I used to come here all the time because the food was great and the owners were wonderful. However, since the change in ownership the food and service has really gone down hill. The food had watered down sauce, very oily. Service was HORRIBLE. Very rude wait staff, waited 50 minutes for a Chana masala and rice.waiter and waitress never came to ask how the meal was, never refilled our drinks. When asked if we will be getting our rice the waiter rudely says “miss I only have 2 hands. ” Very disappointed in this place. I have no idea how the average rating is 4.5

Nourriture bonne mais j'ai déjà eu de meilleur plat au début de leur ouverture. Le gros gros problème a mon avis ces la propreté et les toilettes que aucune porte ne ce ferme du au manque de pogné. Les banquettes c'est du n'importe quoi un mur de bois recouvert entre moi et l'autre table. Si quelqu'un a le malleur s'assoir droit tu le ressens ça bouge et ça tient pas. La nourriture est bonne mais je trouve que pour 50$ pour 1 personnes ça commence a être cher. Il n'y a pas de cafe en plus. J'en revenais pas de la malpropreté des lieux j'avais peur que mes invités veulent quitter quand nous sommes arrivés.

Delicious food, unique flavors you don't get in many restraunts, with competitive prices.
The decor is beautiful with.comfortable seating and the staff are very friendly with a very welcoming attitude.
My only negative comment is that they're not open enough lol

Even if you order the biriyani and kebab, a tasty vegetable dish comes with it. I really liked it because you cannot possibly have an unhealthy all meat and carb diet even if your budget forced you to order it. The additional orders also came to the table within a very reasonable time. Castle-like place, huge parking space, efficient staffs.

Am really not understanding this restaurants rating. If you have ever eaten good Indian food, you would know this place is a 1 star.
The service is good but that’s it.
The place is also not very clean and the prices are very high, certainly much too high for the quality of the food. You can get much much better elsewhere.

Vraiment un bon resto. Cuisine excellente et très bon service. Un des meilleurs indiens de la rive sud. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Today was our first visit based on a recommendation of a friend. Definitely not disappointed. Lamb Rogan Josh and Chana Masala is amazing. The butterfly shrimp is incredible. Our server, Michaela is one of the best servers you will ever have. Very informative and amicable. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

This place is getting creepy, dust, just try to sit on their banket, mlao.

Tasty food. I tried lamb biriyani and tried Naan bread with a sweet mint sauce. Either dish was not too greasy, as I've experienced elsewhere.
Friendly service.
Would be a repeat customer.

Nice food and decent sized portions. The curries were a bit bland and did lack a bit of flavour and spice, but overall they were pleasant to eat. The staff were all very friendly and I’d definitely go back again

Great food, great service, great experience. The music and the decoration is great to get in the mood for the food. Every dish I tried was good, well made and well seasoned. My only problem with the food is that sometimes you get pieces of meat that are more fat than meat.

The food in and out is so tasty! Naan bread is so soft, the lamb korma is sweet but not too sweet. The other plates that i tried too do not fail to impress. If flavor is what your looking for, look no further, because this is it!

At this menu price, won’t sustain at all. Butter chicken for 20$? Else where it is just 12-14$. Who keeps these menu prices. Geez

Very average fare. Lacks flavor the naan, the samosas a little overdone, bitter chicken chicken lacks that grilled chicken flavor and lacks flavor in general. Their green sauce isnt spicy as it is supposed to be and a bit watery. As well as the microwave goes off way too often for my liking meaning there's more reheating going on that cooking. Otherwise nice atmosphere, not many people dining in.

Wonderful place, the food is okay. I tried only one time. The waitresses are polite. Losing two stars because of the boss of Lal Kella Tandoor (red banana oven). He is very uncooperative person. I was there with my two months old son. He could understand my circumstance.

Superbe découverte! Tout était EXCELLENT. Mes filles goûtaient à la cuisine Indienne pour la première fois et elles ont adoré. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.

Plats délicieux, portions généreuses, prix raisonnable, service excellent.
De plus, on peut apporter notre boisson!
Bref, nous avons bien aimé ce resto et nous y retournerons c'est sûr.

Très bon restaurant cuisine indienne. Un tel restaurant authentique ferait fureur sur le plateau mont royal. On a la chance d'avoir un tel restaurant (méconnu) à Châteauguay. Faut essayer!
