Customer service was great until I pulled out a 10% discount code. The fine print stated it is applicable to sale items. It seemed like a huge commotion for something that shouldn't have been a huge issue. I accepted that this store did not accept the coupon but for whatever reason there was an escalation and I was very off put by the customer service over $3-4. The representative helping another customer stopped what they were doing to tell me that it won't go through the cash register without even trying to type it in. The manager was speaking to the cashiers from behind me in the middle of the floor. It was just an awkward customer experience in the end because all the attention. I purchased my items the same since it was only $3-4 but I will be visiting another store that can be more discrete.

The representative assisting me was a sweetheart though.
