Had a roof renovation with Lakeshore Roofing. Communication with Nick was very smooth, the work was done efficiently, and they cleaned up everything after their work.

Il a répondu immédiatement et tres professionnellement est venu faire sa soumission. J’ai tout de suite remarqué son sens professionnel et technique.
J’ai finaliser avec lui, meme si ce n’était pas le moins cher, mais je ne regrette absolument rien!
Son équipe et lui meme sont intervenus aujourd’hui (bien que la saison est terminée), sont arrivés a 6: 30am et ont finis et nettoyé le chantier a 1pm!

I recently had my old BP shingles replaced with IKO shingles by Lakeshore Roofing. The Team was very professional and efficient in their work. They took great care in removing the old shingles and installing the new ones, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. The cleanup was also very thorough, leaving no debris behind. We hired Lakeshore Roofing to redo our roof June 2022 due to heavy duty water infiltration and damage from our roof which had been done in 2019. Nick and his team were very professional, offered options, and provided reassurance and excellent service!

Company was hired to replace roof on my parents house this summer. They came, set up and finished the work quickly but efficiently. Also, I was really impressed how they worked in such a way that they left no mess after the job. They were very helpful and they answered all of my questions concerning their products.

Great service, professional and reliable. They did our entire roof with no issues. A few months later they had to come back and repair it after a tree fell on and through the roof and despite being pretty booked up, they managed to fit me in pretty quickly to get the repairs done.

An honest company, and easy to deal with. We just had our roof inspected as we thought we had a leak. Nick took the time to look at the roof and came in the house to see what I was talking about. We were very impressed with Mr. Sal Bonvino when he came for inspection / estimate. He was respectful, knowledgeable, fully bilingual+, excellent communication and extremely helpful. We closed the deal without hesitations, contract was clear and transparent.

A few years ago, we had our roof replaced and Lakeshore Roofing did absolutely fabulous work. We recently had some water infiltration on our upper floor ceiling and when I called Nick to ask for an inspection, he determined the leak was from a torn vapor barrier/condensation that occurred likely when we recently had some new pot lights installed and not from the new roof he installed. This gesture showed his care and professionalism towards his customers, as he could have charged me for a visit/inspection, but instead gave an honest evaluation by phone without any charge to me. C'est tres difficile de trouver une compagnie qui est professionnelle et respecte ces engagements.
Nous avions contacté beaucoup de compagnies sans succès car elle donnent des RDV mais ne viennent pas ou meme ne se presentent pas pour faire le travail.
Lakeshore Roofing a fait ce qu’elle a dit et a respecté les dates et délais qu’elle s’était engagé dans sa sounission. Notre expérience a été excellente et sans stresse avec eux.
Sal s’est très bien occupé de nous, il a été très cordial et très professionnel. Depuis la première rencontre jusqu’à la fin de l’installation. Il s’est toujours rendu disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions.
La copropriété a apprécié qu’ils ont fait des inspections et réparations de l’aluminium pendant qu’il était sur le toit même si ce n’était pas prévu initialement.
Techniquement, les employés savent ce qu’ils font.
Le nettoyage a bien été fait dans son ensemble avec un soin dans les zones à risque. On a retrouvé quelques clous et petits débris mais cela est inévitable vu la quantité de débris en enlevant les anciens bardeaux).
Le travail semble avec été fait avec qualité et méticuleusement…les prochaines années nous le diront et on verra le service après-vente….

This company came when we needed them after a crazy winter wind storm. No other company was available. Even though we were not their regular customers, they went out of their way to come to our house. They were amazing, professional, and pleasant workers. We greatly appreciated their work.

Very professional, great advice, great workmanship. We love our new roof. Not only did we change the singles but we made other cosmetic and structure changes to enhance the look of our house and optimize ventilation. Nick was great at giving us recommendations and guiding us through the process!

Nick and the team at Lakeshore are extremely professional. I had them replace the roof in my previous home years ago and was extremely satisfied. Now that I needed my roof replaced in my current home I did not hesitate to call them back. After the job is done as an added bonus they scour every inch around the house to make sure that not one nail or piece of roof is left.

One word to describe @lakeshoreroofing is efficiency! From A to Z my experience was a positive one.
I had signed a roofing contract in fall, 2019 and was worried about what would happen after the pandemic. Catherine in the office is so thorough and organized, no confusion about my contract and I was put as a priority for spring 2020. The work team is also very punctual and clean. They took care of all my pots, flowers and plants around the house before starting the work AND full clean up after the job was done. Nick then came a couple of days later for a full inspection and follow up.
