Delicious grilled beef with vermicelli. Also git the purple lime drink, which I was glad didn't have caffeine or extra sugar - just a light, refreshing boisson. The interior design is bright and fun.

La déco est très sympa! Ça change et c’est original. Le service était vraiment génial, nous avons été servis par un homme très gentil que nous remercions chaudement! La nourriture est bonne, sans prétention. C’est pas de la grande cuisine mais honnêtement c’est un rapport qualité/prix juste!

La nourriture est exquise, l'accueil est chaleureux et souriant. Le service est rapide et à l'image de l'accueil. Je recommande fortement cette adresse et la garde enregistrée pour les prochaines fois.

De l’excellente nourriture vietnamienne dans une ambiance soignée et décontractée, rappelant les diners américain des années 80.
Que ce soit pour un banh mi à emporter, ou une assiette de grillades à savourer sur place, je suis toujours assuré de passer un délicieux moment et je ne peux que vous recommander d’en faire autant!

Amazing service from the owner! Such nice people! Food is amazing also! We arrived at 8: 30 pm (30 min before closing) and we asked if we were ok to order and said no problem!

My Pho tokinoise soup beef wasn't saignant but well done. The broth taste alright but my partner's grilled chicken beef shrimp with rice was pretty good actually! The smoothie and the milk tea was pretty nice and refreshing too and the environnement give a go back in time in the 90s vibes which was different from others Asian restaurants. Their music choice are cool too.

Will probably go back if we're nearby!

Cadre rigolo - « diner » des années 50 avec des photos d'artistes des années 80, propriétaire super sympathique, banh mi au poulet délicieux. Bien hâte d'y retourner pour découvrir le reste du menu.

Vous avez beau être bien habillé et respectable, n'allez pas là pour une urgence de base (pressant besoin des toilettes) car ni les employés ni les dirigeants n'ont assez de jugement pour vous en permettre l'usage.

Awesome ambiance, great Vietnamese. Walked in expecting your classic diner but was pleasantly surprised to realize that it was actually Vietnamese food! The pho and spring rolls were pretty good. Worth the visit for the super cool ambiance and fresh food!

The location is great but I didn’t enjoy the food. I tried the grilled chicken with vermicelli, but it wasn’t what I was expecting… I got a big plate of vermicelli with three heavily-marinated chicken skewers - the pictures on the menu showed whole chicken thighs. The skewers had kind of a “mystery meat” vibe, and didn’t taste fresh - I didn’t want to finish them. The small salad on the side of my plate was smothered in some kind of ketchup/Mayo dressing, not what I expected ordering a Vietnamese meal.

Maybe the fried options are better, but I wouldn’t order from this part of the menu again. The staff were friendly, but it was so quiet when I went I didn’t understand why they didn’t bring my food to the table. There are some improvements to be made.

Decor is a bit weird but I enjoyed the music.

La moitié des drinks signature netaient pas dispo, apres avoir raté la premiere commande il nous ont servis le bonne commande mais avec un cheveux incrusté dans la panure surabondante. STEP IT UP -_-

On a passé dimanche soir vers 15h30.
L'affiche nous dit ouverture a partir de 16h. On revient vers 16h30, l'affiche a change pour 17h. Dommage.

Les deux jeunes femmes au comptoir sontl très sympathiques. Décoration très jolie, bonne musique. Tout est très propre. L'assiette de viande grillée servie sur riz ou vermicelle de style vietnamien est délicieuse. Très bon choix de thés aux perles et autres. J'y retournerai c'est certain!

I stopped in for some Cogos to go and was not disappointed!

Service was quick and friendly, the decor is adorable and the food was tasty + interesting.

I tried three different kinds and got three different dipping sauces. Shared with a friend, it was a great snack / dinner.

Will definitely be back to try some different menu items here.

We tried the pho and ramen. Both were great for the price! The mango soda was very good as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Le décor rétro est très chouette. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. C'est de la bouffe grasse mais c'est bon et réconfortant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les pogos coréens, les coupes wonton aux crevettes, la patate tornade et les différents breuvages. Les boulettes et les ramen nous ont moins plu. Nous avons passé une bien agréable soirée pour fêter les 80 ans de ma mère qui avait entendu parler de la Petite dînette à l'émission L'épicerie et qui avait envie de l'essayer!

La Petite Dinette is the most beautiful diner I've ever been in! Everything is designed to fit the 1950s retro diner look, complete with a jukebox, neon lights and paintings of famous actors in the 50's. I visited here on a whim because I was drawn in by the fabulous decor! I only got the Vietnamese iced coffee ($6) but it was delicious and strongly brewed. It's too bad I was too full to try the other food they have to offer. You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the diner, and he is very kind. They even play retro music and it's a nice place to relax and take pictures. Loved it!

Eclectic Asian fusion food inside a vintage 50’s American diner with pictures of music stars from the 80’s. That is original!

It seems the owner invested a considerable amount of money in the decor, which is very “instagramable”!

The menu is also original, even tho I don’t understand the concept of the restaurant and the menu all together. I’ve heard they are trying to emulate Asian street food, and I think it’s a great idea.

Owners are very kind and friendly.

The downside is the quality of the food. Since we go eat in a lot of restaurants especially asian ones, since we travelled a lot in Asia and experienced the street food, we didn’t enjoy our culinary experience as much as we wished. The Pho broth was bland and the beef was over cooked. The spring rolls had too much vermicelli and its peanut sauce was tasteless. The fried tofu was hard and didn’t seem fresh. The cogo was ok but the sausage was too small for the amount of dough.

I wish they can upgrade their cuisine to level up the global experience because the owners seem to be very passionate about their business, which have a lot of potential.

They deserve to thrive, but they need to adjust the quality of the food.

Très bel endroit servant une nourriture rapide fusion Québec/Vietnam. Ce n'est pas un repas santé, mais il s'agit de plats faciles à manger et réconfortants, très satisfaisants. Le décor rétro est bien fait. Le service bénéficierait d'avoir un ou deux employés de plus pour accélérer les commandes, mais le personnel sur place travaille fort en ces temps de pénurie de main d'oeuvre. À expérimenter!

Very cute location and vibe! I had their veggie ramen with traditional sauce (which is also vegan). The noodles were good and the vegetables were generous which I really appreciated! Sauce was a bit sweet for me! Overall, would definitely like to check out their other vegan friendly options!

Such a cool spot with delicious food, really good prices and just a fun vibe. Really like the decor and music, it's very unique. A must try! I recommend the kogos and the sodas!

I finally got to try this place! As a first post covid outing, it was perfect. Delicious Cogo, the pho rolls were fun and tasty, the matcha latte was not too sweet.

Bon service! Les ailes de poulet sont dignes de leur qualificatif JUMBO. Délicieux! Le Pogo coréen moitiée fromage et moitiée saucisse est excellent. Le thé butterfly Litchi /Fraise étanche la soif, miam!

Les CoGo, les "pogo" à la coréenne sont très intéressants, le service est impeccable et on se sent dans une ambiance rétro des dinner à l'américaine. La seule déception était la soupe phō qui n'était pas tout à fait à notre goût.

Very nice and friendly service. The Cogo is delicious, although the sauce on the side might be insufficient. The wonton cocktail things are a bit disappointing and feel more like something a child will create with cold corn and shrimps. But has a lot of potential and will visit again to try other things

Vraiment pas terrible. Le ramen sous forme de shaker est une mauvaise idée, et n'est vraiment pas pratique à manger.
Pogo avec beaucoup trop de pâte, qui était forcément crue.

Tried ramenshake deluxe and bubble tea taro through app. Deluxe had leaf mark which means vegetarian but it had beef and shrimp in it. Better remove that leaf mark and write ingredients. Please write ingredients for sauces as well. Tapioca bubbles were not soft enough (hard to chew) and had way too much ice.

I just went today, I had a cogo, their version of a Korean pogo. They also gave me an order of complimentary shrimp balls because I waited. It was worth the wait, the food is delicious, the decor is great and the owners are so nice. I am obsessed, super delish!
