Horrible trap I fell in when I signed a contract with La Source for what was supposed to be a good deal for Home connection & mobile internet, I ended up paying Hundreds (yes without exaggeration Hundreds of dollars monthly) since December 2022 until this moment of writing the review! Without being able to identify why or even stop it, whenever I go back to them they say it's not us at fault it's your operator, whenever I call the operator they say it is La Source fault, their manager didn't bother to show up repeatedly, rather than saying an employee will take charge of this! ZERO after sale and Zero responsibility, until I ended up with disconnection regardless of the massive amounts I have been paying extra! Complete Rip off by them & Bell Canada

Worst experience ever never back to this store all sales representatives are not experienced they don’t know how to solve customer problems i purchase my phn and new bell connection from them i used my number only for 10 days after they suspended my service i paid 325 $ advance but they need more 2 id’s for verification and when i called them they said we closed but i go their specially to check they really closed or not but i see all service representatives were their they told me excuse

Sir, i closed my system before 10 mintues i told them but u open untill 6 and 10 mintues left know do it know she said no sir u have to come tommarrow after this i had some conservation with her and i leave and i see
BELL store in just side of LA Source i told my prblm to sri lankan guy who works their he told me just give me 10 mintues then he called someone and verified my documents and he helped me …

The source cote vertu is an excellent and customer service,
i went there to purchase a phone. All staff was kind and made me feel very confortable. I’m also very satisfied with my purchase thanks ALEX and Nizar for ur kindness and support, l will definitely go back to the Source for future purchases
