Fantastic experience! We had our work Christmas party there for the second year in a row and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was incredible and the atmosphere was just perfect! Danny is unbelievable and makes you feel welcomed, valued and always goes above and beyond. They can accommodate any dietary restriction & there is ample parking. Truly a gem in the West Island! A must go to! Thank you to the whole team at La Serenata!

Service was great, the server was very knowledgeable about the wine selection and started us off with a very tasty Cabernet. His menu recommendations were on point for each of us. He let us go off menu for dessert when he found out one of us was a cheesecake fan. The food was light and very flavorful.

Everything was amazing except the lighting. It was very bright and then we had to ask them to dim the lights.definitely going back!

I was at this restaurant for the first time, and it was "wow" the food was excellent, the service perfect, btw our waiter Tito was the best, definitely it's a place where we will return, thank you for everything

Great food and outstanding service. We’ve had several family functions here, and they never fail to impress.

We have enjoyed our time here in the past but will never be going back & would never recommend this restaurant to others.

Firstly, they overbooked and were therefore unable to honour our previously agreed upon table/ seating arrangement & offered no solution.
The service was slow, the majority of staff were incredibly rude & the food was just not good. Chicken & veal were both cold & dry.
The plate of sugar and cream that were served to us with tea and coffee had open packets of sugar & garbage on it.
We waited over 45 minutes for our bill after asking for it & another 20 minutes to get the machine to pay.
Once the server brought it to us he was unbelievably rude. Grabbed the receipt from my hands, shoved the machine in my face & grabbed the machine away from me before the transaction was even complete.
When asking why he kept grabbing things from me, he responded by scoffing & then saying ‘I’ve never been asked that before’ & proceeded to walk away.
This is far from the experience that should be expected, especially from this type of restaurant & its price point.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant for authentic Italian cuisine. Friendly service, a good menu and excellent food in comfortable and tasteful surroundings. The appetizers are delicious, the fried zucchini appetizer is a must try. The pastas, carbonara and Gigi, perfectly al-dente and mouth-watering. Definitely recommend it.

Delicious food and quiet atmosphere at last. Very clean (bathrooms like the Ritz) table cloths immaculate white. Server was on point and experienced. Prices are above average for the West Island crowd but this restaurant has been here for quite some time and that means customers are willing to pay for quality.

Great environment, soup of the day was amazing, cream& truffles pasta and veal were good. My friendtolk me the coffee is great. They have a huge pepper mill.

We had a private party there on a sunday for my Goddaughters baptism. Great staff very attentive to everyone needs. Excellent service.
