Mon expérience à Lasource était particulièrement agréable. On m’a conseillé de la meilleure des manières et je remercie le gérant du magasin (Thierno Dieng) d’avoir été super à l’écoute et d’avoir trouver des solutions pour moi à des problèmes qu’il n’avait même pas à gérer. Un grand merci! Je recommande fortement ce magasin.

Je n’ai jamais été autant satisfait du service que l’on m’a offert. Un grand merci à Rayane, un jeune homme qui a su m’offrir un service à la clientèle formidable. J’ai pu partir avec 3 cellulaires ayant des forfaits téléphoniques vraiment pas cher. Et dire que je suis rentré simplement pour un auxiliaire. Encore merci Rayane!

I recently had a concerning experience with The source lasalle. Regrettably, they provided me with false information during my purchase and even went so far as to coerce me into signing a contract under misleading terms (misleading information that the bill will be reduced for further months). This deceptive conduct has left me feeling betrayed as a customer. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment and thoroughly scrutinize any agreements presented to them. It's disheartening when a business resorts to such practices, eroding trust and tarnishing the overall customer experience.
Additionally, their demeanor was notably rude, creating a negative atmosphere that overshadowed my overall experience. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and encountering such behavior from a manager (Thierno Dieng) was unexpected and disheartening. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!

I went simply to buy an HDMI cable as well as a screen protector. Thierno helped me with this, and upon checkout asked if I was with Bell in order to give me a discount on my purchase, which I am. He then asked if my internet was with bell as well, to which I responded no because I had previously tried to do this directly through Bell and was told it wasn’t possible where I was living, forcing me to go to another provider.

He took the time to do his research, took down my number and said he would look into it further and call me back. Not even 15 minutes later he called me back with an amazing deal, walked me through the entire process, and got me an installation date the same week!

Thierno, you are probably the best employee I’ve ever encountered at La Source! Thank you so much again. I highly recommend this store and its employees for its services.

I went to many different internet providers but had a difficult time understanding the technicalities and prices but once i went to la source at angrignon i met this one employee who helped me understand everything quite easily his name was amrit thanks to him i got the service i needed instead of the one i wanted which was highly overpriced

I was very happy from the service I got from Amrit, he has an excellent service and gave me a great deal on my internet service. Definitely recommend him for anything at this location.

Worst la source I ever went to, I went there twice thinking the first time might have been a bad luck type of thing.
The first time the employees didn’t even acknowledge me, they were all guys and if other men came in the store they would be given service. When I asked if they had something they answered me with basic things wanting me out of the way for their conversation to continue.
The second time I went there for Apple earphones, needed to replace mine in a rush and I work in the mall, again they are having personal conversations no one is working, they’re all huddling together and make me feel like I bother them. I buy the earphones, get the guarantee because I’ve never had issues in my usual la source and they always replace them if they break or whatever. Not even a year after they are giving me weird noises so I go in to change them because they said I could just come back with the guarantee and exchange them. They tell me to go to Apple cause there is nothing they can do. I say that I have a guarantee, that they told me with this I could come in to replace them and they say it’s „not their problem“.
Worst service I ever got.
Skip this one if you want good service unless you’re one of their friends that keeps dropping in.

Je suis venu acheter une apple watch SE 44mm, très très mauvais service à la clientèle. Je voulais voir un demo de la montre, le vendeur ma pointer le fond de la boutique à la place de m’apporter au demo et de bien m’expliquer! Pour un achat de 400$ et plus je trouve que c’est un manque de respect! Il était plus préoccupé à me vendre un service internet que de répondre à mes besoinS! Vu le manque de professionnalisme, dans aucun cas j’aurais accepté de signer quoi que ce sois à cette boutique La Source. Selon moi le bureau chef devrait faire une formation à ses employés avant de les mettre sur le plancher! Très mauvais service à la clientèle et je vous conseille d’aller directement chez Apple ou Samsung si vous désire avoir un bon service pour votre argent!

Extremely bad and inappropriate customer services. Chated and called them as it was impossible to track the delivery of the tv I ordered more than a week ago - even with fees of 50$. Not express. No timed delivery. Their answers was to wait. No possibility to have more information. No possibility to understand what could have happened.
They refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Refused for me to have a callback from said supervisor - told me it would be the same answer.
Would not recommend. They might be «Canada's largest tech retailer», they are in fact the least respectful to their clients. Extremely disappointed in this canadian company that sadly remains in the dark ages of costumer’s services.

My experience here was extremely pleasant. The man who helped me was named Amrit, and he was very kind and welcoming. He helped me switch over my phone to the newest model and explained everything out to me so perfectly so I understood everything. Where other places make it very clear they only see you as a number, it was clear that here I was seen as a person and I think that’s what matters the most. It’s rare to find these days and the service was A1,110%. I will be back for sure and intend to keep coming to the source in Angrignon for all my needs. Thank you so much again.
