La Diperie Monkland

It is one the best ice cream I tried. I also love the deep on the top. I chose chocolate noir and it was so good. Ice cream was not too sweet ; the taste was good! I tried pistachio and strawberry;both are good. I want to try it again definitely! I forgot to mention but a little bit pricy compared to others

Too bad, I didn’t take any pictures. But hey, I had a sugar cone with the vanilla dipped in Dark Chocolate.ufffffff what a discovery. The vanilla wow, the sugar cone wow. Highly recommended even if you don’t really like ice cream, but it’s a lot for the real sweet adventure into this place.

You can always expect great ice cream from la dipperie. Sadly, poor service left a sour taste on my desert.

Le 19 Juin, 2023 Unfortunately, this review must be aired as I do not wish to see other customers in the same horrendous situation as mine! I order '2' cheesecake slices from La Diperie, on June 19th, eve. The order came '4 slices of Mango cheesecake' total $77.14! I was shocked & of course tried to contact La Diperie! The gent told me there was nothing short of contacting Uber Eats, which I did & of course, no one ever answers! Then he told me to contact the Head Office, which I did, & once again, no one answers although I left several messages! In summation, it is not only disappointing but impossible to get any kind of resolution with Uber Eats! When I spoke to the owner 'Michael', at first he seemed willing to assist my dilemma, however, the then simply 'swept me off saying there was nothing he could do'! How lovely!

I made an online order via doordash and Michael was extremely helpful in getting the order fulfilled. I had tried ordering via Ubereats and I was having issues placing the order. Michael was patient to guide me through the process as I was ordering from the US for delivery to Montreal. The service I received over the phone was top notch and the recipient loved the cheesecake. Thank you for helping me with my order.

Great ice cream, usually a line up which moved quickly. Tons of topping choices, seating area outside

The dips and the ice cream are okay but the price is high the portions are relatively small, it is NOT the best place for dips. The best place is Chocolats favoris (big dips big ice cream).

It was not as good as guy branch in terms of variety. But the staffs are so nice like. I’ll try again here.

Portions minuscules pour le prix. Leur crème glacée molle taille moyenne correspond à la portion taille 'enfant' dans d'autres crèmeries, mais avec le prix pour une taille Large. On dirait qu'ils profitent de l'absence de concurrence dans NDG pour faire monter leurs prix.

I can't speak more highly of the service provided by this store! I had made a mistake when I placed an online order and they went above and beyond to help me out. The customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend going to this location for that alone.

Just got a caramilk milkshake and piece of rainbow cake! DELICIOUS.
Only thing is with delivery do not put milkshakes in the paper bags please!
mine leaked out bit and was bit messy cause the cover came off in the uber in the bag.
Other than that perfect late night snack treat.and good portions. Yes I can see myself getting food from here again. Maybe more in person in the summer tho

Le format du Razzle convient parfaitement pour mon appétit et le prix à mon portefeuille.
La crème glacée et le chocolat fondu goûtent très bon.
Endroit sympa.
