I don't usually write reviews - but the staff here is simply wonderful. Helpful, smiley and just all around great. Highly recommend this location!

Ordered 8 items online, only received 4. Sent an email to customer service only to receive a response 9 days later (there policy is to respond within 5 business days). In their reply, they mention that they are still looking for the missing items and that they will be shipped "once found". The right thing to do from a customer service perspective is to send replacement items and then find the missing items. As it is, the company has my money but I haven't received all the items I ordered. Terrible.

I love how this store is always organized, clean, and well stocked. The staff at this particular location really operate as a well oiled machine. They are also extremely outgoing, very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I have been a client of La Vie En Rose for many years and following an exceptionally terrible experience at another location, I came very close to switching companies. The Angrignon location not only completely changed my mind regards to the company as a whole, but it really impressed me with its management’s palpably skilled, yet chill leadership style. The staff can fit bras like no other, it’s always a good time, and they are just too good at sales!

Ce soir je cherchais pour une 10e fois des soutiens-gorges.qui ne me font jamais bien. Une vendeuse, Béatrice, à essayer de comprendre pourquoi je n'avais rien trouvé à mon gout à fait en sorte que j'ai admis qu'après un cancer du sein, rien ne me fait bien. Elle m'a proposé un modèle fait spécialement pour les femmes ayant eu un cancer du sein. A ma grande surprise ces modèles ne sont pas exposés et aucune annonce dans la boutique n'est faite à ce sujet. Au risque de déplaire a certaines personnes, qui pourraient être inconfortables de voir ces modèles ou le signe du cancer du sein en boutique, j'encourage FORTEMENT la Vie en Rose a faciliter l'accès a ces soutiens gorges pour les femmes qui ont déjà assez perdu. J'ai été à l'aise de mentionner la vraie raison à ma vendeuse car sa bienveillance m'a aidé à le faire. Mais pour toutes les autres qui n'osent pas le dire, il n'y a pas toujours une Béatrice. Ces soutiens-gorges doivent, discrètement, être accessibles pour maintenir une dignité pour toutes les "roses".

Clearly I am not the first one mentioning their poor service. The manager herself was there as the staff did not get to know how to change the size in my receipt due to promotion. The manager took very long, but that's not a problem. The problem lies in her attitude when she rudely passed the shirt to me almost throwing without properly packing it. Other than this, she would pass irritating and obnoxious sounds and gestures showing me the hatred she had. Without any manners or request she would ask me to sign RUDELY as if she is in a big loss.
This type of managers will train the staff for rude services too, better to replace with nice, empathic people worth doing the job.
We are spending our hard earned money at your stores not to be treated like this.

Great service hands down! I needed to get get measured for a new bra and omg I just took my jacket off and she new exactly what size bra I needed. The lady was right on. I can't buy bras anywhere else when u put on a bra from them.

Presque pas de service. Difficile de trouver des employées. Les hauts de pyjamas sont accrochés très haut, ce qui demande une assistance difficile à trouver

Demande de l'aide pour les maillots. La fille me point ou c'est et retourne à la caisse sans rien dire. Je ne retournerai plus.

Every single time I go in here the words that come to mind are poor customer service. The staff hardly even notices you because they are talking to amongst each other and not working. With this being said I still love their pyjama’s. They always have cute ones and nice slippers for inside.

Personne c'est préoccupé de m'aider à chercher des grandeurs et quand j'ai essayé personne est venu me voir pour savoir si c'était les bonnes grandeurs. Quand je suis sorti de la cabine la fille m'a dit dépose sa sur le comptoir sans me demander si j'avais trouver. Quand je lui aie demander une grandeur, elle a soupirer.
