Wow belle expérience. Je recommande même par temps plus maussade! Gros et beaux fruits j’ai adoré y aller pour les fraises et aujourd’hui pour les bleuets! Super activité avec les enfants! Personnel courtois et avenant je recommande x 1000!

J'ai adoré notre expérience les indications sont claires facile d'accès.
Les fruits sont variés et savoureux.

Si j'aurais pu mettre ZERO je l'aurais mit, Je comprend qu'il ai des reglements mais il y une facon de le dire, on s'est fait crier dessus par les employés! C'est innaceptable, des enfants etaient present est la femme est virer sur le top! PIRE PLACE EVER!

Un très, très mauvais service à la clientèle. Le personnel est irrespectueux envers la clientèle.

Après une semaine de pluie, mes amis et moi avons décidé d'aller cueillir des blues en famille. Mais ce n'était pas notre jour, car nous avons eu une expérience désagréable dans cette ferme. Nous avons été traités comme si nous venions cueillir gratuitement et que nous ne cueillions pas les fruits correctement. Mais ce n'était pas le cas car la dame nous a demandé à 4 familles de choisir les 4 buissons qui n'avaient même rien sur eux car nous avons bien cueilli, nous avons avancé pour pouvoir remplir les Paniers. A partir de là, ils ont commencé à crier, les enfants ont commencé à pleurer, ils étaient stressés. Á la sortie, notre voiture a été frappé à plusieurs reprises au pare-brise, jusqu'à la fin nous avons décidé d’appelé la police. Donc, avant d’aller panser si ça vaut la peines

We acknowledge that your farm has been operating for 40 years, and we were part of your loyal clientele. Therefore, the unfortunate incident we experienced was particularly disheartening for us.
Regarding your claim about us ignoring attitudes mentioned in other reviews, we have always tried to give your farm the benefit of the doubt and ignored any potential issues. However, this time, the situation was genuinely overwhelming, and it seems we are not the only ones facing such challenges.
In reference to the picking method, we followed the directions given by the lady directing us. The instruction was to pick berries row by row. As a group of four families, we moved forward to the next row to accommodate everyone. Regrettably, one of our friends couldn't finish picking a bush as the berries were not ripe and very acidic. The way the lady addressed this issue was incredibly impolite and disrespectful from the start. Even when our friend tried to explain the situation, she responded with aggression and demanded that we leave, asserting her authority as the boss. This left us feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed.
We deeply respect farmers and have a firsthand understanding of the challenges they face. Our mention of education was merely to convey that we come from farming backgrounds, not to demean anyone based on education levels.
As for the issue with the children, we were not informed beforehand about any rule prohibiting them from running. Most of the kids were picking berries with the family. When asked, we to rectified the situation immediately.
Regarding the police involvement, we called them out of concern for our safety and that of our children. We never intended to cause inconvenience to your business but wanted a neutral party to assess the situation and ensure a peaceful resolution. The police handled the situation calmly, and we were relieved that no further escalation occurred.
We believe that honest communication can lead to resolution and growth. We genuinely want to support local farmers and appreciate your hard work. However, we also feel there is room for improvement in customer service and conflict resolution at your farm.
It would be our pleasure to help local farmers voluntarily by contributing our skills. However, we believe that addressing the management and customer service concerns first could lead to a positive change, resulting in reduced employee turnover.
We had hoped for a sincere apology from the staff involved in the altercation, as it could have helped mend the relationship and foster a better customer experience. Unfortunately, your response seems to downplay the situation, leading us to share our experience to inform others about what to expect.

I would have gave 0. We were treated as their slaves and they yield at us all the time. Intimidated the kids and treated us discriminatory names. We were 4 families who came to pick some blueberries. She gave us a a row and kept screaming at us to stay at one bush even though there was nothing left there. I asked to show me back the bush i skipped and she was not able to do so. On a Sunday evening, coming to enjoy some time with the family they come screening at you and make the kids cry. Will never come here again and will never recommend to anyone. We had to call the police as they were getting aggressive after asking them to treat us with respect. They hit windshield of the car and we had to leave as were afraid of physical aggression. They said the day before”maudit de chinois” also were not happy. It seems they are racists here and not completely mentally healthy. Avoid!

The customer service is absent. The two ladies directing at what place to pick the berries are very aggressive and disrespectful. I have come many times with my family, and it's always the same story. You are treated just like if you are stealing, not paying for the product. This last time, they yealed at us that we have no rights there, it's their territory, and we are nobody. Will never be back here after the sour experience today. Find a better place where you can enjoy the experience, not just the berries.

Ferme bien ordonnée avec un accueil sympathique de la part de ces agriculteurs qui travaillent fort.

J’y vais depuis plusieurs années mais c’est la première fois que l’ambiance est aussi mauvaise. Le jeune surveillant des champs n’est clairement pas habitué avec la clientèle. Un enfant assis un peu à l’écart s’est fait crié aïe qu’est-ce que tu fais là trouves tes parents! Une dame derrière moi s’est fait reprendre à 2 reprises de façon brusque en lui disant de cueillir 1 bleuet à la fois! Moi j’ai soulevé doucement une branche pour mieux prendre les fruits et il a crié faites pas ça! Vraiment désagréable cette année. Je comprends qu’ils doivent surveiller mais tout peut se faire dans le respect.

Été. 2023: Malheureusement, les framboises sont très très peu sucrées. Je ne sais pas trop si cela s'explique par la saison ou la variété de framboisiers, mais la récolte est très décevante. On peut en faire des confitures, mais fraîches, les framboises ne sont à peu près pas mangeables. Dommage, l'accueil est bon. Et comme chez tout ces agriculteurs, les champs sont magnifiques, la nature est belle.

Une très belle ceuillette, belle expérience, je conseille fortement d'y aller avec votre famille pour passer la journée.
Les champs sont vastes et admirables.
Les blouets sont tres délicieuses mais les framboises sont amers un peu. Il faut les attendre encore pkus de temps pour qu'ils deviennent plis sucrés.
Il y a des tables, des arbustes à acheter, des toilettes, des parkings et autres.

À la ferme familiale Métayer, on trouve un très vaste choix de plants de légumes, fruits, fines herbes, fleurs et arbustes pour le potager et le jardin. J’y ai, entre autres, trouvé des "petits" plants de tomates et de cerises de terre largement plus matures que ceux qu’on trouve en général dans d’autres centres. Les produits sont d’excellente qualité et à des prix très compétitifs, et la famille offre un accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils.
