La Cage

J ai reserve pour 19 h une place au bar pour le réveillon du nouvelle année mais j ai dû attendre 1 heure pour avoir une place au bar! Le gérant du restaurant voulais offrir une table au fond du restaurant quel bien brillant idée de ça part! Quand j ai eu ma place au bar et après 15 minutes aucun serveux (se) venue me voir pour prendre la commande, ils trop occupée prendre un verre avec des clients ……pour autant j étais un client régulier à tout les jeudis
J ai du aller ailleurs pour avoir un meilleur service!

The restaurant's nice overall, comparable to other locations. However this one falls short on accommodations. They had seated us at a table with a tiny shelf in between us and the next table attached together. We were basically sharing our table with 2 strangers. This makes things a little impersonal, and awkward as the people who are basically sitting at the same table as us were having a conversation that was not the most appropriate. It's one thing sitting at a bar but this was in the dining room. They had other tables for 2 available, they were open up until the point we left. If it were a question of space due to an influx of business I may understand. That was not the case. Some tables are set up very strange, so that people are sitting with strangers at the same table. It's ridiculous that you have to ask for your own table for 2 people. The food was excellent, no complaints there. The server seemed unfamiliar with the new menu, she was only so attentive to us and our uninvited guests. I would probably visit another location.

I ordered delivery and not only did my dessert not come with ice cream as advertised, the beers I ordered were room temperature. Now I can’t have a beer with my meal because I have to wait for it to cool down in the fridge. I was charged full price for the dessert. Very disappointing.

Toujours un bon service, options de burgers végétariens, un beau décor qui se démarque des autres (surtout durant le temps des fêtes) et nous sommes toujours satisfait de notre nourriture. Les enfants et ados mangent aussi très bien et adorent le popcorn gratuit!

*Important de réserver car ce restaurant est une destination populaire! (surtout lors de partie d'hockey) Peut aussi accueillir de gros goupes de personnes.

Very very slow service. I think we had 3 different servers during the course of our meal.always had to flag the waitress or waiter down. Will not return

I visited around 7 La Cage in 4 different cities in the region of Quebec. This one is by far the best. The staff is very friendly and cooperative on a very busy night when the HABS are playing the Leafs. A giant screen for the game. The endless popcorn was fresh and tasty. I went for a bloody Cesar then the monster Nachos. The main was a Buffalo Chicken Berger. The booking system online is tricky, sometimes it says you are on waiting list, make sure it is confirmed.

Nous, moi et mon fils sommes arrivé sans RDV hier vers 18: 15. Après 15 minutes d'attente, ils nous demande de s'assoir dans une section ou il n'y a pas de serveur, il viendront nous chercher quand notre table sera prête. 50 minutes plus tard.je m'informe du délai. Le placier ne sait pas car ils font passer les réservations avant nous. Nous sommes partis sans manger!

Donc, si vous voulez vraiment payer trop cher pour l'ambiance, prenez une réservation. Pour nous.plus jamais à la cage.

Friendly service from the time we were seated until we left. Food was tasty and good value for money. It is a bit noisy when the place gets full, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days. Ample free parking at the restaurant is a plus. Service was offered in both English and French. We enjoyed our meals and will return.

Update: An experience with a restaurant can only be as good as the people you have the pleasure or displeasure of interacting with. My previous experience left a sour taste in my mouth, which is why when i was contacted by Mr. Gareau-Cyr, I had low expectations. I could not have been more wrong! He took the time to contact me, get the timeline on what happened and made sure to listen and ask pertinent questions about the experience. I was then compensated for the bad experience and today when i took advantage of that compensation he made sure to come to the counter and ensure the rebate was properly applied and subsequently say hi. He even cracked a joke about the meal being free if there was something missing before proceeding to steal the bag of popcorn. (and returning of course). Truly made things right and i was left convinced that whatever led to the initial mistake was.or will be corrected appropriately. Which is a feeling i rarely get from other mistakes when ordering for pickup.

Initial review: Did pickup a week ago. Ordered the trio offensive. Supposed to come with popcorn. I noticed i didn't have any so i asked the receptionist and she told me it didn't come with popcorn. Got home and checked the website to find out she was wrong. Called back immidiately and was told too bad, we are too busy, call back later. Called back at 10, was told it could be fixed online.that was wrong. Then called back 2 days later and they took my number but haven't heard since. So basically, if they don't get your order right, tooooooo baaaddddd! They couldn't care less.they already have your money. That's my last order there.

Waw what an experience! We came for the 50% off chicken wings on Thursday's. And nothing bad to say food was amazing and it came very fastly. Gauvain was our amazing server and his service was impeccable. Very friendly and hard worker during rush hours.
I highly recommend this place. Especially if you are into hockey or football games

One of my most favourite places to eat and drink. Get yourself a Club Membership and enjoy the rewards! I love it.

Went two nights in a row this week.
Service was great (friendly, courteous & quick) drinks were fresh & delicious, as well as the food!
No complaints & would recommend!

Ps. Would maybe suggest making a reservation to ensure a table, as they do get quite busy (but the wait times weren't long at all, especially considering how busy they were both nights - Thursday & Friday)

On a eu un super service. Très bel espace pour regarder un match de sport en direct. Avec le son en plus! À notre demande. Yé (5 étoiles). Dans notre cas, c'était un match de l'équipe canadienne de hockey féminin (Championnats mondiaux). On a adoré les grands écrans (tennis ici, hockey là). Mon taco de poisson était bon. On nous a même servi du popcorn.

Been there on many occasions. Kids love the ambience and the popcorn. However the quality of the food is inconsistent. We had both good and bad experiences.

Employées mal formés.n'ont aucune idée de ce qu'ils font. Et le gérant encore pire.pire service ever sérieux.plus jamais.

Wow. Qu'elle belle surprise. La semaine passer 2 Avril 2021. On a recue de la nouriture gratuit de Chez eux. La proprietaire est venu a notre bureau, Le staff etais tres heureux. J'ai fait des copie de votre menu est on ce revoie bientot.

I picked up the New Years special for 3. For those of you that don't know this: Sonney's (the best place for steaks) closed their restaurant but still cater and have a deal with La Cage aux Sports and they are selling their steaks among other things. So, so, so, so good!

Que dire Du service et de la qualité, nous avons eu notre dinner de Noël aujourd'hui et sa été extrêmement bien organiser et délicieux!

Une des meilleures cages au Québec. Service super, menu varié même si nous prenons toujours la même chose! Ailes, poutine, burger. Endroit parfait pour écouter un match, très propre!

Aujourd'hui, nous avons été dîner à la cage aux sports à Vaudreuil.nous avons eu un super service! Nous nous sommes sentis en confiance. Les employés se lavaient très souvent les mains.portaient leurs équipements de façon appropriés, des bouteilles d'eau étaient déposées sur la table pour éviter des manipulations et les toilettes étaient désinfecter entre chaque client! La nourriture était excellente!

Très bon service, belle ambiance et je suis content du nouveau menu mais sérieusement des légumes cuit au micro-ondes.je suis déçu.

Ambiance was good, food was okay, however they had some changes to by their management now. I called them to ask if they were taking reservations for superbowl and they said if I reserved at 6pm I had to leave at 8pm. I find this pretty ridiculous because I was in cage last year for superbowl and they didn't bother kicking anyone out. Never coming here again

Malgré le désagrément que j’ai reçu à l’un de mes visites Nancy la propriétaire a prié le temps d’écouter mes préoccupations elle et fidèle à ses clients et surtout à l’écoute. L’endroit et propre et bien équipé

Food good taste. Had a sandwich but they call it a club, tasty but menues over priced. Great if your going for beers to watch hockey. Screens and atmosphere are really made for it and service is good. Reason I gave 3 stars due food is over priced hence reason when I came in I noticed mainly ppl having small snacks and beer and not full meals. Lower the prices a bit see more profits come in.

Didn't get the two sauces I ordered and instead got a mustard sauce, and the chicken fingers are so small they barley count as a meal.
