i really did not expect that i thought maybe he had a hard day and i hope things get better soon.on the other hand i did not know anyone in the city i was alone and that restaurant was my only hope for finding a job.so i tried to stay there and tolerate milad's bad temper so i can earn money and live.but it seems he does not wanna change.i wanna summarize it.i could not tolerate it more than 2 days and i told him i can not stand it any more and i quit.in my whole life i never humiliated like this 2 days he always yelled at me called me names like i am no human.after that i searched about other places and found better jobs.now i know after first insult i should have left there and should not work there for two days.so those who want to work in this restaurant consider my advice.by working in this restaurant you will have worst boss ever and maybe you will not forgive yourself.

This is my favorite Belle Province! Best poutine so many cheese curds. Awesome breakfast. Traditional interior. Could eat this every day until death.

Je suis passée au Drive en famille aujourd'hui samedi 9 janvier a 13h05 j'ai refusé la commande aucun employé ne portait le masque! C'est un minimum quand on prépare et qu'on manipule la nourriture.
En temps de covid le masque est obligatoire.

Food is good. Less quantity of food than Paulo et Suzanne, but still filling. After a wall was built for covid, it makes it quite difficult to order.

Les frites était recuite elles avait une texture de cahoutchou la Poutine aurait pu clairement être meilleure. Mauvais service de la part des employés.

Food is what to expect from the belle province. However theyre having alot of issues keeping regular hours. You might go there and its closed

Terrible experience. Took 10 minutes to take my order despite only having one person in line ahead of me. Once I ordered, took another 15 minutes just to get my food. When my food finally came out, it was the wrong order. Fries were luke warm and tasted stale. Won’t be going back anytime soon. When I asked why my food was taking so long to come out, cashier responded rudely. Stay away.

Place seems shady, food tastes stale, we dumped the hotdogs in the garbage, every places uses Covid-19 as a reason to serve garbage. They charge crazy prices for drinks, you’d think there was alcohol included. I wouldn’t eat here, many better places across the street.

I had to put a star because I want to share my experience at this place. This review is not actually a review about the food but about the owner of the restaurant here in Decarie. Me and my mom went inside to see the restaurant's menu and look for something to eat but when we decided that we don't feel like eating something from the menu, we went to the exit door and then the waitress approached and spoke with us in french (I even asked her to speak in english because I don't understand french) but she just walked away with anger, then a guy (the owner) from the counter window screaming at us "what do you want! What do you want! " He keeps on screaming until we came outside the restaurant and he even followed us angrily. I told him I am calling 911 because we don't have idea what is he attempting to do, so we walk fast until we reached the nearby restaurant, Harvey's. He keeps on screaming and cursing us. We felt assaulted and humiliated, it may not be physically but mentally and emotionally. It is a traumatizing experience that I needed to call 911 but the officer told me they cannot do anything about the incident, I was shaking in fear. The police officer is even aware that the guy is the owner and they received a lot of reports about him. For me, it is absolutely a shocking and traumatizing experience when you don't have any idea why is he very angry and you don't have idea what is he capable to do. Just beware when you visit this restaurant and MAYBE make sure you order something from them so you won't get the same experience and be threatened by the owner.

Ridiculous covid wall. No access to washrooms. Ridiculously small inside window to order. Prices hidden with pink post-it. Noisy ventilation. Food was fine. Time to chage!

Waited 30mins for my order and instead of apologizing he had the nerve to insult me and say “well you have to wait another 30mins” ask for my money back and refused! How are you still in business? !?

This place just seems to randomly close when they feel like it. Drove by just now, on a Saturday at 5: 30. Traffic cones are blocking the entrance and there is no voicemail message explaining what is going on. Feels like a 2bit operation.

Depuis les rénovation et le changement de administration super propre personnelle courtois et très polie je vais manger sur place souvent avec ma famille et il donne un service impecable et nous somme toujours 2 grosse famille.qui allons.manger au restaurant. Frais chaud et rapide.

J'ai tourné de bords quand j'ai vue le caissier aidé le cuisinier.il touche à l'argent et Up les main dans le fromage en grain pour la poutine.retourne à la caisse et Up une autre poutine. De 1 ce n'est vrmt pas propre et en plus avec le covid.

Stood there waiting to order. They all ignored me. Another man came in and started ordering. I said that I was there first. The man behind the counter told me to go to the cash to order yet the woman continued to take the man’s order before mine. I left and went to Harvey’s next door.

Great food. Great service. Great emotional support from the cashier when my friend’s car got towed because we parked in the wrong parking lot. Thank you!

Service is excellent and they always customize our order. We love the Regular poutine with added sauerkraut. At some locations it is an issue but never here where they are more than willing to accommodate clients

One of the best smoked meat poutine I have ever had! Even doing a take of two different kinds to try. They have a very unique flavor with the fries being lightly sweet with every other bite. And the gravy is light and just enough saltiness.

Absolutely terrible. Not sanitary in anyway. Touches everything and then touches food. When called out on it, they literally threw our food on the floor and gave the money back extremely aggressively. This place shouldn't even be in buisness. Unacceptable.
