Ils ont volé 100$ a ma grand-mère de 85 ans pour lui donner son chemin car elle était perdue. Le gérant en plus! Un crosseur!

Ordered and paid for a Roland Electronic Drum set "TD-07 DMK VDrums" on Dec. 9 th 2022.
No response from Zedem until I called just short of three weeks later. No email confirming the order was placed with Roland or it's E. T. A.
I had called them to confirm it was ordered. The associate told me it will come direct from Roland.
Four days before Christmas no communication from Zedem about the order or when it would be there to pick up.
I called and the online representative he said he has a used one in the showroom out of the box that was on display. I was not happy and expressed this. Now I had to wait another two to three months for the drumkit I wanted!
The kit didn't even look like was it even ordered depite payment and phone call confirming the purchase.
I talked with the manager Philippe about the situation and that I don't feel like an important customer at all. That I felt that they didn't want my business.
Philippe assured me he would make it right and get me pictures of the drumset that day to see if it's in good enough shape for my liking, or I will continue to wait one to two more months to get in the set I wanted.
That day passed and no pictures sent to my email.
That was the last straw. I cancelled my order! The next day and I am doing business with another music store.
Completely dropped the ball with this one guys!

N'allez pas là pour un setup de guitare.jai demandé d'ajuster en 435hz, ma guit est revenue en 440hz, le commis m'a dit qu'il règlerais lui même l'intonation mais pas rush juste quand il va pouvoir (pis le manche dans tout ça?) en plus d'avoir l'air bête. ça semblais correct pour 440hz mais 3 jours plus tard ma guit buzzait.anyway pour 124$. Prennez pas de chance.
