Worst kabuli pulao ever if they can’t cook Afghan dishes it is better they ignore it and work on something els which they can cook it better worst experience.

(It was not even Peshawari pualo) for got kabuli pulao try something els.

Always a pleasure going there, I don’t understand people who complains about the wait time if you are looking for fresh food the 15-20 min is reasonable

La nourriture était très froide et immature et le goût était mauvais. La quantité était très petite pour le prix. Ce n'est pas recommandé du tout

We were a group of 10. The food was amazing and the service by Arma was top notch and with a great smile! We had a great time

J’ai commandé de l’agneau était brûlé probablement cuit déjà à l’avance. Repas froid j’ai commandé aussi soit disant un filet de poisson t’avais juste 2 mini morceaux et le reste juste des fritte cher pour cette nourriture. Pas bonne et préparé déjà à l’avance Et pas bonne le pain était mouillé la femme du restaurant passer le balais pendant qu’ont mangeait degeulsse Je déconseille cette endroit mal propre et nourriture médiocre

On est arrivé a 21: 37 et ils voulaient pas nous servir en disant qu’ils ferment a 22h et c’est proche de la fermeture

Asked for a whole chicken thigh and the girl at the counter couldn't even understand that. She served a few pieces and said that she asked me for the name. Like how are we supposed to know what are Afghani food names means anyway. The food might be ok but if you don't give me what i ordered after i paied for it then it's useless.

Très dessus de la dégradation de qualité du service: riz très sec aucun goût, raisin sec très dur (brulé). Assiette servie sans sauce.j'irais jamais

Perfect meal! Very good quality. Good service. Good enough space indoor for dining, so social distance is ok Very good menu, absolutely Afghan vibe! One of the best Afghan restaurants I have visited in Canada!

Deuxième expérience dans cet endroit. Le riz n'est pas du tout à mon goût, trop de cumin dans du riz! La.salade accompagnant le demi poulet est amangeable, vieille de plusieurs jours clairement vu l'oxydation. Ne valait absolument pas le coût (50 $ pour deux personnes)

Les brochettes de viande hachée etaient juste de la chapelure, inmangeable, on a casément rien mangé, le riz sentait fort le cumin des sauces dégueulaces, je n'y retournerai jamais 148$ pour l'arnaque.

La viande était très sec probablement deja cuite ensuite réchauffé. Sans parler de la qualité hein!

Not that great. Too much cumin in the rice. Portion is a lot and i rather have the taste then portion. Service is normal as it is self-service and no idea why there is a tip in the machine.

I have no words for Food it was too yummy! They serve mouthwatering food! The hospitality was great! Team L’afghan grillade was very cooperative! Highly recommend please must visit here.

I had the worst dining experience of my life at this restaurant. I found a piece of hair sticking in the kebab and upon complaining the rudest employee had the audacity to say that “they didn’t put it intentionally, things like that happen”. Maybe it happens a lot at their restaurant and that’s why she hardly cared and also misbehaved without apologizing. She lashed back at me and when reminded to mind her tone she turned her back and walked away.
I have been coming to this restaurant because i like the taste of their food; however, i have never had a worst dining and customer service experience in my whole life. Not only they dont care about the hygiene and safety of their food, they are also not apologetic and think it is normal to have hair in food. This rude employee wasn’t wearing a kitchen cap and was continuously taking orders at the cash counter and entering the kitchen with her hair untied. I am disgusted to the core by their food and their attitude. Never returning.

Food is ok but the service is horrible. We arrived and ordered 4 meals and then an appetizer. We sat and waited for our food only to find out they forgot my meal. My wife spoke to the cashier and the cashier argued that I had switched my main meal for an appetizer. She told her that in fact the appetizer was not my meal and that we needed to order it asap as we are traveling and needed to hurry along. The food came and I asked for an other piece of bread as it was very small. She told me I had to pay extra after making me wait 15 minutes and arguing with my wife about an obvious mistake she made and after we tiped her $15 for serving ourselves and waiting longer than we should have because of the hostesses incompetence. Also considering that I tiped, when the food was ready I happened to be at the washroom with my son and my wife was waiting with our special needs daughter. Instead of helping her bring the plates and drinks to the table she just stared at her making multiple trips to and from the table.

Really liked this place and since I was eating only vegetarian food that day it had a great variety. Was a perfect blend of spices. Loved my all vegetables dumpling and I cannot wait to try chicken and lamb on the menu. It is right outside Cote-Vertu metro:)

J'ai commandé à emporter un plat de Herat kabab et je ne recommande pas.
La portion de poulet/viande est très petite, la photo dans le menu ne ressemble pas du tout à ce que j'ai eu. De plus aucun morceau de tomate/ concombre dans la salade, une petite portion de salade verte seulement! En plus de ça franchement aucun goût: (

Surprise à l'ouverture de la boite, j'ai appelé directement au restaurant pour parler au superviseur.
La propriétaite m'a appelé et je lui ai expliqué avec respect mon avis. Madame ne voulait rien savoir, elle n'a pas arreté de dire que leurs portions sont généreuses, et qu'impossible de ne pas trouver les tomates et les concombres dans la salade et le pire qu'elle m'a raccroché au nez!
Savez-vous madame qu'ici au Québec, le service à la clientèle passe avant tout!

Malheureusement, Je m'attendais pas à recevoir une telle communication de la part de la propriétaire, qui devrait être un bon exemple du service de son restaurant!

C'était ma première expérience et serait la dernière.

Très bons plats. Toujours frais. Les burgers Boss sont excellents. Il y’a une salle d’ablutions et une salle de prière Al Hamdou Lillah. Je le conseille fortement.

Le riz est dégueulasse, votre viande kefta on dirait une éponge (on dirait pas de la viande mais plus une mélange avec du pain et de l'eau et beaucoup d'épices. Les filles changez votre attitude.

The lamb chops were not good at all. Very chewy obviously frozen for a while before. Plus each extra piece is like a ridiculous price and they told me they had no sauces at all but the people ordered after me got sauces somehow. In conclusion, a very low quality meal for a very high price with bad customer service also…

This is the McDonald's equivalent of Afghani food. It's fast, it's expensive, and the food has very little flavor. On top of that, they put so much food coloring in their food that it stained my hands. There are much better bbq options a bit further away.

Je me présente en famille. L'acceuil est déplorable. La gérante est arogante et désagréable. On a eu l'impression qu'on était pas les bienvenus. La nourriture est servie dans des boites à emporter. Finalement on a quitté les lieux.

Last time I ordered I got very disappointed from the quality of food. The bazingan was bitter and the quality of rice used in the meal was different and suggy, but good at all. I liked their meal because of the rice they used to have. Even the bread was not fresh.

1. We were 9 person.they didn't want to accommodate tables. The guy said he can't move them because it will broke '' i already have two broken'' as if it was my fault.
2. Food did not taste good at all
3. Food was served in to go boxes. I sat in a restaurant for the experience

The only good thing about the restaurant is the afghani theme setup but food and service is a huge disappointment, sadly

C'est l'endroit idéal pour manger des plats typique de l'Afghanistan que sur place, pour emporter ou s'en faire livrer.

I really recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious and tasty. The customer service is good. The place is clean.

And if we talk about the cashier they looks like someone forced them to work there
They treating you as someone who ordering free meal.
I tasted the same meal in many afghanian restaurants and this one was the worst

Worst experience EVER! I came here with my family and they didn't let us sit with our kids. There wasn't enough tables and we asked if we could move tables so our kids can fit as well and they said no. So I guess this resto only works if you go here without kids? ! Because THEY WILLINGLY aren't accomodating to a clients needs. I came here to eat WITH MY FAMILY and couldn't SIT with my family. They wouldn't even allow us to GET EXTRA CHAIRS for my kids to sit. They wanted my kids under 3 to sit at a different table.

Ordered the lamb chops. The rice and salad dint have flavour. The lamb chops was just ok, nothing special. The price is too high for this quality and quantity.

J'ai commandé fish et chips. Il te donne une tout petite portion comme pour des enfant, et le poisson était comme chewing-gum, imangable. Aussi c'était des petites croquette de poisson, pas du tout comme la photo dans le menu.

Super bon, le Achtak miam miam, un délice pour les papilles, un plat digne d'un restaurant alors que c'est de la restauration rapide, les caissières sont patientes et trés chaleureuses, allez y vous allez pas le regretter, j en était surprise, bravo pour les chefs cuistos frères et soeurs?

On n'avait pas eu l'occasion d'y retourner depuis le début du COVID-19. Je ne sais pas s'il y a eu un changement de propriétaire mais on a vu la différence sur l'hygiène et la qualité du service à la clientèle.

- Premièrement, l'amabilité de la caissière n'est pas présent. Pas de sourire, limite on a l'impression de la déranger.
- Le manque de personnel se fait ressentir. En effet, il n'y avait qu'une seule caissière pour un samedi soir et un seul employé pour l'entretien de la salle.
- Concernant ce dernier, il passait du statut de vider les poubelles et il se retrouvait en caisse pour aider sa collègue. Aucun lavage de main entre temps. Pas de gants qu'il vide les poubelles. C'est limite.
- Le délai d'attente pour nous était de 30 min, ce qui était vraiment trop long. Même un restaurant où on est servi directement à table, ça prend moins de temps.
- Pas de possibilité d'obtenir de l'eau en pichet ni en bouteille. Forcé de prendre des boissons sucrées à la fontaine ou en surplus non inclus dans le prix d'un trio par exemple. Pas top et pas pro du tout.
- L'état des toilettes femmes était catastrophique.
- De plus, le restaurant ferme à 19h30 mais à partir de 18h50 environ, l'employé de salle commence déjà à mettre les chaises sur les tables pour nettoyer et faire comprendre aux nouveaux clients arrivants qu'il n'est plus possible de s'y installer. Ils sont alors obligés s'installer dans une partie du restaurant plus serrés les uns des autres.

Le seul point positif de la soirée, j'ai pas remarqué de changement de qualité sur la nourriture comme cela a pu être dit dans d'autres commentaires.

Malgré tout, le niveau rapport qualité/prix/service est en baisse et ça se ressent.

Faut se ressaisir pour éviter que les commentaires négatifs prennent le dessus sur les bons commentaires.

Je pourrais revenir à la condition que les futurs commentaires dans les prochains mois montrent que la situation s'est grandement améliorée.

I never write reviews even if I had a bad experience, but I seriously don't understand how this restaurant got good reviews. We arrived and the tables were not cleaned. Ordered the ribs, potatoes, sabzi and burgers. The burgers taste like 2$ burgers. The lamb ribs were so thinly sliced and burned and so dry. Asked for lemon/oil on the salad, they said they would do it, but after I received the order there was simply no dressing on it. I was told later they did not have lemon. Had I known I would have subbed the salad for something else. The potatoes are undercooked, I seriously don't understand how you can ruin potatoes. And the soft drinks from the water fountain are so diluted. We threw out most of the food as it was not edible.

Ordered from uber eat and it arrived faster than expected but the item I was the most excited about, Bolani, was missing. There was a box with bolani written on it but inside just the grilled tomatoes and onions I ordered. That was very disappointing. I got the Mazari kebab and overall the food is all right, It's afgan fast food so we can't expect the most delicious afgan food but it was still good. There was a lot of rice which to me is unnecessary and feel more like a way to keep you full and justify the price. All in all the value wasn't great.

C’est la deuxième fois que je viens en temps du COVID-19, je vous conseille de déguster les plats afghans qui sont vraiment délicieux, la décoration est bien faite. C’est vrai que les plats sont servis en mode emporté mais on peut comprendre la raison.
C’est une belle expérience avec la belle musique afghan
