La Diperie Rosemere

This place is a literal joke. Avoid. We waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged. I had to repeat my order so so many times before even paying. FYI it was 2 small cones and one waffle cone. Paid before they started our actual order. Had to repeat again to the same person, what we wanted. She still put the first into a cup rather than a cone. The girl started making a dipped iced cream and dropped a full soft serve into one of the chocolate dips. Instead of taking it out, she just stirred it into the dip. To add, she held the ice cream in her hand after it fell off the cone before letting it fall into the dip. Then could not figure out the second dip flavour (key lime) and we waited easily another 10 minutes while she searched and searched. At this point it was getting to 45 minutes (for 3 cones). We were also the only ones at this counter. I gave up and asked for a refund. They tried to refund me without taxes. After multiple back and forths of me telling them i paid tax and tip and should receive refund for such, i finally got the refund with tax. Had to ask again for my tip refund. What a nightmare for just a couple ice cream cones.

Si j’avais pu donner 0 étoile, j’aurais donner 0. J’ai pris la peine d’appeler avant de venir et la fille m’a répondu qu’ils fermaient à minuit, nous sommes arriver à 23h30 et ils nous ont dit qu’ils ne pouvaient pas nous servir, pas de crème glacée, pas de milkshake, rien apart les gâteaux dans le frigo. En plus elle m’a répondu avec une attitude très bête et je cite elle a dit: « nous aussi on doit partir d’ici on ferme à minuit » bref c’était la première fois qu’on venait et nous avons été très déçu.
