Jai trouver une souris qui se baladait dans le hall c’est dommage y’as pas de note zéro je vous la fais courte je suis allé tôt le matin pour un bagel au saumon le temps que l’employé me prépare m’as commande j’ai vue une souris se balader dans le hall et rentrer sous les équipement de l’établissement c’est vraiment désagréable fait attention.

J’habite juste à coté sow si vous voulez que je viens pour avoir mon avis on vrais vie je peux venir merci et vous avez l’audace de me répondre on as pas de hall lol vous avez la chance j’ai pas appeler la ville pour vous sur place meilleur truc que vous allez faire c’est d’améliorer votre magasin au lieux de me répondre oohhh on pas de hall lol

We had an amazing experience at this bagel store in Quebec, Montreal. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. What stood out for us was that everything is baked freshly on-site daily, giving a delightful freshness to each bite. Highly recommended for a satisfying and authentic bagel experience!

Tried it 2 or 3 times (various orders) : always really expensive for very mediocre quality - tasteless, dry, not fresh.
Service was always borderline hostile but last time I was there sombody from the staff yelled at a lady when she was leaving without buying anything. Never again.

Passing through on my way to Ottawa, I decided to stop and get some bagels to bring back to my family. I am English and the male employee spoke great English, but I asked for 12 plain bagels and he gave me 12 sesame seed. I’m not a big fan of sesame on a good day, but these bagels had an astronomical amount of sesame seeds! I’m not kidding. It was shocking.lol. Anyway, bagels froze nicely and I was able to bring them back home a few days later. I would return if I ever return to Montreal (and watch the employee more carefully).

Bought a mixed bag of 6 original bagels to take back to Toronto. They're OK. Probably better if I eat it on the spot. For takeout and for consumption the day after I feel like one of the older establishments in the city will offer better and cheaper fare.

J’ai découvert la Fabrique de Bagel par hasard…Quelle surprise! Un endroit fort sympathique où l’on y mange très bien, des produits frais, de qualité et un large choix.
Le personnel est accueillant et serviable.
Je recommande.

Got the coconut bagel with cranberry/orange cream cheese. I wish the coconut flavor came through more, but I liked the unique flavor combination.

Très décevant. 15 $ pour un bagel qui a l’air de ça. Omelette d’œuf précuite, petits morceaux d’avocat bruns quasi moisi (très cheap quantité en plus), sans roquette tel qu’annoncé (pourtant nous n’avions pas le choix de prendre de la laitue), une petite tranche de saumon sans fromage à la crème ou presque. Bref, nous sommes 6 personnes à avoir reçu une commande incorrecte et sommes unanime sur le fait qu’il s’agit de la première et dernière fois que l’on commande à cette place.

**Faites attention, lorsque vous demandez un remboursement via Uber dû à une commande incomplète/ou aliments non conformes, la Direction de l'établissement menace de signaler le tout. Je crois que les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes pour la piètre qualité des repas.

Excellent service, but the food was quite poor. Salmon cream cheese bagel was one of the worst we’d ever had. Such a thin layer of cream cheese and no love put into it. The BLT had just a tiny piece of bacon and cold ham in the middle, it was still OK, but not a great bagel. Sadly wouldn’t recommend this place.

Je suis passer pour les vacances j ai découvert les baguesl ou je ne connaissais pas encore mieux qu au McDo très bon même excellent personnel souriant très agréable d une gentillesse je recommande cette endroit bravo aux salarier

Bagel was decent but underwhelming for a $17 bagel (combo came with a smoothie which was pre-made, mediocre at best). Service is excellent though, the man was very friendly and nice. Got the smoked salmon bagel, could’ve used more cream cheese.

Le café avait bon goût mais pas assez chaud et le service à la clientèle de l'homme qui m'a servie était pas là, j'me suit sentie comme si je dérangeait et pourtant j'étais la seule cliente. Je ne retournerai pas à cette endroit là ça ses sûr!

I went this morning to La Fabrique and was pleasantly surprised by their selection. Their home made juices were delicious and all of their food selection was delicious. Had a bagel with egg and it was perfect! Also bought bagels, scones and more! Great spot. The owner was very nice and believes in freshness. Definitely going back.

Stopped here for breakfast on the go and it was amazing. Got the prosciutto and brie bagel and I will probably dream of that sandwich for the rest of my life. There is tons of variety on the menu and different flavors of bagels and cream cheese. The service was fast and friendly.

I passed by their new location. They have a good selection of bagels as a snack or breakfast. They are all ready made. I prefer not eating a bagel already in the fridge because it's not tasty like a hot fresh bagel!
I liked their selection of cream cheese, sweet and salty.

Place have amazing collection of Bagels but they don’t have any without eggs.

Coffee and chai latte are amazing I would definitely recommend to anyone. I would definitely say chai latte is not same as chai in India.

The onion is a lie, they only put like three bits in the middle.my guy Eduardo from the Bronx makes a way meaner bagel. Also they pre-make the entire sandwich. You would get cussed out for that in da Big Apple yur

Excellent comme endroit pour manger et prendre un café et même pour étudier les bagels sont savoureux et les ingrédients sont très frais. Le personnel est très accueillant. Au top!

Delicious, warm and fresh bagels. Got the BLT and the Brie and Prosciutto flavours. Both were very delicious! Service was prompt and friendly. Pricing was around $9/bagel sandwich.

They have a great selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches. The bagels are light and tasty. Try their fresh juices for a real treat. I especially recommend the mango-peach! Just be sure to pull hard on their tall, heavy door- you might think they're closed.

Order a avocado salmon bagel…. I dont know if its because of the inflation, the upcoming recession, supply chain importation problems but if i pay for a salmon avocado bagel … i want a salmon avocado bagel …. You guyz put me the thinnest layer of salmon and the smallest piece of avocado i have seen in my life… i have a learned a lesson today…. I will make my own bagel at home next time.

Staff were really nice (so I’m sorry to write this review), the counter looked full and appetizing with lots of options but the food just wasn’t that good… I got a salmon avocado bagel and the apple spinach avocado smoothie. The bagel was dry, the salmon tasted old, and there just really wasn’t much goodness. The smoothie was not blended well at all and bitter. It’s a shame but if you’re looking for a good bagel experience in Montreal I’d skip this one.

Leurs Smoothies étaient tellement santé et savoureux! Le service très bon! Pas trop fan de Begal aux saumon et avocat, malgré cela je vais continuer à essayer des autres bagels!

J’adore les bagels? J’ai pour habitude de me les faire moi même et en voyant cet enseigne au pied de chez moi: j’étais ravie… puis déçu. Le concept est top, la carte donne envie, les smoothies sont bons, les yaourts aux granolas et fruits sont délicieux mais nos 4 bagels commandés étaient insipides: le manque de garniture et le pain trop sec.
Dommage.

My favourite bagel spot! Super fresh, lots of selection for sandwiches/bagels and cream cheese. Absolutely delicious desserts and coffee too!

I wonder how they hire their staff. I ordered a smoked salmon twice: the first time I asked for the bagel to be toasted. Genius who made my bagel threw the whole thing in the microwave or something; my bagel was piping Hot with the salmon half cooked and cream cheese melting all over. Second time I asked for it to be toasted and to add chive cream cheese. This time the genius forgot to add the salmon. Jesus Christ, how is this business still up and running?

On our first morning in Montreal, we were mega stoked to scope out the perfect bagels in which I was stalking this joint out from it's stellar reviews and enticing photos of other peoples visits. It was bustling with regulars which is evidence of how good this place is. We got three bagels between two people at under ten bucks which was including extra condiments and was more than enough. We had to purchase extra condiments, how can you seriously have a bagel with strawberry Jelly but no peanut butter in the same sitting? ! PBJ time always! These were the best bagels I ever had and did not disappoint one bit, super yummy doughy and fresh tasting and bursting with flavor. Until now, I can only now positively say iv had REAL montreal-style bagels and completely understand the hype. Flavor preference ranked (I could eat Pumpkin and Cinnammon for days, but the Cinnamon and Raisan was a bland letdown) :

The server was a super nice guy, extremely approachable and friendly making great recommendations and very knowledgeable about the store and its products.
Incredible value for money in a clean and modern upscale eatery with a chilled, laidback and cozy vibe. As my only complaint or improvement, the eatery did not have a mix of compost and recyclables and only had garbage, as well as the peanut butter sachets are the standard Kraft brand containing palm oil etc. I think it'd be pretty easy, unique and a great idea to collaborate with a local business of some sort for delicious natural PB.
I'd be concerned If I lived here that these are so good, I'd become half dude, half dough for sure. These are crazy doughy, chewy and almost rip your teeth from your gums as real bagels do but totally worth it.
Their coffee Cappucino and Apple, Spinach and Advocado Juice are also super good.

Same owner as Westmount location-do not expect this place to be run any better/cleaner. Staff has a worst attitude here.

Je fais beaucoup de TooGoodToGo et je suis pas mal déçu par cette place. Je pense que ça a été ma moins bonne expérience en terme de qualité / repas. En principe, j’ai toujours été agréablement surpris par ce que me proposait les restaurateurs et là, ça n’a vraiment pas été le cas…

I had the avocado salmon bagel and it was PHENOMENAL.

To be honest, the food didn't look very welcoming as it was all in a fridge, pre-made just like in Starbucks. But they are definitely doing something right because that was the best bagel I've ever had!

Best bagels in Montreal. I had always gone to St-Viateur when visiting from Toronto from seeing the reviews however unless the bagel is literally fresh from the oven it gets tough quick even during the day. La Fabrique bagels are so good you don't even need to toast them, they are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Perfect for cream cheese. I did try it toasted and preferred for it not to be toasted if it's baked that day. These bagels hold up a lot better for travel if you're bringing them home days later with toasting.

J'ai essayé leur chocolatine, leur croissant aux amandes et certains désserts. Tous très bon. Aussi leur employée Maraya est super gentille et offre un excellent service

Très bonne place pour acheter son lunch. Les combos sont à bon prix, la qualité et la fraîcheur sont là!
Très bon choix de desserts aussi, je reviendrais pour les déjeuners pressés.

Found this place in a stroll. Must say the steak spice bagel with jalapeño cream cheese is phenomenal. Also the double chocolate bagel with blueberry cream cheese is delicious too. So many options! This place is must see in Montreal!

Disappointing experience. Heard so much about famous Montreal bagels and could not wait to try… Fresh bagels feel and taste very dry and old… the stuff is very nice though

Fresh bagel sandwiches and adequate coffee.

The bagel sandwiches are the main attractions here, they are very clever with their ingredients and flavor profiles, the brie and prosciutto had nice slives of pear and walnuts in it making it a very delicious yet interesting sandwich.

I love you so much this place.
You have to come here and buy their bagel. They are awesome and so delicious.
When I first came here, it is because we are looking for donut but we end up trying their fresh bake bagel 2 for 10 and I was looking at the croisant. The cashier saw that and heard that I am asking my girlfriend if she would like one. The cashier just gave us two of them for free and wish us a good day!
Man, god blessed you with youe kindness and great tasty bagel.
I will always come back just to buy all of them bagel so wait and bake a lot!

Règles sanitaires respectées. Le 27 janvier 2021, j'ai eu une très belle expérience. Une employée très accueillante, prête à m'expliquer le fonctionnement de votre fabrique. J'ai tellement aimé l'expérience que j'y suis retourné avec ma fille le 17 mars 2021. Ce jour-là, il y avait une préposée vraiment pressée, soit dit en passant, il n'y avait personne derrière nous qui attendait. Elle n'a même pas laissé le temps à ma fille de choisir sa sorte de bagel, elle était déjà en train d'étendre le fromage sans même demander à ma fille (adulte) si elle le voulait toasté. Comme le comptoir est haut et qu'elle ne voyait pas, je lui ai dit, tu ne mange pas ça chaud? Elle a avisé la dame, lui disant que ce n'était pas ce bagel qu'elle voulait et qu'elle le voulait chaud. La préposée a fait un air en voulant dire: "On ne gaspillera pas celui-ci" Et n'a pas retiré le fromage, n'a pas changé la sorte de bagel et a foutu le tout au four. Vraiment pas de professionnalisme, aucun service à la clientèle venant de sa part. Très déçues!

Crispy and soft bagels ready to eat or you can make your own. Lots of selection and really nice staff. Highly recommend.

Par contre, je suis déçue concernant leur communication.
Il y a une affiche avec des horaires qui indiquent qu'en ce moment le restaurant ferme à 15h. Cependant, j'y suis allé à 14h et visiblement le restaurant reste tout le temps fermé. Pourquoi vous ne communiquer pas clairement?
