La Petite Mangue

La Petite Mangue catered our wedding of 65 guests this past weekend. Every single dish was amazing - the hors d'oeuvres, the buffet-style dinner (the fish amok and chicken teriyaki were favourites for many guests), not to mention the beautiful fruit display around our cake. The food was just as delicious, if not more so, than at our tasting (which is not always the case for wedding catering)!
Dylida was super kind and responsive throughout our whole planning process, and the other staff at our wedding were lovely too - everything went extremely smoothly!
We would highly recommend La Petite Mangue to anyone looking to host an event!:)

Fabuleux service traiteur. Nous avons commandé des bouchées cocktail pour 100 personnes dans le cadre de funérailles. Tout était frais et savoureux. Les commentaires ont été unanimement positifs, plusieurs invités ont demandé les coordonnées du traiteur. La chef et propriétaire, Dylida, est sympathique et de bon conseil. Sa cuisine a été un beaume dans une journée pleine d'émotions.

Le buffet commandé de la Petite Mangue pour l’anniversaire de 30 ans de ma fille, pour plus de vingt invités, s’est révélé au-delà de mes espérances. Un mariage parfait et exquis de saveurs, de textures et d’arômes nous ont transportés au coeur de l’Asie. Tous ont adoré. Bravo! À refaire sans hésitation.

We had our wedding of 120 people catered with La Petite Mangue, and all the food was delicious! Great portion size, and the guests were all very pleased. Dylida was so helpful when we made last minute changes. She was sure to be careful with the allergies of our guests. Definitely recommend for your next event!

Truly blown away by the amazing service and most importantly the food! I took a full service for my guests (entrées, mains, desserts) and everything was delicious. The portions were very generous. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thank you Dylida!

La Petite Mangue’s food service at our wedding was second to none. We were nervous at first that some older members of our families would be overly picky with new cuisine, but my husband and I had spent some time together in Southeast Asia and were sold by the mango sticky rice dessert. We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY with the food Dylida provided. Those picky family members were the first ones going for second and third helpings of everything!

Beyond the food, Dylida was the essence of kindness and professionalism. She worked carefully with us during the COVID pandemic and accommodated to the best of her abilities our constantly moving wedding date. On the day of the wedding, the waitstaff Dylida worked with actively worked towards helping us realize our dream wedding. Much of our wedding was DIY, right down to the “self-serve bar” in a canoe. Dylida and her team made sure we didn’t spend a moment worrying about whether our bar was stocked or if someone had missed the cocktail plates. We cannot thank them enough for their time and dedication to making our wedding special.

First time trying, ordered almost every vegan option on the menu. You will not be disappointed.

Service de traiteur avant tout mais ils offrent maintenant la livraison et le take out en temps de pandémie. Ce qui est fort apprécié si vous avez une envie folle de dumpling et que vous habitez la Rive-Nord. Un plus, beaucoup de proposition végétarienne.
J'ai choisi les dumplings végétarien, les crêpes aux oignons verts et la salade de mangue. Je me suis faite une sauce aux arachides même si le plat avait une sauce au sésame. J'aime les sauces un peu plus goûteuse.
Sinon, le repas était très bien, livré rapidement. Notre coup de cœur fut le dessert: les beignets aux bananes frites. De très bonnes petites bouchées craquantes. Je préfère de loin la version ''petites bouchées'' que la grosse banane dans l'assiette.

Lol les gens confondent ce service traiteur avec le restaurant du même nom. C'est pas un resto guys! J'ai commandé pour emporter je sui végétarienne j'ai adoré les rouleaux impériaux végétaliens et l'entrée et les dumplings étaient délicieux. J'ai aussi commandé le Makal au Tofu mais ce dernier plat je ne l'ai vraiment pas aimé, ni le gôut ni la préparation peut être que le tofu n'est pas leur spécialité? Mais c'est sûr que je vais recommander ne serait-ce que pour les dumplings et rouleaux. Sinon je vais essayer un autre plat principal pour voir.

It was disgusting, it gots me sick! I will never order this again. I usually dont put any comments to restaurents but this one it just got me sick and angry. I ordered 57$ from it to throw the food in the bin.
C'était degueulasse, ca ma rendu malade! C'était la première et la dernière fois que je commande de ce restaurent. D'habitude je ne laisse jamais de commentaire mais là j'étais vraiment à bout j'ai jeté 57$ de nourriture à la poubelle. C'était horrible. Je vous le déconseille.

Food was okay but I will not be ordering from this place again for the single reason that they use styrofoam to package their food. 6 containers out of 8 were styrofoam which are not recyclable and toxic. There are many affordable eco friendly and biodegradable options out there; styrofoam is by far the worst and I will not support toxic garbage. It’s also very bad for our own health: “When used with food products, especially when heated, Styrofoam releases toxic chemicals into the food causing a contamination which can be hazardous to your health In addition, when exposed to sunlight, Styrofoam creates harmful air pollutants which contaminate landfills and deplete the ozone layer. ”

There was a miscommunication, but the seller is currently trying to make it right. So I'm keeping my hopes up.

After having catered two previous parties that I attended, we decided to ask La Petite Mangue to cater our Christmas party of over 40 people. I'm glad we did. They are very professional and gave great suggestions. They showed up early (as we requested) and provided great food and service! We received many complements about the food.

Les différentes recettes étaient délicieuses, Mme Mao est d'une extrème gentillesse. Je recommande haut la main!

Restaurant asiatique proposant des menus abordables et bons. Parfait pour les budgets moyens. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée.

Très très bon pad Thai et rouleaux de printemps! Parfait en une froide soirée en amoureux ou entre amis!

Je recommande chaudement la Petite Mangue comme traiteur. J'ai organisé un cocktail dinatoire de 70 personnes et la nourriture était très bonne, le service tout à fait excellent (chaque serveur connaissait les ingrédients des bouchées, ils étaient très attentionnés avec les convives ayant des allergies) et pour un prix vraiment très abordable selon moi. Le contact avec les propriétaires étaient très facile, ils répondaient à mes courriels dans la même journée et j'ai pu faire plusieurs petits ajustement au menu à la dernière minute sans problème. Bref, très bon choix de traiteur!
