L'accueil est merveilleux, la nourriture délicieuse, ambiance agréable et notre coup de cœur les assiettes et les tasses. Nous avons passé un beau et bon moment.

Bel après-midi entre copines! Nous avons pris les plateaux du Roi et de la Reine, tout était délicieux.

This café has a lovely vibe and really great staff! The first time I visited I couldn’t wait to go back for the unique afternoon tea experience and it did not disappoint. The sandwiches, mini bagels and scones were very tasty and the desserts were perfectly sweet. The scones could be better. Overall had a lovely time and highly recommend.

My friend and I went on a late Sunday afternoon for their afternoon tea service. We were seated around a tiny table. I ordered the "princess" for $30 and there were 2 scones and I think 5 small pastries.

I wasn't a fan of the music. The service was lacking-the waitress forgot the milk and sugar for our teas. We had to order at the counter versus being served like at a restaurant, so after the food was delivered, there was no additional service. A lot of clapping and noise when someone purchased a particular set. Food seemed basic and portions incredibly small (relative to other afternoon tea establishments).

The place was well populated, and I saw many people working with their laptops at the café, so it's probably a better experience if you're going to a "café" rather than an "afternoon tea" place.

Super petit endroit où il est possible d'avoir plusieurs versions bien garnies d'un High Tea! Bonnes pâtisseries, petite attention pour le High Tea, plusieurs scones bien moelleux, bon service et conseils de la part du personnel.:)

Seul petit point, il y a peu de places et certaines tables sont très petites. L'ambiance est toutefois super agréable quand même. Je recommande fortement!:)

Endroit parfait pour un high tea ou le afternoon tea traditionnel! Leur sélection de thé est également excellente! Je retournerais sans hésiter!

Quel endroit spécial! Le staff est vraiment accueillant et serviable. Nous avons pris le plateau de la reine pour une moitié de la table et celui de la princesse pour les autres et tout était incroyablement bon, frais et copieux. Notre serveur a été très attentionné et nous a bien conseillé pour les thés (délicieux). À quand une franchise sur la rive nord? !

Wow! Quelle belle découverte. Et combien délicieux. Merci au staff qui leur travail de façon impeccable!

Good food & tea:) me and my friend each got the "queen". Disappointed by getting 3 scones for 2 people. No table service and nothing on the tables to serve ourselves with (no water, no sugar on the tables, no offering milk for our drinks, no menu explanation). We left and paid at 2 minutes passed closing (5: 02) on a Sunday after being there all afternoon and the server didn't want to sell us a scone to go "we're closed".

2nd visit and 2nd disappointing experience. The space is super cramped and noisy. Early afternoon on a week day, the place was so packed we were literally one on top the other. We waited 30 minutes for a menu, when we finally waved down the annoyed server she barked that we had to order at the counter. Service at the couter (after some more waiting) was so incredibly rude it was laughable. We waited 40 minutes more to get our tea and somewhat underwhelming trays of food: a dry scone with butter (sadly no clotted cream), half a cucumber sandwich and a "tartlet" which was really a loonie-size shortbread cookie with a bit of lemon icing piped onto it. The only pleasant person there was the one and only guy preparing all the food. Maybe it was an off day or maybe the service staff just didn't feel like being there over the holidays, regardless the experience was quite disappointing. There won't be a 3rd time.

L'ambiance est chaleureuse et apaisante. Le service était sympathique. Ça donne envie de revenir!

Bientôt 1 an que je vais régulièrement au café dans la brume et le menu est varié et bon. Puis les baristas sont des personnes vraiment aux petits soins!

J'y vais régulièrement et je ne m'en lasse pas! Les scones sont à tomber par terre, les tasses sont très cute et les thé/café sont délicieux! Tout cela dans une ambiance cozy comme on l'aime. Le prix est très raisonnables pour la qualité de l'offre. Je recommande à 1000%.

Really cute but the takeout service is often really slow even when there’s just one person in line. And the clapping with the intercom voice when people get that specific dessert happened pretty often the couple of times I was there.

Just a warning that it gets loud because of that on a weekend morning. Pumpkin spiced latte and scones are delicious though!

Tout est excellent, le café, la déco, le menu, l'ambiance et l'équipe est adorable! Nous avons pris un afternoon tea "Sa Majesté La Reine" et c'était non seulement excellent mais il y a en plus une petite surprise à l'arrivée du plateau je n'en dis pas plus pour ne pas vous gâcher le plaisir et vous donner encore plus envie d'y aller ;p n'hésitez pas!
