Today I went to place Vertu branch, I like the styles there and I appruciate the help presented by the wonderful sales team there.

It is 1: 00 in the afternoon and the store was not busy- 3 employees and 3 customers. My past experience at this store has always been positive but today it was not. I asked for assistance and it looked like I was bothering the staff and my items were not even folded, just thrown in a bag. Very disappointed
