La Vie en Rose Fairview Pointe-Claire

I usually love shopping here but this time, I was greeted by a rude mployee that yelled at me when I first didn't answer her greeting (I didn't hear her). She then proceeded to force my boyfriend to pay for my shopping, which made the interaction very awkward. I'll have to shop in another store next time because I don't want to have this same experience repeated

I do hope corporate and the store manager sees this. I used to enjoy shopping at this store in Fairview Pointe-Claire however one of the staff/employees made it unpleasant, Now working customer service is not easy for anyone although when differentiating the size from (S) Small to (XL) XLarge the employees words of choosing were and I quote “Skinny to Fat” in front of buying customers which is extremely arrogant. This is why I chose to give this store rating two stars for the lack of customer service and how their staff are trained.

I love their clothes. A lot of selections all the time. The staff are very knowledgeable and always are willing to help.

After going to several stores with no success, I finally found a bra with clear straps for a wedding. Annick (the manager) was AMAZING at making suggestions, finding what I needed and looking after other clients at the same time. She is a star employee.

The service that I received from all of the employees was great, but Ashley in particular was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find a great fitting bra. Thank you!

My wife loves the pajamas here. I made a recent stop for Christmas and I was not disappointed. I found a nice pair of pajamas for Pam.

Service can be better.very low in stock but then it's understandable too during covid and such a small store too

I visit this store occasionally in search for some nice pyjamas, and I’m never disappointed. However, there are three sales associates that are completely rude. They’re always with each other behind the cash gossiping quite loudly about a coworker. It’s incredibly disrespectful and you’re in your twenties (I assume), find a better hobby than talking trash about people?

I always leave the store without buying anything because they’re attitude and demeanour is terrible.

I went in on a fairly relaxed Sunday afternoon to the Fairview mall in Pointe Claire. There were a couple other people shopping in the store but it was not busy. Three sales associates were standing behind the counter talking to each other. They did not greet me or acknowledge me when I went to stand by the change rooms. When I went up to the counter and asked for a change room they simply told me to use one that was free. They did not offer to help me further and did not acknowledge me as I left.
I get a more personal experience when I shop online. I will not be returning.

Bought this beautiful bikini at La Vie en Rose Aqua and on my holiday it discoloured, just on the front of both pieces, the back panel of the bottoms and the back panel of the top are the nice white they should be. I not only could not wear this suit for the rest of my vacation, but when I went to get a refund for an obviously defective item, they wouldn't give it to me! I understand the policy of no returns for bathing suits and appreciate it as a buyer of bathing suits (I would not like my new suit to be a return from someone else). But when something is so explicitly defective money should be returned, not an exchange, not a gift card of the same amount.a refund of the money spent. SO NOT IMPRESSED!
