Excellent. Great store and the staff are so helpful. The lady at the cashier is one of the nicest people in Montreal! You never feel pressured or forced or watched. Check this place out. The quality, price and staff make you want to go back!

Je suis aller acheter une commande de 900 dollars leur système avait un problème je lui est demandé pour une facture manuel et on il mon répondu que si je suis pas satisfait que je pouvais aller acheter ailleurs si j’étais pas satisfait de leur service je nais jamais reçu un aussi mauvais service par une compagnie

Nous avons été conseillé par Alan Torrent. Il connaît vraiment bien son métier et nous a très bien dirigé vers notre choix de céramique. Il est souriant, compétent et dynamique!

Jean François and Sabrina helped us with all our needs very professional, knowledgeable, patient, ready to go the extra mile to satisfy us, I would recommend if anyone is looking to do any work with any kind of tiles to go see them first. The person who gave us all our materials (don't remember his name) was very courteous always smiling, meticulously put all our materials in our car.

We entered the store for the first time after a suggestion by someone. As we walked in we looked around for a few minutes then asked for some assistance, we were told "just a second". We continued to look around for another twenty minutes and no one came. A man walked in that did not look like us and he was attended to immediately. We quietly walked out of the store as we concluded that they don't serve people that look like us or they don't serve people that don't speak their language. I went back to my original place of business and was greeted warmly and given assistance even before we
asked. That is were my money was spent.

Huge selection very good quality prices were pretty good too. Also the tiles had good information labels describing their characteristics and usage. The store employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't visited every single tile store in Montreal, but I've visited like half a dozen and this place is #1 in my mind.

We worked with JF on choosing tiles for our new bathroom and laundry room. He was absolutely exceptional in every way— he was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and has excellent taste. We were so beyond pleased with the service we received from him. Thank you JF!

Beaucoup de choix et des beaux produits avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Par contre, si vous avez fait un choix, achetez directement et entreposez chez vous, la gestion des stocks n’est pas toujours à jour et vous pourriez vous retrouver sans votre commande initiale si vous demander que ce soit mis de côté et entreposé chez eux

Mon résumé de mes nombreuses visites à ce magasin:

- achat de planchers chauffants et matériaux de douche; 3 erreurs sur la même facture, 1 item absent
- tuiles et moulures; on me donne les mauvais coins à moulures, je dois retourner au magasin en plein milieu de mon travail
- tuiles grands formats; ils endommagent une tuile en la mettant dans mon véhicule, et lors de l'installation je m'aperçois qu'ils m'ont donné des tuiles lustré et mat mélangées de la même collection, un autre retour au magasin.
- commande du plancher de bois; on me dit qu'on va m'appeler, aucun appel, ma commande est demeurée dans l'entrepôt 2 mois
- finalement je paie pour la livraison du plancher; j'attends toute la journée, pas de livraison

Je décide donc d'aller au magasin pour rencontrer le gérant et l'informer que c'est erreur par dessus erreur par dessus erreur. Il m'offre alors la livraison gratuite (geste apprécié de sa part) et me dit que je suis simplement malchanceux. Je leur laisse le bénéfice du doute.

Je retourne acheter 3 moulures.en les déballant chez moi, 1 moulure est toute grafignée.

Et j'y retourne pour commander 2 tuiles pour terminer des travaux. On m'informe qu'on va m'appeler dans 10 jours, aucun appel encore une fois.

Donc je dois être TRÈS malchanceux car à chaque fois que je vais à ce magasin j'ai un problème, alors j'irai ailleurs à l'avenir. En résumé, beaux produits mais service à la clientèle absolument nul.

Besides the breadth and depth of choices at La Tuilerie, what is the most impressive is the knowledge and passion of those serving you. Jean-Francois not only helped us select the very best choices for our renovations, but due to his experience, I can confidently say that he saved us money due to his suggestions. The work for the contractor was simpler and therefore the job was finished on time with no issues. Ask for JF.

Today my husband and I visited La Tuilerie Cavendish for a bathroom and Landry room renovation. We were extremely pleased with the service. Joshua was with us for well over an hour and was very helpful and patient in showing us the different options. Any home renovation can be a dauting task yet after speaking with Joshua we have nailed down our selections and the final vision of our project is pretty much complete.

Never! Never! Park on the right side of this store. A couple of weeks ago I visited the store (la Tuilerie) and I parked on the right side around 5 pm. After 30 min when I came back to my car I saw that the window is broken. I went back to the store and asked them if there is any camera out side? They told me, is your car glass broken what! How do you know that
They said because your are not the first.you knew it, and you didn’t do anything? No camera! No signe! Etc please respect your customer

Excellent products and impeccable service. The store manager Charles is very knowledgeable and provided a top notch client experience. I highly recommend this store.

Excellent endroit avec une très belle sélection de tuiles, planchers, comptoirs et matériaux. Un Personnel compétent, attentionné et très serviable. Si vous y allez; portez une attention particulière aux petits cactus près des caisses! Ils sont personnalisés! Très drôle!

Au départ, je suis allée à la tuilerie de Charlemagne où j'ai reçu un service ordinaire. Il n'avait pas la céramique que je désirais. La personne a vérifié son ordinateur et m'a mentionné qu'il l'avait à Cavendish. J'ai donc pris la route pour y aller. Arrivée sur place, on me mentionne qu'il n'en a pas en magasin.

Finalement, Eugénie et Charles ont pris le temps de faire des recherches pour trouver ce dont j'avais besoin. De plus, Charles Fournelle m'a bien conseillé pour mon projet et j'en suis plus que satisfaite. Lors d'un prochain projet céramique, je n'hésiterais pas à faire la route pour me rendre au magasin de Cavendish. Leur temps, leur écoute et leurs conseils ont été plus qu'apprécié.

Merci à Jean-François pour le service très professionnel. Il nous a très bien conseillé pour le choix de tuile pour notre foyer ainsi que la pose.

Pour acheter, les conseils et le matériel tout va bien. Il est possible de rendre le carrelage dans les 30 jours, passé ce délai, ils ne vous les reprennent pas, vous devez les garder, je n'ai pas apprécié. Si vous vous stationnez proche de la porte de chargement (même pour dix minutes), on vous conseille d'aller sur le stationnement et de vous redéplacer pour charger, même si personne n'a été gêné. L'amabilité n'est pas leur fort.

I was recommended to visit La Tuilerie Cavendish by a contractor, and by a friend who had renovated their bathroom recently, which I loved. I had expected to have to look around, and settle for compromising for an ordinary bathroom because of a small bathroom footprint. I also didn’t think I would find everything in one place.

We had lots of friendly service, and when it came to some problems of design and scale, Charlie (the manager) had solutions that made all of my ideas doable, and we had all of the tiles chosen for the entire renovation at the end of the hour! It was more than I could have wished for, and I am so excited to see how it turns out!

Service excellent et courtois à la succursale de St-Laurent, coin Griffith et Cavendish. Charles et Jean-Philippe connaissent bien leur produit et font le maximum pour répondre à nos besoins.

I received top notch service from them. Jean-Francois had very pertinent experience and was very patient and helpful in making sure that I had all the material I needed to complete my bathroom renovation project. He knew all the Schluter products I needed for the project, helped select the correct mortar, and the slate tiles for the floor. Furthermore, whereas the Schluter website only lists set quantities for the Schluter Ditra for purchase (i.e. 5,14, or 30 sq.m.), La Tuilerie sells this material by the linear foot, thus drastically reducing waste and cost.
I definitely recommend La Tuilerie for tiling project.
Oh, and they also have a nice selection of vinyl flooring. Too bad I had already purchased it elsewhere.

Un service à la clientèle impeccable! Très bien conseillé par Jean-François Vermette lors de notre venue. Au cours de notre commande nous avons rencontré une situation problématique, mais grâce à Jean-Francois et son directeur Pierre Joly, nous avons pu réaliser notre projet dans les meilleures conditions.

J'ai été très satisfaite du service et des conseils donnés par Jean-François, qui a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions tant au niveau du choix des tuiles (pour le sol et le backsplash) que pour la couleur du coulis. Je recommande la Tuilerie Cavendish sans hésiter.

Beautiful store with a great selection. The staff is absolutely fantastic.
My wife and I ordered tiles and we had a slight problem with the tiles. A gentleman named Julian sprung into action and made sure everything was corrected, he went out of his way to make us happy with our purchase.

Affordable tiles, with a large selection. The prices are basically wholesale and they regularly have sales. You can see the whole selection of tiles in small alcoves where they have installed them to let you see what they will actually look like. They also allow you to return excess tiles.

Malgré les commentaires des autres, ma mère et moi avons eu un service exécrable. L'employé en question préférait de loin placer les tuiles que nous aider.

Naf is amazing to deal with. He knows the business, always willing to help with suggestions
and the best thing is he doesn’t push or follow you around.
They have a great selection of tiles for floors, walls and even back splashes.
It’s a real pleasure to shop there.

There is a contractor that works there called Jean-Marie. What ever you do, do not hire him. He is a hustler. We hired him to do some work on our house. It was suppose to take 2 weeks it took 10 months. He kept asking for money.he was unprofessional, unreliable. The work he did is sloppy, ceramic was cut to short, ceramic wa mismatch. We have tried to call him to come replace the ceramic but he has not returned our calls.
Stay away! The contractor works from the Taschereau store but goes to the other stores to recruit clients. We know because he picked up our ceramic from the Cavendish store.
