J’ai eu l’occasion de faire appel à leur service à 4 reprises et j’ai toujours été impressionnée par la qualité de leurs produits et leur professionnalisme. À chaque visite, j’ai eu un service impeccable. Ce sont définitivement des passionnés. Et que dire de la qualité de leurs rallonges et prothèses, je n’ai rien trouvé de comparable. My best friend, Julie, was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a top quality really natural looking wig. I researched for the best quality wigs and top quality service which led me there and the hair clinic on crescent street. They had an amazing selection of wigs at reasonable prices. Purchasing a wig included the cut by a top quality hairdresser. Julie works with the public and it was most important that nobody would know that she had cancer and was wearing a wig. Thanks to the hair clinic, no one ever knew that she had lost her hair from chemotherapy. Thank to the amazing staff and amazing quality wigs at the hair clinic

Je suis allée à la clinique capillaire avec une amie qui avait les cheveux très fins. Il lui on posé un volumateur cheveux naturels et j'ai trouvé ça extraordinaire. Il était impossible de déceler que c'était des cheveux qui étaient rajouté. ça avait d'lair tellement naturel qu'on jurerait que c'était ses propres cheveux!

De loin la meilleure place que j'ai trouvé, la qualité de la pièce est vraiment supérieure à ce que j'ai essayé chez d'autres compétiteurs et le service est vraiment excellent.

Une de mes amies, à la suite d’un diagnostic de cancer, avait besoin d’une prothèse capillaire de qualité.

J’ai fait des recherches sur Internet et j’ai aussi consulté un ami oncologue qui m’a recommandé d’aller à la clinique capillaire sur la rue Crescent.

L’accueil était très chaleureux et mon amie était très satisfaite de sa prothèse et du service attentionné qu’on lui a donnés. Je me permets donc de recommander vivement les prothèses capillaires et perruques pour le cancer de la clinique capillaire

My best friend lost his hair and he went to the hair clinic for his new hair system. He had ordered a garbage hair system online that looked like a toupee. What an amazing hair system he installed at the hair clinic! It looked so real, i could swear it looked like it’s growing from roots on his own scalp.

Je me souviens de ma première visite à cet endroit, il y a quatre ans. J'en étais ressortie éclatante, sûre de moi, avec l'impression que l'alopécie ne viendrait plus jamais à bout de mon moral. J'y retourne régulièrement et ne suis jamais déçue. Cam et Sean sont passionnés, attentifs, respectueux et de très bon conseil. Pour profiter de chaque minute de votre visite, mieux vaut prendre rendez-vous.

Worst place ever. They ruined my piece and the place was dirty (room). The staff are not trained.

My bestfriend was losing his hair and we did our homework, found that the hair clinic on crescent street offered the most natural looking hair systems. None of our friends have figured out that my bestfriend is using a hair piece, he asked me to write this review and recommend the place to everyone.

Super Service! J'avais acheté un volumisateur long il y a quelques années que j'adorais mais dût à une perte de cheveux intense je ne pouvais plus le porter. Je suis retournée voir Camille qui a sût me conseiller de mes options et après discuté avec lui on a trouvé la pièce parfaite pour ma nouvelle tête. Camille a coupé et traité mon nouveau volumisateur avec professionnalisme et m'a donné le look que je désirais tellement. Bien des gens n'ose pas aller dans cette direction dût au coût bien dès fois onéreux mais pour un produit de qualité et naturel on se doit de faire un investissement pour son bien-être. Et pour moi de voir le resultat m'enlève le mots pour dire comment je suis heureuse. Je me regarde et je ne vois plus ma calvitie mais je me vois moi en étant sexy et belle. Merci Camille de m'avoir redonner un look qui me rajeunit et m'embellit. Merci Merci! Si vous hésiter de faire le saut et bien juste une visite avec Camille vous rassurera.

Simply The Best!

I don't have the words to describe the feeling Cam, Reza and the whole team at La Clinique Capillaire have given for me, but I will try. After 2 hair implant surgeries that failed to give me the results I was looking for I thought my chances of having a full head of hair were over. I accepted the fact that I was to wear a baseball hat for the rest of my life.

I never thought wearing a hair system would be right for me, I thought it was something old men wear when they retire to Florida. I was very wrong. I began to see videos online of the technology used these days and the look, feel and quality made me want to research it further.

I became obsessed with hair systems, I watched every YouTube video, read every review and the choice in selecting to take a consultation with The Hair Clinic was an easy one.

From the moment I spoke to them on the phone to schedule my consult I was confident I made the correct choice. This was confirmed when I first walked through their door. I was greeted by Reza, he took the time (lots of time) to carefully walk me through the process and helped me select a perfect match of the hair color and the percentage of grey I required and when I say perfect match, I mean perfect match! Without hesitation I left a small deposit and scheduled a date to have the hair system custom fitted, cut and styled for me by the famous Cam.

Let me tell you about Cam, nowhere will you find a more passionate, caring artist. This is not an exaggeration, Cam took more of his personal time with me than I could ever have expected. I believe he did this because he quickly realized that I needed that extra bit of support to feel comfortable and for that I am eternally grateful to him. This alone has made me a lifetime client as I'm a bit of a "high maintenance" person, just ask Cam:)

The quality of the hair systems offered at The Hair Clinic are literally the best in the world and worth every penny so anyone telling you that you can get the same quality for cheaper is highly mistaken and you will quickly realize this when you compare them side by side. Not to mention the service that Cam and his team provide.

The end result was an absolutely gorgeous and undetectable hair system and I become emotional just thinking about it. I still find myself staring at it in the mirror multiples times per day, running my fingers through the thick and luxurious hair that I now have. I am Over The Moon happy with what The Hair Clinic has done for me.

My friends and colleagues have no idea that I am wearing a hair system and I have even been receiving compliments on my hair from strangers! I never thought someone would compliment me on my hair ever again.

I have since been back to The Hair Clinic multiple times for scheduled services and each time Reza who is a master at what he does takes excellent care of me. Like I said earlier I am a "high maintenance" client who sometimes needs to be reminded to calm down, but that's on me. Reza taught me how to care for my hair at home and also taught me how I can do small services on my own at home as well. This was a life saver because of my busy schedule and more importantly showed me that they care about ME and not about the money they would make having them do all the services. La pandémie a fait en sorte que j’ai du explorer le marché. Après avoir porté des prothèses depuis 36 ans, j’ai découvert cette clinique sur le web. Cam et son équipe ont changé ma vie. Je ne peux que partager toutes les critiques élogieuses publiées sur ce site. On m’a proposé des solutions novatrices et des pièces d’une qualité inégalée, qui m’ont fait regretter de ne pas les avoir rencontrés il y a quelques décennies. Récemment deux de mes connaissances m’ont demandé pourquoi je portais des prothèses auparavant alors que j’ai d’aussi beaux cheveux naturels……c’est tu assez fort!

I was looking for a hair clinic and at last I found this one in downtown Montreal. Cam was very understanding and explain me in details about the hair replacement system without any pressure. I have been dealing with them for the last 6 months and what an incredible service I received from them. Hello to Reza and all the amazing team that takes care of me. Keep up the excellent work!

A beautiful experience the people are very professional and discrete I have cancer and in kimo alot of my hair is folliing out they made me feel comfortable and I am happy with the quality of the volumaser and wig that I purchased.

As a trans woman, it's often hard to find a safe and judgment-free place to find what you need, but this one is indeed a safe place for trans people. I came to the clinic in order to find a suitable premium wig and everyone over there was absolutely wonderful. I found what I needed with some help and never felt uncomfortable or judged through the entire process. I also met with the owner, Cam, who was lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. I came out of the place with a fantastic wig and lots of tips and instructions on how to take care of it. You also have the benefit of getting one free adjustment should you need one in the future.

Ayant essayé plusieurs produits sur le marché, c'est ici que j'ai obtenu le look le plus naturel! Le resultat n'a rien de gênant. La clientele compte autant d'hommes que de femmes. Le service est irreprochable, les employés ont a coeur le resultat et le bien-etre de leurs clients. Produit facile d'entretien. J'y suis pour y rester et je recommande fortement, tres satisfait!

ARRÊTER de chercher. Cette Clinique Capillaire est de loin la meilleure qui existe dans la région de Montréal. Le service, la qualité de la pièce et surtout comment coiffer une pièce m’ont convaincu lors de ma première visite. Je suis allé à plusieurs autres places mais je n’étais pas entièrement satisfait. Après avoir rencontré M. Cam le propriétaire (une personne exceptionnelle) et reçu ma première pièce il y’a deux semaines, je peux vous dire que présentement je n’ai plus de soucis et très heureux de faire affaire avec cette clinique Capillaire. Ils sont tout simplement les meilleurs et tu peux ressentir assez rapidement qu'ils savent ce qu'ils font.

Je ne vous conseille aucunement cette endroit.

Le propriétaire qui a première vue vous paraîtra d'un professionnalisme hors paire et d'une gentillesse ultime. Vous remarquerez assez rapidement que cela est une fausse personnalité. Il est très arrogant envers ses clients et employés, aucune savoir vivre et un gros manque de respect.

Rendez vous toujours en retard, j'ai même déjà du patienter 5h sur la chaise dans une salle seule, car il etait trop occuper ailleur.

Fausse publicité sur facebook, donnant des rabais qui venue le temps d'être appliquer elle ne sont pas valide pour des raisons avec aucun sens.

J'ai été client 3 ans a cette endroit, en endurant tout cela, car j'avais un respect pour quelque employés qui ont quitter, alors j'ai quitté aussi.

Un service hors pair, personnalisé, une équipe très professionnelle, des conseils réalistes sans pression de vente, merci à l’équipe pour me donner assez de confiance pour m’assumer et essayer la greffe capillaire, je suis très content avec le résultat, très bonne qualité de cheveux humains, et installation très naturelle, je n’ai eu que des bons commentaires. Fortement recommandé, osez le changement et donnez vous un peu plus de style, et même de jeunesse.

First time I went to them for a consultation, I was ready to get a hairpiece right away, but Cam advised me that it was too early and that I should come back every few months to monitor my hair loss. That kind of honesty came a long way and I really appreciated it. He could have made money from me right away, but instead wanted to ensure that I will be satisfied. Almost three years later and I am still a very satisfied client.

Besides the honesty, I can only say that their service is great and the client is always put first.

I had many doubts about doing this since I'm still pretty young, but after talking to them I got convinced that it was the right thing to do, and since then, no regrets at all, I am really happy with the results and I simply love it.
