La Cage

J’ai été déçu.je m’attendais à plus côté ambiance service et bouffe… avec le pop corn qui casse les dents bah ça ne peux pas plaire à tous le monde!

L’ambiance est toujours bien en fonction des gens qui sont sur place!
Si les clients font la fête c’est bien… sinon c’est comme des funérailles… donc ça dépend du soir

Les serveuses sont excellentes et font de leur mieux! C’est ce qui sauve l’endroit! Autrement l’endroit est comme tous les autres de repentigny… très tranquille et non propice à la fête!

Somme tout une belle place: . Si tu veux aller manger avec tes enfants et partir à 19h… autrement ce n’est pas la cage d’avant ou on pouvait faire le Party comme antan!

1 heure d'attente pour entrer.
Installer sur une table sans eau.
Demander 2 fois des dessins pour nos enfants sans jamais les apporter.
1.5 heures d'attentes pour des hamburgers brûlé, des poutines avec du fromage pas frais. Hamburger au poulet (au lieu du poulet, ce sont des croquettes coupé comme si je m'en rendrait pas compte)
Serveuse qui n'a pas du tout envie de nous servir.
Mon garçon de 8 ans m'a dit, quand je serai grand je ne viendrai pas avec mes enfants.
On ne retournera plus jamais là

Service hyper long, serveuse n'est pas venue nous voir en 1: 30. Peu souriante. Bouffe pas fraîche pour fromage à poutine, boulette de viande calcinée pour mon enfant, pas pizza car pas de pate prête et tartare de boeuf aucunement assaisonné. Bref ça faisait longtemps qu'on n'y avait pas été et ça prendra du temps avant qu'on y retourne!

La nouriture est correct mais coter sport à part nous mettre rds et tva sport il n'y a rien d'autre.pas moyen d'aller voir un combat boxe même quand c'est des boxeur québécois. Alors ce n'est pas vraiment une brasserie sportive.

Service horrible. Très très long et serveuse pas du tout souriante et aimable pourtant nous sommes des clients très polie et souriant. Ont donne aussi toujours un pourboire malgré cela la serveuse a été très ordinaire.

Nous avons eu une superbe soiree avec MarySolei au bar.

Suite a un anicroche. Belle resolution de conflit de la part de la gestion.merci:)

Très bon service, la nourriture wow. Mechant upgrade.avant la pandémie c'était sec, la c'est un autre game.agréablement surpris.

Service vraiment mauvais parti après 25 min à la table aucun bonjours ni eau nous somme parti sans manger

I’ve been going to the Cage on and off for over 20 years. Tonights experience was not just the worst I’ve ever had at a Cage, but the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my life. After giving our drinks and food order, drinks came pretty quickly. After all drinks were finished 10-15 minutes later, we were offered more drinks rapidly, and were warned the kitchen was backed up…not a problem, they were quite busy, so fine. After 15-20 minutes when our drinks were finished, we got ignored by our waitress for the next hour. Not any explanation on the delay. Not an offer to give us anything more to drink (even just filling the water). Waitress looked at our empty glasses on a few occasions, and disappeared in the opposite direction, even when we tried to get her attention. I could not describe her, but literally could draw the 2 tattoos on her back because that’s what I saw for most of the evening while she escaped in the opposite direction every time it was apparent that we were being neglected (I really hope it is not because we are English-speaking). Anyway, after almost 2 hours, we all rose to leave, and I insisted that she come over so that we could pay for the few drinks we drank. After she ran to the kitchen, she reappears 5 minutes later saying our food is ready. I repeat that we want to pay for our drinks and leave. She runs to the kitchen again, and after at least 5 minutes of no-show, we decided to leave. First time in my life to leave a restaurant without paying, but after 2 hours of waiting for service, I wasn’t going to wait for another hour for the privilege of paying when it obviously did not seem to be wanted. We owe you about $40 for drinks (imagine…4 people in a bar for almost 2 hours, and only $40 spent) … get in touch with us and I will gladly go pay the tab. Let the waitress know there won’t be a tip

Soir de match et pourtant une table en moins de 15 minutes nous etions assis, service long voir tres long mais tes agreable!

J’ai commandé par DoorDash, la livraison a été rapide. Dans la commande, ils m’ont rajouté 2 sacs de POP corn, des bonbons à la menthe et du jus. La nourriture était chaude à l’arrivée, les frites n’étaient pas trop à mon goût parce qu’elles étaient trop molles mais les mini hamburgers étaient juste parfaits

I give 1.5 stars to this place.
The environment was nice.
The waitress was nice.

The chicken, all sauces, even salad were seasoned just by salt!

The side vegetables were not washed at all!
I expected more effort on seasonings, taste and presentation.

Propreté 0 car les verres étaient sal, les légumes de décoration pour manger était sal dans l'assiette, les dessous de décoration avait de la sauce d'un autre plat qui était mon plat, la liqueur était flatte avec un arrière goût. Sa fesais 15 ans facile que j'avais pas mis les pieds ici. Il a des restaurants vraiment meilleurs pour le prix car c'est trop chère! Juste une place qui paraît bien!

La pire cage de toute et le restaurant était loins d'être plein (1h30 d'attente après que nos verres soir vide pour la seconde visite) Naxos avec pratiquement rien dedans que des tostitos le seul point positif était que nous avions eu nos repas en même temps nous sommes partis après 4h passer a une table en ayant consommé un verre, partager entrée et repas. Je n'y retournerai plus et clairement je ne conseillerais jamais cette cage a personne.

Le staff est super. Les portions sont généreuses et la bouffe y est habituellement très bonne!
Nous avons hâte de voir de nouveaux items sur le menu mais tout est bien à cet endroit:)

I arrived at the restaurant at 6: 15 pm. Worst service ever! The initial set up upstairs of our table was fast. We were a group of 9. The waitress took our orders and suggested that we took the starters first without the meals as they would come together. We complied. The starters came around 7: 45 pm. They took our orders for our meals at 7: 58pm. Our food came so late that some of us had to ask for boxes to go because of kids past their bed time. When wen mentioned about the delay and that service was terrible, the answer they gave us was this section was not even supposed to be open! Does this mean that whenever the restaurant is short staffed but if there is a way to have more money they’ll open a section? This is wrong! Also the temperature was very high! Not sure if the AC was broken, they forgot to turn it on since “this section was not supposed to be open”. With the heat in that area, the name “la cage” suits it well. This is the first and last time that I will be at la cage Repentigny. To the waiters and waitresses there, you should address this to your employer. If you are understaffed customer experience will be affected which will lead to frustration.

Definitely will never come back to this place.

Our family got there at around 6 pm and our placed the order for our starters at ~6: 30 to then receive them at ~7: 30pm and finally get our main meals at ~8pm.

We had small children with us so we had to eat as fast as we could and then take some of the food to go as it was getting late.

Getting our beverages and water was way too complicated for what that task is. Had to ask for water at least 5 times with 5 minutes intervals between each time.

Also, when evaluating the food served, it was very lacking in quality and taste. The portions weren’t close to being enough. I took a blitz burger for about 20$, yet I finished it in 4 small bites. I could get a cheeseburger at McDonalds and it would fill me up the same…

I understand that the employees couldn’t keep up with the demand and the number of clients, but it’s the managers responsibility to plan these things. It was a Saturday evening, on the first day that the masks weren’t mandatory anymore so this should have easily been taken into account.

It was also very hot in our section and everyone on the upper floor was sweating.

I could suggest having separate employees/waiters to take care of the upper floor because having the same ones taking care of the whole place is a task way too hard for the amount of employees that are scheduled in one shift.

Le nouveau menu de Louis-Francois Marcotte est malheureusement très mal exécuté en cuisine. Juste de la poudre au yeux! Nourriture froide, poulet sec et ultra salé. Plus jamais pour moi! Cheap et dispendieux!

Très belle ambiance. Menu varié et excellent service. Les enfants adorent le popcorn à volonté.

I love this spot! They offer fantastic food, they have a nice menu, The cook in that spot is a specialist, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the customers is nice. I go often to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I highly recommend it.

(Tequila shooter embrumé! Un tequila c’est transparent, tequila shooter avec un rebord de bailey’s! Verre d’eau avec objets flottant dans le verre!)

Belle ambiance bon service mais pour vrai la bouffe c est assez ordinaire je m attendais a bcp mieux. Les assiettes sont petite et que dire la pizza pour enfants une vrai joke.

Excellent services par contre les repas coûte excessivement cher! 2 plat à deux (entrée et tartare) un demi litre de vin et un perrier 100 $
