I have been here a couple of times and honestly I was shocked to see that someone wrote they were cheap. They give so much! The lady is so nice and pretty generous. They have all sorts of dips and you can even ask for 2 dips!

C'était correct. La crème molle fond très vite même si elle feel très froide, je suspecte qu'elle contient peu de gras et sucre, presque juste de l'eau. C'est bien pour la santé mais niveau texture et goût, un peu plate. Elle est bonne pour une crème molle du genre, mais c'est pas trop mon style.

I bought a small ice cream and at other locations, they usually fill it to the top, here it didn’t even pass the line of the cup. If this was a $1 ice cream, I wouldn’t care, but I paid $6 for this. I don’t know why they would be so cheap about it. Wouldn’t recommend, go try other locations.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable making it a must-visit destination for dessert lovers

Wonderful customer service in North America. My family and I had 2 scoops each around 5pm this evening around 10pm my sister and I walked back for more.la Diperie has an amazing atmosphere (warm, welcoming) the service is top tier and the ICE-CREAM my oh my is DELICIOUS.

We had vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and it was delicious. The taste and quality of the ice cream makes this place a must visit

My daughter comes here often and has always encouraged me to stop and try it. Was in the area so stopped by tonight and I must say. They offer good service, good ice cream and a large selection of toppings from milk chocolate to salted caramel, mango, dark chocolate etc. You also have a choice of hard or soft ice cream and they also offer cakes. If you're in the neighborhood, give it a try.

I got a small vanilla ice cream cone dipped in dark chocolate/fleur de sel. It was overpriced ($7) and lacking in flavour. Service was fine though.

The soft serve at chocomax which is next door and is levels above theirs. They dont use Belgian chocolate and Madagascar vanilla which makes it taste like every other place.

Great ice cream but the lady here is a little odd. She just sits on her phone and takes her time and it feels like your interrupting her conversation. Didn't seem like she wants to be there and it feels weird ordering.

I have emailed the support team that replied here, but got no response so far.

Wow! To be honest, yasmine is one of the best person I ever met, I had a mistake with my order and this lovely girl went out of her way to help me! You are the best yasmine, thank you for your great customer service, we need more people like you!

3 stars for the excellent service minus 2 stars for the quality of the ice cream.
First time here, I had chocolate and strawberry waffle cone ice cream which tasted like the ice cream you find at a cheap Chinese buffet, the quality was very bad.
Will not go back
