I like this store, it has a good selection and I like to support small local businesses however I need to say my last experience with them was very disappointing. They have a very strict exchange policy that they did not warn me about before spending over 200$ in yarn there. They were unable to help me when I had white and cream coloured yarn that did not match and did not allow me to exchange the cream for a white colour. This is very disappointing as I would have continued to shop there but they do not seem to care about their long term relationships with clients over store policies.

Wonderful cozy yarn shop! The yarn is beautifully displayed making it very easy to shop. Staff was lovely!

I used to love going to that store and count on it as my primary LYS, but sadly, no more. My last two trips were far from being enjoyable. Their yarn selection has gone poor, their web site is misleading in terms of products and stocks. They seem to be shifting their resources to another store they have opened in a relatively new residential area far from downtown. That's a pity because they had such a gem of a store in a busy and hip area in the heart of Montreal. They had such great staff before. The store seems to be understaffed and the staff is neither friendly nor well informed. First time ever, I stepped out today without purchasing the yarn I chose and that wasn't even the best choice I could have had at that store.

Sweet little shop tucked away from the hustle of Montreal. What I love was the yarn by weight. I have never seen this in a yarn shop before. The young lady working was very helpful in assisting me with the amount of yarn I would need for a project, and also helped me to choose a colour, as I am very indecisive.

The staff are always helpful, know their craft and products. A well of knowledge. I only wish they opened longer hours.

Mon adresse préférée à Montréal pour trouver tout ce qu'il faut pour tricoter, crocheter. Un choix magnifique de laines de qualité, de laines teintes au Québec par des artisan.es de qualité. Et c'est sans compter le sourire et les précieux conseils de toute l'équipe, même en pandémie où l'on peut se faire conseiller par téléphone, par message. Bref, c'est un gros coup de coeur pour moi!

On a mis plus de 20 minutes à me servir, le personnel a été peu accueillant et plutôt que de répondre à mes questions on tentait de me vendre des cours. Dispendieux comparé aux alternatives pour se procurer du matériel de tricot.
