A great place to check out if you want a unique dining experience! The atmosphere was incredible and made you feel like you were abroad, the service was great as the people were very nice, and the food was incredible. Soup, large couscous blend enough for two, and a Moroccan mint tea at the end. I suggest going here if you'd like to try something new in the city!

I really liked this place it really makes you travel, loved the concept and the friendly servers

They have a table d'hôte where you have a soup, a couscous (where you chose between vegetarian, chicken, beef or a taster with all of them.) and mint tea. All couscous flavours are delicious but my favourite was the beef one. It's BYOW even though it doesn't say anywhere on the website. The ambiance is really cool, make sure you wear socks without holes because you need to take you shoes off to sit down to eat at the 'tent looking' area.

Very friendly staff and environment. The seating arrangement felt very authentic. Ordering process was very simple. Only complaint was that the platter was about 70% couscous. The meat and vegetables we had were amazing. However after a few bites you are left eating just couscous. Would have been happier to have an overall smaller portion with more meat and vegetables.

Everything was absolutely delicious and there were gluten-free options as well. I will definitely come back with my friends

Expérience décevante! Premièrement, le propriétaire nous accueille sans masque, comme si rien n’était. On nous indique que le souper est 25$ par personne, mais que ceci n’inclut pas de mezze (comme indiqué sur le site). Portions peu généreuses, servies à peine 10 minutes après notre arrivée. Nous n’avons jamais quitté un restaurant aussi rapidement… je ne me déplacerai plus pour aller à cet endroit.

It feels like home in here. You need to take off your shoes and relax in the tent-like interior design which is pretty colorful. Smell of the food is like a mama cooking at home. Food is delicious, absolutely delicious. We had the mixed dish, beef and lamb, chicken with preserved lemon and vegetarian; it was absolutely great. Value for money is good and it's BYOW. We absolutely enjoyed it.

Bcp de potentiel malheureusement vraiment pas propres. Nourriture est bonne malheureusement une fois sur place le menu n’est pa disponible seul 1 item. Donc soit on mange ça ou rien ce qui me dérange pas mais arranger vous pour l’annoncer. Les ustensil sal au milieu de la table ça ne passe pas

Dépendamment de vos habitudes culinaires, vous pourriez facilement être dépaysé et voyager à travers votre expérience dans ce restaurant.

Before going to the restaurant, I checked on their menue online. I had seen they have different african foods. But when we got there, we were told that the only option is d'hote table which costs you $25 (includes entrees and mint tea). We had soup and hommus as appetizer, which was ok. But for the main dish, they brought 1 plate for 4 of us, and the amount of stew they put on the couscous was extremely low, none of us got full. The mint tea was sweet and cold also. It was not a pleasant experience and it was overpriced.

Delicious food and courteous personnel. I loved that the chef and owner came to talk to us what would be served that night. He came and offered my son a soda (which he loved).
The meal was nicely served. Entry, and main dishes were hot and very delicious. Great experience.

Super service, cadre très original, et le chef qui nous propose son menu préparé du jour. Tres bonne adresse, on a hâte d'y retourner pour tester le couscous du soir!

Cuisine simple mais délicieuse, le proprio est sympathique, et le décor très dépaysant. Le menu est assez restreint mais il y a une option végétarienne. Pas de desserts. Apportez votre vin.

Yup. I agree the food is good but nothing Spectacular. Couscous with a mix of meats and vegetables which changes on occasion. Very simple but a nice ambiance to be with a group and bring your own wine. Left still a bit hungry but you can order morefgood but my group was not hungry enough.

Would go back but my only comment is to dim the lighting a bit for a more romantic Nomad-Tenty ambiance.since Khaima means Nomad Tent.

My go to spot for comfort food - not only is the grub good for the soul but Atigh and his entire staff always make us feel appreciated, cannot recommend enough!

Looooooove the looks and the atmosphere of this place! Can spend hours and hours here! Super nostalgic, reminding me (and few of my friends) of our grandmas' places back home in Iran; also reminding me of the vibes of certain hot climate areas back home.loved it to the most (the food was also good but honestly I was enjoying the environment so much so that I couldn't really care much about the food)

We ended up here by accident and we did not regret it!
You can barely tell it's open when you see it from the street, cuz everything around is so dark but then you walk into this great ambiance and genuine decor and feel so welcome.
It is a bring your own wine and the only option is a table d'hote for $25! All you can eat! Ours came with hummus and pita, then a lentil soup and the main is couscous (gluten-free options available) with beef, chicken, and veggies.
I have to be honest, I'm not a fan of hummus or couscous generally but this was actually very good!
In terms of quality/price, this place can't be beat!
It was a Monday night and the place filled up quickly, so I wouldn't want to recommend this place, just because that means it will always be impossible to get a table

Nice decor, ambiance and friendly service, but the food was pretty disappointing.
Raw carrots and cucumbers in a couscous? !
The vegetables were bland and undercooked, no spices at all. The beef stew didn't have enough sauce and the chicken coucous had just bits of breast meat.
Not worth the price, imho.
