Service was extremely bad and rude, grill was not working and they had to replace twice, toilets was not working also and we had use next door restaurant. Was looking forward to go there but definitely never come back

Nous arrivons au restaurant à 20h30 pour une réservation à 20h45 le 2 janvier dernier et la personne qui nous accueille (enfin si on peut parler d'accueil car pas de bonjour ni rien d'autre) nous dit de ressortir et de revenir à l'heure.pour information, une famille avec 2 enfants il fait -5° dehors et le restaurant était vide.allez comprendre?
Lorsque l'on revient à 20h45, on nous installe à une table à la propreté douteuse dans une salle très peu éclairée et dans brouhaha assourdissant.super!
Pour la commande, la serveuse mal aimable ne comprend pas ce qu'on lui demande.on nous amène un morceau de raclette déjà présenté à une autre table que nous refusons car ce n'est pas très hygiénique, morceau présenté de nouveau à la table voisine qui a eu la même réflexion que nous.
Nous demandons d'où vient le fromage à raclette car nous sommes savoyards de cœur et là, c'est le drame! On nous dit que c'est une raclette au vin de Savoie qui est vieillie de 30 ans? Quoi? On se rend bien compte de l'attrape touristes: fromage sans saveur, charcuterie très salée dont de la viande de grison? (Animal cousin de la moufette) et non de la viande des grisons (boeuf), bref culinairement affreux avec un service au même niveau.c'est la première fois de ma vie que je ne laisse aucun pourboire dans un restaurant quelque soit le pays, c'est pour dire! À éviter évidemment.

Very nice atmosphere, like being in Switzerland with the real raclette oven. Reasonable prices, specially for Tremblant resort village. We will return.

The food options for raclette/fondue are amazing, and the service is 10/10. We ordered lots of food here and it did not dissapoint. It was honestly such a great experience.

Terrible service. The waitress tells me “emmental” cheese isn’t Swiss. It is. When I brought it up to her she was very rude. The fondue sucked, go somewhere else.

Service horrible. La serveuse me dit que le fromage "emmental" n'est pas suisse. C'est. Quand je lui en ai parlé, elle a été très grossière. La fondue était nulle, allez ailleurs.

Great experience! The most engaging and immersive meal I’ve ever had in my life. Fresh meat and crustaceans for the fondue and the raclette was out of this world. Don’t forget the chocolate fondue for dessert! What made the night even better was the hospitality, warm, friendly and attentive staff.

I visited that place last weekend. The food was amazingly good and in huge quantity. I ate so much and I could not stop eating my raclette. I had to roll all the way to my apartment. It was a very good night!

The restaurant has 3 seatings an evening. I recommend you make a reservation if our want to eat here.

They have 5 types of fondue: cheese, red wine, beef broth, oil and chocolate. They also have raclette.

It was my first time having fondue. It was delicious… if you enjoy dipping bread, potatoes and cured meats into melted cheese. I strongly suggest you bring your appetite, so skip lunch. It was the perfect way to end a day of skiing.

There are not enough words to describe this place. Food, Service, Ambiance all above expectations. Make sure to make a reservation before you go, to do this you NEED TO CALL! They have 2 seatings 6.30 ans 8.30, I recommend you take the 6.30 seating as you will need to walk a bit after dinner! Get the Raclette and pace yourself it's worth itl

This is a very nice restaurant, but when you walk into it it smells kind of weird. Overall, the food tasted very good, and you got all you can eat potatoes that were very delicious.

We paid 160$ for two people for the most basic food.tiny pieces of charcuterie, basic green salad, boiled potatoes, STALE bread and some stinky pickles.their ingredients amount to less than 50$. It is not worth it at all.the only reason this place is getting all the hype is because it’s the only fondue place in tremblant. I would understand if it came with a steak but no. Also our waiter was drunk and kept going back to the bar, he wasnt helpfull at all and he kept leaving to go get another drink.

This place was around for a long time. My first experience here was 2003 and it never fair to impressive. The food gets better this visit. Make sure you make a reservation or else prepare to be ask to come back at 830. We called last min and they offer us a seating at 5 but we must leave by 650.

Great place, the cheese wasn't too strong so it was perfect for my taste buds. The experience was so fun and different. Everything was so good. I already want to go back!

Nourriture excellente, nous avons pris l’entrée de raclette et la pierrade. Nous avons eu du mal à tout terminer. Le seul bémol est l’éclairage déficient sur notre moitié de table (il y a des séparateurs). Nous avons dû sortir nos téléphones pour vérifier la cuisson des viandes.

Nous avons commandé de la raclette. Avec, vous obtenez des qq pommes de terre bouillies dans leur peau, des cornichons salés et des oignons marinés aigres. Et aussi la charcuterie est très insipide, du pain et du beurre.et des feuilles de laitue coupées en gros morceaux. La raclette au fromage est délicieuse, mais c'est le seul point positif. C'est une grosse arnaque. Nous avons mangé moins de la moitié du fromage qu'ils nous ont apporté. Cependant, peu importe, vous payez toujours 60 dollars pour chaque personne. Et tout ce fromage reste avec eux et puis d'autres le paieront encore et encore.génial. De notre côté, l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Bref, notre expérience nous a coûté un peu plus de 175$ vin compris (un verre de rosé) et le rapport qualité prix était inexistant.
Extrêmement cher pour ce que vous obtenez. La raclette au fromage est délicieuse, mais je vous recommande de chercher ailleurs.
Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas.
Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé cette expérience. Économisez vos pièces. ça n'en vaut pas la peine.

Amazing experience, friendly staff, clean intimate setting. Incredible food, good variety of many different styles of fondue. More than enough to eat per serving. Really a lovely experience. Would recommend!

3rd time we went. Not cheap, but A+ quality meat and food. Unlimited delicious bread. Private import wine list, always a nice night out.

Un incontournable à Tremblant. Restaurant gourmand. Nourriture toujours fraîche a chaque visite. Rien de raffiné mais toujours très savoureux. Bon service.

We got there early to put our names down and they told us to wait half an hour. After a full hour said they took larger groups in front of us so they could make more profit. What a joke in the name of service.

Pire service à vie. On nous a fait attendre, pour ensuite nous asseoir, pour ensuite, 3 min plus tard nous demander de partir, car notre table était apparemment réservée.une réservation qui était apparemment en retard de 20 min. Merci pour l’accueil la Savoie!

Awesome food and knowledgable staff. Dont be scared to spend the money. It is worth it for a special occasion/celebration.

Super endroit, nourriture, vin d’importation, par contre leur chaises pas super pour rester assis 2-3 heures à améliorer

We were a group of six and it was our first time eating here. Love the different fondue menu concept. We ordered the cheese fondue and the raclette with the beef and seafood and they were very good. Only minor complaint would be that there was way too much bread and potatoes included that we didn't eat very much of.

Great food but extremely poor reservation management. Their web site says: 'we don't accept on-line reservations'. You're very lucky if you can get through with a good ole telephone.
Took a chance and went on site: 'we're booked until spring'.

It's so easy to manage your web site and add that fact. Sorry guys. I'm not going back.
