Très bon service reçu! Je ne pouvais pas être sur place pour choisir les fleurs et on a tout fait par téléphone et en échange texto. Juan a réalisé un magnifique bouquet et a vraiment été à l’écoute de mes demandes. En plus, j’étais très dernière minute pour faire livrer le bouquet mais ils ont pris ma commande et le bouquet a été livré quelques heures plus tard! Merci pour tout!

Ordered a bouquet online but got different flowers instead: (They told me to come tomorrow but I wanted the bouquet today

First attempt here, I ordered a bouquet online and they called to tell me they're out of stock for what I ordered. (I understand) I spoke to a guy who made sure my order was replaced accordingly, that explains my one star. But I give 0 for the presentation of my replaced bouquet. Honestly I almost paid 80$ for a bouquet that was first poorly wrapped + the flowers chosen was all half dead + i only got 5 roses for that price!
I had to go to another fleurist to make it look presentable for half the price! I understand that they are busy on valentines day, but at least take that time to wrap correctly. I pre-ordered for a reason. I went there to wait for them to wrap them.the flowers didn't have water reserve which other fleurists give in order the flowers stay hydrated. They are over rated and I don't understand why.their prices are too high, and it's not my first time buying flower.

Must be fake reviews. I went because reviews said good prices. I've never seen a flower shop with high prices like this, 10$+tx for 1 rose. Even the pop-up flower shop in Alexis Nihon is 9$ per rose and normally those pop-up shops overcharge.

Kinda pricey and slow for fresh flowers; the selection of non-flower gifts is much bigger than the actual flowers.

JUSTE GÉNIAL! Fleurs et ballons, à la toute dernière minute, je n’y serais pas arrivé sans vous! J’étais prise au boulot et grâce à vous, ma mère à été tellement émuese n’est certainement pas ma dernière fois chez vous!
