Great administration and staff. Admin staff is really helpful. I was locked out of the building and the after hour service guy MARTELLO helped me get in within 5 minutes. Great staff and nice place to live. THANKS Martello!

No response from the admin team.
From outside the house look clean but we have to clean the house again there was dirt every where.
Before making any decision please do a review the place

I really liked the attention we got when we first stepped in the building, specially from Veronica Martinez, she showed us the entire place not only the apartment but all common areas, she helped us trough this process and every went superb, with her assistance finally we have a place to call HOME, thanks Vero!

P. S. She also speaks Spanish, isn't that great to?

Le personnel est chaleureux et amical. Ils ont à cœur de bien vous servir et de répondre à vos besoins rapidement. J’ai pu m’entretenir plusieurs fois avec Simon et Florin a l’administration, ainsi qu’avec David, Noé et Marcello pour l’entretien et les réparations et je dois dire qu’ils font un travail remarquable. Je lève mon chapeau à l’équipe. Bon travail!

Administration déficiente à plusieurs égards. Rénovations tapent à l'oeil sans réels avantages aux locataires. Augmentations indues à chaque année. Cessation des services de sécurité et la gestion des urgences. Rapport qualité prix au dessous de la moyenne.

I would really like to thank Ezra for all his support when onboarding my family to CLV Lafontaine. He took care of all my issues and gave me regular updates on the status. So far so good at Lafontaine!

CLV, the new owner, has been ruining everything since their arrival. They took money out of my account without my pre-authorization (which I reversed via my bank) and they ignore my requests to explain how they managed that.

Happy to have found this place, all staff treated me well with a special thanks to Veronica M, she is very patient and her proactivity made all process flow nicely.

Moving into Tour Lafontaine was a breeze thanks to CLV group staff and especially Annamaria who was there to help every step of the way!

To be completely honest, I’ve had a terrible experience in the early stage with the process of moving in and getting everything done, lots of mistakes were made but we were lucky to have Anna-Maria B.take care of us and fix everything with a lot of compassion and good faith. Thanks to her, we are now very happy of our experience at la tour Lafontaine and we just love it! Thanks Anna-Maria!

Clv group is and amazing company! We talked to Annamaria B, who was super helpful, kind and fast answering all of our questions and helped us through the process entire process from finding our new apartment to getting everything ready for us. Their buildings are very clean and pet friendly.

I have been living here for 4 years now, everything has changed since CLV took over the place. It was more personal relationship before them but now everything is commercial, they closed the face to face customer service office, change the heating system so no longer feeling warm, laundry becomes more expensive and moreover they increase the rent significantly for current tenants. I'm looking forward to leave this place as it becomes pure commercial entity.

I used to love living here but since CLV Group took over, customer service is poor. I've been asking for a locker now for 5 months and no luck. Guest parking is also no longer available (even though there are plenty of empty spaces), so I decided to ask for my own parking space, still no response. Maintenance also came into my apartment one day to replace the heating system (without providing me a notice beforehand and there was nothing wrong with the current heating system). My feeling is this is a company with the sole interest of making profit - tenants needs are not their primary concern. It's a shame as this is a great building and the location is fantastic, but when you need something it's nearly impossible to communicate with the staff.
