Lake Dentaire

Today was my first appointment here. The staff was very welcoming, on time for the appointment, the place was spic and span and they offered me a choice of streaming during my treatment! Very pleased and looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommend. Will definitely come again and transferring my family here. Ceiling tvs are wow, what a set up!

After my third appointment here, the service is always exceptional, all of the staff is very caring, their attention to detail is on point and my husband was also impressed his first time going. Wonderful place and staff all around! I wish I could give 5 stars every time I visit!

Felt at ease. Staff are very nice, warm, polite and welcoming. The hygieniste Rachel was very gentle and cleaned my teeth’s very well. The Dr Schneidman was listening to me and went into every detail to look at my teeth’s. I was surprised at the amount of detail he went through when looking into my teeths. He also gave me his recommendations on to what to prioritize. In general I am very happy and recommend this a visit.

I would say that my first visit in Lake dentaire is superb! The dental assistant was very attentive as well their dental hygienist. They were able to explain the issues with my teeth and suggested preventative measures. I also loved their complementary stuff/ freebies

What an awesome experience! Woke up with a terrible, painful tooth problem and texted them for an emergency appointment. Even though I was not a patient here, I was seen within 1 hour! Kammille the technician was extremely kind and gentle. Then Dr. Schneidman new exactly what to do and I already have a follow up appointment in a few days. I highly recommend him and his team for their professionalism and the noticeable cleanliness of the site. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars!

Relaxed professional modern. A very nice first experience. Concerns met and very well explained.

Super clean establishment. The staff is really friendly. They take the time to answer all your questions. Rachel, Kelly and Dr. Schneidman make sure that your comfortable and at ease before and during the procedure.

I took my almost 1-year-old daughter to the dentist for the first time and was nervous because she cries at the doctor's and is unsure around unfamiliar men. But she did great with Dr. Jason! She let him brush her teeth and check in her mouth! I was amazed! I am very pleased with Lake Dentaire and excited to have this team as our new family dentist.

I was really nervous, but they made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I was really happy with the service, hospitality and efficiency of this dentist office!

So far I've only been here once but loved the visit. The receptionist, dental assistant and dentist are all very friendly. It was a great experience getting something done that.let's face it, we all hate getting done!

You give your insurance information and pay it all up front while they send it to your insurance. My insurance company was pretty quick at getting back to me and paid me maybe a day or two later.

I had a dental exam, cleaning and x-rays. I was given a treatment plan to fix my fillings, so I'll be getting that done over the course of a few appointments.

I brought my son here as well. One of the benefits for kids is that they have TV screens where you can watch Netflix or Disney+ while they look at your mouth. I wasn't sure how my son would be for his first appointment, so this was a nice distraction.

All in all a great experience and I look forward to returning!

Great prices and they aren't pushy at all in terms of what work you need to get done. They show you what they saw, and you choose what you want fix or improved with several payment plans!

Myself and my children had our first appointment this week and I was very impressed with how friendly and professional all the staff were. The rooms were super clean and fitted out with the latest technology. I highly recommend using them.

Lake Dentaire is filled with the most friendly and happy people I’ve ever came across if I could give it 100 star outta 10 I would:) the second you come inside your greeted by a nice girl by the name of Kathleen. Pavii is the girl that took care of me and she was amazing! She was so helpful to answer all my questions and made sure I knew what I was getting done, they also have a TV on the ceiling! Was also greeted by the wonderful staff that made it feel like home, I would for sure recommend anyone to come do all dental work here since it was the best cleaning experience for both me and my teeth!

THE best! Top notch technology, great atmosphere, incredible team from reception to hygienists to dentists. They are amazing with my son, been going since he was 1. Honest, reliable, so nice & to boot, TVs on the ceilings! What more can you ask for?

Excellent service! All the staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, were very kind and professional with my 4 yo. The place is so clean and modern. My daughter was watching her favorite TV series while getting the check up done. She didn't want to leave at the end: -p

An update.
I also had my dental checkup in Lake Dentaire with Dr. Schneidman two days ago, and I can just say good things about this clinic, very very clean, modern, all the staff is very kind and welcoming. I felt like I was in a spa: D Dr Schneidman is very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back and recommend this clinic.

I have very bad experience in this place and never ever go back there.my son had an appointment for check up and treatment so I was at work and I send him with my older son then they didn't tell this kind of prevention no covering with insurance because he is above 14 years old. They did sealant for him that wasn't supposed to do it. It's not professional. I called them and send my son but nothing changed and I payed almost 450$ from my pocket why? Because they see some young kids and no explain very well to take them money?
I'm so disappointed and it's not professional to don't try to keep your client and say OK i will close your file.before I suggested to all my friends to go here now I change my mind and I suggest to shop going there

Had a great experience with Lake Dentaire. I booked online for an emergency check up and got a quick call to confirm. Got put in a waiting list in case someone canceled so that I could get an earlier appointment. I was able to get an appointment that same week. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Left with great recommendations for treatments and financial plans. 10/10 highly recommend

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Everything you want from a dental clinic! Excellent staff, service and environment from the moment you walk in. The hygienists are extremely friendly and really make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Schneidman addressed the tooth pain I was experiencing and explained the potential causes and how it may be mitigated. Very professional yet friendly and I truly felt like I was in good hands. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

We LOVE Lake Dentaire! Our whole family has been going since they opened and we are very happy. My kids (4 and 6) love going to the dentist. The TVs and the toy vending machines at the end of the appointment are a big hit with my kids. The hygenists are always very friendly and both dentists are great and knowledgeable! Overall great experience every time.

Fabulous, ours kids were welcomed so kindly and made to feel so comfortable. They have not stopped talking about how great going to the dentist is! Highly recommend

My husband and I took my twin boys for their tooth check today. Everything was fine until the dentist came. He had a very quick check and told us that both boys need to go to see a specialist. They don't have x-ray for small kid. Without any interaction with my kids, no further explanation and no treatment at all, he just told us that he was not able to take care of my boys' teeth. The entire consultation from his walk-in to walk-out was about five minutes with one boy and me and two minutes with another boy and my husband. I have to say it was a bad experience, frustrating. Especially during the pandemic, you really made mind and efforts to bring your young kids to see a dentist but end up being send away quickly. It was wasting money and time. If I compare with their service two years ago when a female dentist took care of my boys' teeth, I wrote very positive comments and gave five stars. This time, I even don't want to give one star. I will not use lake dentaire anymore.

Best experience at a Dentist, I've ever had! I'm a very anxious person and I dread anything medical related but the whole team made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and it went amazingly smoothly. I spent most of my appointment with Rachel who's the dental assistant and she is AWESOME, I never felt anxious and she explained to me every step she's doing so I can be reassured and bonding over How I met your Mother was a bonus, as they have a tv facing the chair and on the ceiling which is a great distraction for someone suffering with anxiety. I definitely recommend to come here, you will feel very welcomed!

My cleaning of my teeth went smoorthy. The staff is always pleasant and asking how you are doing. They always take that additional step. I highly recommend them.

I ended up miss appt due to being arrested was in jail dp was out my control to miss and have no phone to call. I miss 1 appt and they won’t see me anymore. Don’t recommend not compassionate staff.

First time at Lake Dentaire and I was very much impressed. The clinic has a very modern, airy atmosphere and super high-tech. What sets them apart from all the dental clinics is that they have two TV on the wall and ceiling and most importantly, how helpful and knowledgeable Dr. Jason, Dr. Nazanin, and their super friendly staff.

1 week post-appointment - I really enjoyed and appreciated my visit to the clinic. Thanks to the staff, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of.
Dr. Jason was extremely friendly and patient with me. He and his assistant Aisha made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything that was happening. They were both thorough throughout the procedure and after. They gave very clear instructions and answers to my questions and made sure I understood everything very well (even the questions I myself did not know how to ask.they were very understanding)
Dr. Jason also gave honest pieces of advice and opinions which were highly appreciated!
Most importantly, my teeth are now fixed and I am finally worry free!
The interior of the clinic is a bonus I am sure many would also enjoy:)

Great staff which is friendly and helpful. Our two kids actually enjoy going to dentist since changing to Lake Dentaire! I will be doing some additional dental work there as well, since they have taken such good care of our entire family.

Everyone was very kind, professional and very informative. Also impressed by how modern and progressive they are compared to other dentists i've been to (example filling out forms on a tablet focusing on being environmentally friendly). Very clean facility with use of sterilization. Unfortunate they reduced their hours though. A dentist office closed Thursday, Friday and Saturday?

The service today I experienced was so great that I could have gave a hug to all the staff including the doctor. Regardless of my situation. They didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed or even shun me. They actually were VERY friendly and did a great job to make you comfortable. They also have a 4k tv on screensaver of a aquarium which distracted me on occasions due to the exotic fish. I've been to many other dental facilities and this place made me almost cry because I've never felt so comfortable on a dental chair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They even have an area for kids to keep busy. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you everyone whom I met today. The staff and including the dr.aswell. I cannot express enough on how I'm truly blessed to have gone there. Again. Highly recommended. You wont be disappointed

Lake Dentaire is a one of the best! Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. The dental clinic offers Netflix and Disney Plus to their patients during their visits. This service definitely sets Lake Dentaire apart! The clinic was very clean and followed the covid-19 recommendations perfectly. A fantastic experience that I would recommend to everyone!

Dr. Schneidman was very easy-going and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in precise detail. Pavi, the dental hygienist was hilarious. We watched Brigerton like two bestfriends during my cleaning. She was very gentil. I have problems with my jaw and both the dentsit and the hygienist took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable. Erica at the front desk was very welcoming from the moment I walked through the door.

Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone! My over all experience exceeded all expectations. I will be moving my file to Lake Dentaire for all future cleanings, you should do the same!
