La Cage

This place might have the biggest TVs I've seen outside of Las Vegas. The menu has a variety of interesting things, but fall short of being delicious. You would wonder how they keep the lights on in such a big-empty restaurant until you get a taste of their chicken wings. Mark your calendar for Thursday and get your wings at half price.

Went there with a group of friends to watch the Grey Cup.
The service was awful! The waitress took half an hour before taking our first round of order. We started with entrees and weren’t asked for another refill or next order for another 45 minutes! Empty plates and pitchers left on the table, nobody to pick it up. It's seems like this place is not interested in selling food or beer.kinda funny for a sport bar.
The pizza we received was burnt, we couldn't even return it because it took another half hour before the waitress came back!
I've been a customer of La Cage for years, but this is by far their worst outlet.
Our group spent $500 that night despite the bad service. We will never return at this location for sure.

La Cage Sports Bar hits the mark! The food is exceptional, every dish is a culinary delight. The service is top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. From appetizers to desserts, La Cage delivers a winning experience. I'll definitely be returning!

Food here is ok, got the chicken wrap witch was 3/4 lettuce and 1/4 chicken
Drinks are good tho and if you can come a day where they have special offers (thursdays chicken wings 50% off) then it could be worth it

Went for lunch, the service was not good. We waited like 5minutes at the door before someone comes and says hello. Even though the restaurant was empty and not crowded. We then realized the manager was seating on a table with a customer. He stood up after a few minutes and came towards us. They offered popcorn. The restaurant looks nice and looks a perfect choice to watch a hockey game or any sport games since they have a lot of screens. Regarding the food, it is below average. The nachos with cheese are as if they don’t have any cheese on them. We told them to add cheese so they took it and add it a very very slight amount of cheese so in both cases are not recommended. The pizza and burger are average. The service at the table was also average. They gave us 4 wet wipes since were 4 people. We requested on more, they told us that they are out of stock and don’t have anymore. Wouldn’t go there for lunch or diner but might go there to drink a beer and watch a sports game. Thank you

Mais gros point négatif lorsque qu'il manque la moitié de la commande et qu'ils remboursent 5$ bref service assez décevant concernant les livraisons commande en partie manquantes assez décevant mais bon les chickens wing restes bonnes

I have been to this La Cage location several times. Johnny Z and Morgane are my favorite waiters. They are always very friendly with me. Main food and service are good, but I don’t know why the popcorn is usually a little undercooked with not much butter on it whenever I go to this location. Also, why does this location not have BBQ ribs on the menu whereas the other La Cages do have this item?

But on the plus side, this location’s taste in music is great. Good music always enhances the atmosphere!

We went to La Cage during the snow storm. Very happy they were open. Even though the place was packed, our waiter Anthony gave an amazing service.

1h30 sans aucun service. Le serveur a été absent toute la soirée. On voyait même les autres employées parler entre eux et boire de la bière alors qu’on attendait pour commander…
En plus, difficile de se faire servir en français. Il ne comprenait rien en plus d’échapper la vaisselle constamment.
Pire service que nous avons reçu. Je ne recommande pas du tout!

Very clean. Ordered wings, and they were maybe the saddest wings I've ever had, not to mention how badly overpriced they were. I wish I had taken a picture of the plate to share the sadness.

Amazing Food & Drinks, Amazing Service! Definitely will be coming back. One of the best places in the city!

I just had the worst experience at Cage aux sports on rue des jockeys. Not only was the service terrible, so terrible our drinks came after our meals. The manager - Jhonny is completely useless, the 2 waitresses on staff were obviously a bit busy and he did absolutely nothing to help them. In fact when we asked for the bill, he didn't even apologize, he yelled at the waitress to bring it to us; when I then asked him to give it to us he ignored me completely and went to talk to his friends at the bar. Absolute worst service (and I know it's not great with covid - but this was really terrible) and the food was not good either.
I will not be going back!

Selon le responsable à la Cage, la portion de saumon (plus petite qu'une tranche d'orange, voir la photo) est tout à fait normale.

I got a plate with some spices and when i asked to replace it it was immediately replaced with a great service and perfect staff. Thank you

Incredible service by Anthony. He made our visit very enjoyable and was very professional. 10/10

Avoid at all costs unless you want to wait 1 full hour to be greeted at your table while the staff stand around and talk amongst themselves.
Absolutely horrible service.

Service was slow, even though the place wasn't full. The food quality is very mediocre for the price, very basic food choice.

Music way, way, way too loud. Impossible to have a conversation with the person next to you. Asked them to lower it numerous times. Just unacceptable, felt like I was at a terrible club. Food fine though.

Went today and the poutine was disgusting, the sauce tasted like salty water. Worst poutine I ever ate. The wings are super dry too, nothing to rave about.

Bang average food, overpriced and slow service.

It’s a nice spot for catching the big fight but apart from that I’d steer well clear.

Was there for lunch and there were maybe 6 other people dining. Despite this, drinks ordered at the start didn’t come until after the main was served. Flagging down the waiter was an exercise in futility.

Again, not a bad spot for the big PPV, but if you’re coming for a spot of lunch, don’t bother.
