Off to a terrible start. Purchased a 2021 Velar for 72K. I've driven the car for a month, and now it will be in the garage for a month, if not more. I should have listened to the guys at VW, this is exactly the scenario they warned me about. Now I'm paying over 1200$/month and driving a Ford. Not a single apology from my salesman. The future is not looking too bright.

**Update** At least today (2 weeks later), Kevin and Jo from Service have managed to get me back in a Land Rover for the meantime. Thus the reason I'm giving 3 instead of previous one

***Update Nov. 14th*** So today the situation goes from bad to worst. I was previously told the part needed for my vehicle would come in November 11th. After having no news, I decided to ask for an update today. So I was immediately told that the part will now arrive around December 4th. Of course being disappointed and saddened by the news I say "That's insane" but we proceed with a normal conversation and and I end it with a simple "ok". I know very well that Kevin my service guy has no control over this. He's been very nice to me all along, as have I to him for that matter.

A few minutes later I receive a very long text from Adrienne the customer service manager. Along the lines of I should not be disrespectful to anyone. I proceed to call her to make sure I'm not mistaken here. Disrespectful? So instead of thanking me for my patience, she chose to lecture me? She kept on mentioning this review, that I had made my sales rep feel bad about himself, that this is nobody's fault over there at Land Rover, that nobody should be apologizing, etc. So clearly this review has been on their minds for a couple of weeks and it did not sit very well with them! Therefore today I received the aftermath from behind.

Little bit of advice, here is what you can say to a client in a similar situation next time instead of trying to insinuate that they've done or said something wrong. "We apologize for the situation you're in, we know it is far from ideal but we assure you that we are doing everything in our means to get this resolved as soon as possible"!
It's back to one star for me, I don't see it getting better from here. I was so insulted.
