I came from Toronto to visit my family in Laval just want to take some flowers for my sister It was tuly and amazing experience. Very organized and professional There is an assortment of interesting and unusual flowers. We were very pleased to have discover this place and highly recommend This place if you visiting Montreal or Laval must visit this place.

They didn't deliver the flowers. After I called them twice to make sure they would be delivered because it was getting late in the afternoon. Ruined a birthday. Very rude customer service and they we're the ones in the wrong.

Ordered the premium, hoping getting something special however not even worth 50$ ended up paying 160$. The bouquet was so small and full of greens nothing special. It is very frustrating to be paying this much money and getting something very small, they all care about money and not their clients. I also saw some people mentioning the same issue. STAY AWAY. Literally 12 flowers and all greens such a scam. Also the flower dying in 2 days, such a SCAM

J'ai dû faire affaire avec la grâce des fleurs à plusieurs reprises jusqu'à présent, que ce soit pour un salon funéraire, des bouquets de fleurs ou des plantes et jusqu'à ce jour, je n'ai aucun mot à dire. Des produits de qualité et un bon service, je recommande fortement cette place pour vos besoins.

I want to start by saying that the flower arrangements we received for our wedding were amazing. The color scheme was perfect and all of our guests loved how it all came to be.

We met with the owner about 9 months prior to the wedding and the meeting went by smoothly. Links to Pinterest board and pictures were provided for inspiration. As the weeks were coming by quickly, we found the communication / customer service to be a bit lacking and our vision not quite what we had asked, especially for my bridal bouquet which had to be changed a couple of times.

We understand that the wedding season is always a hectic time for vendors, and probably worse since the pandemic, but it is definitely is not normal customer service when you have to make multiple attempts to reach out to someone to make sure changes and/or comments were received before the big day.

I’d suggest to have other agents, other than the owner, to perceive the wedding process as it is understandably impossible for one person to handle ALL the weddings.

Overall, I would still recommend this vendor for your wedding as quality was great and delivery went smoothly, but be prepared to make follow-ups if lack of communication is present.

If i could put 0 stars i would, I highly don’t recommend this flower store at all, the price is so expensive and the service is very bad, dealing with the owner is the worst thing, he is rude and impatient. Elie you had to learn customer service before you open your store!

La Grâce des fleurs, un service impeccable et extrêmement orienté envers le service client et la satisfaction de ses clients. Pour notre mariage nous avons fait affaire avec eux pour le Backsplash et le cadre pour le "seating chart". Nous étions extrêmement satisfait. Même que le soir même du mariage, il y a eu un petit problème avec le Back Splash et le propriétaire, M. Elie est venu lui même l'arranger même si c'était tard durant la soirée. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe de la Grâce des Fleurs. Votre touche a fait de notre mariage un succès.

My wedding was on Aug 20th, let me tell you! The arrangements were amazing It was more than what I had imagined. I went to see the owner Eli and told him what I envisioned and he really created what I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and has amazing taste. He was also very patient with us and took the time to understand our needs. If you want a beautiful wedding with gorgeous arrangements this is the place to go! And one thing I love about his service is that he actually gives a breakdown of what you are getting with the prices. As a result, you know exaclty what you are paying for. Thank you soooo much Eli for everything, you are amazing!
