First time I've had a good experience at a dealership. Can't recommend Matthew Gordon enough and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Matthew took the time to listen to my needs and was very patient in answering all my questions, running different scenarios and taking the time to listen to what would make sense for me.

Matthew was very transparent throughout the whole process, from the initial call to sitting together and discussing the options, he never pushed me to make a decision and allowed me to take my time in making the right choice for my situation.

It's very clear that Matthew and the team at Landry care about retaining their customers and building relationships with them rather than just making a quick dollar off people. Will definitely be back in the future.

I will avoid any service provider like Laundy Automobiles that is not able to answer questions clearly. I reached out to them by email, and they only copy-paste text not related to my questions. I will then move on to the next one on the list.

I had an excellent experience with Landry Automobiles. I bought a 2007 MX-5 from them and they were lovely to work with. I live in Ottawa so I asked them to take the car to a nearby Mazda dealer to have it inspected before I bought it, which they did. Then, without quibbling, they fixed the minor problems that Mazda found during the inspection, including replacing the tires with new (though value-priced) tires. Nassim, my sales guy was particularly helpful and in a very generous gesture, drove me 40 minutes from the train station to the dealership to pick up the car. There were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to pay (awesome!). They sorted out the taxes correctly for an out of province purchase and got me sorted out with a transfer permit so plates were not a problem. The company is very client - satisfaction focused from the owners right down to the techs and car washers in the garage. I have never had a more pleasant used car buying experience. Six stars out of five!

I have purchased 2 RAM trucks from Landry Automobiles and everything went smoothly from start to finish. If you're looking for a sales rep that does whatever it takes to make your transaction a happy one, make sure you ask for Mathias Gagnon. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

If you are in the market for a Jeep/Chrysler product. This is the dealer to see. Sebastian great sakes rep, lots of info. This is a no frills dealer, you get treated like a customer should be and the pricing, the best. I have done the run of 6 Chrysler dealers. These guys are the most honest and great guys to sit and make a deal. Plea Please see these guys before you buy anywhere else. I recommend Landry Auto. 5 gold stars all departments.

Pour la petite histoire, j’ai essayé d’acheter une Jeep Wrangler
à 3 reprises en l’espace de 7 ans, j’ai malheureusement toujours eu un accueil désagréable dans les concessions de Montréal, je ne veux pas généraliser mais c’était mon expérience malheureusement.
Un jour de septembre, je croise un propriétaire de Wrangler dans la rue à Montréal et je lui demande où il l'a achetée, il me dit avoir fait le tour des concessionnaires et a finalement acheté Chez Landry à Laval pour leurs bons services. Finalement, je confirme! Nous avons reçu moi et ma conjointe un très bon service de la part de Stéphane et nous avons signé avec lui pour un magnifique Sahara Unlimited 2021 sky one-touch

Très mauvaise expérience avec un vendeur! Ils font des publicités trompeuses pour attirer les clients! Ils ont annoncé, par autohebdo, la promotion de 15% du fabricant et un financement de 0,99% sur 96 mois, alors que les vraies offres sont 15% avec un financement de 2,99% ou 0,99% mais avec un petit rabais! Je me suis fait envoyer balader en le signifiant au vendeur! Faites attention à ce que vous signez!

J'ai fait l'achat d'un véhicule neuf en juin, le prix était intéressant par contre le service après vente est médiocre. Mauvaise communication au sein de l'entreprise, pas de retours d'appel et mauvais suivi des dossiers.

Très bon service concernant les réparations. J'avais un problème de frein intermittent. Patrick et son équipe ont pris le temps de m'écouter, d'essayer le camion et finir par trouver le bobo. Bravo!

Pire expérience ever j'ai acheter un grand caravan 2015 3 mois après transmission à réparer je la fait réparer 3mois après encore la transmission je fait reparer et bon boom la tranamission encore briser facture à l'appui sa fait 1 ans seulement que j'ai le véhicule lorsque j'ai appeler il mon fait déplacer pour me dire qu'il vont m'aider avec non en vérité rendu sur les lieux il me veulent me vendre un véhicule j'ai pas le choix je travail sur la route sa fait exactement 2 semaine qu'il on mon dépôt j'appelle à tout les jours pour des nouvelle ex crédit etc je me fait tjrs dire on travail fort pour toi je travail sur la route il mon fait prendre 1 semaine de vacance à mes frais pour que le super francis drouin vien me dire pour l'instant sa marche okay mais si sa marche maintenant sa marche quand vous avez mon dépôt je peut pas me retourner pour acheter un autre vehicul par manque de temps et bin la meilleur un gros merci à landry pour la perte de mon emplois dans oublier qu'il te donner jamais lheure juste on va avoir des nouvelle lundi on va avoir des nouvelle telle journée te rappelles jamais sais moi qui est toujours en train d'appeler pire service jamais propose pour aider (endosser payer un montant sur le véhicule) il te laisse dans le denis et l'incompréhension la première fois pour mon camion je me suis fait répond je part en vacance je vais passer mes dossier les plus important j'était la avant certain mais mon char vaut juste 14 000 vs une voiture à 60 000 c'est l'argent qui les intéresse pas le client

J'ai achete un vehicule et fait pose des pieces de performance tout a bien ete.me suis fait voler mon vehicule apres quelques millier de km.l'assureur a negocie un contrat avec le garage.parfait.deux mois que j'attends, suis rendu au point ou le sevice des ventes ne reponds plus a mes appels ni ne retourne mes messages de courtoisie.en plus ils annoncent partout.vehicule en transit.j'ai 96929.25 mille dollards de mon assurance pour m'acheter un jeep.suis en furie comme c'est pas possible.combien d'etoiles.ooooooooooooo ACHETEZ AILLEUR

Concernant le service pour les véhicules d'occasion.un GROS ZÉRO! Je prends un rdv en avant-midi avec le "conseiller" pour un essai routier et lorsque je me présente, il n'est pas là et en plus le véhicule est vendu. Il c'était engagé de me contacter si cela était pour se produire afin de ne pas avoir à me déplacer! Pas fort! Money first, customer service and satisfaction.way 2nd!

C'est le garagiste de l'assurance Industriel Alliance, c'est certifié par l'assurance, voiture de courtoisie pendant la réparation, corrige s'il ya des omissions ou défauts, le prix j'ai aucune idée, c'est l'assurance qui a payé, sont des partenaires entre eux. L'essentiel mon auto marche bien jusqu'à maintenant, il ya une garantie.

Malgré certains délais pour traiter mon dossier après la prise de possession, je suis plutôt très satisfait.les délais ont surtout été causé par la compagnie d'assurance de valeur de remplacement SSQ. Jamais je vais racheter ce genre de produit d'assurance et certainement pas à travers cet assureur. Bien hâte de voir la performance au département du service car, j'ai pris une garantie prolongée 200000KM sur mon Ram 1500 Écodiesel.

Went for an oil change on a dodge Durango. 3rd time I change my oil there. 1st time around, service was great, 85$ for a synthetic change, also received a report card on the vehicle telling me the state it is in. Wass truly happy with the experience. 2nd time I go, they tell me prior to the change that it was going to cost 120$ before the change. I explain my price for the last time, they look into it, find out that since that had the oil I needed in bulk they did not need to use individual containers and price came out to 85$ again, this time no report card, they said they were changing their billing systems, that's fine. This time around they say they don't have bulk stock so they need to use the individual units, however not to worry as the price won't be much different (they don't tell me how much this time) I am assuming maybe 10-15$ more.

Get my bill, 145$ work is done, no report card. I'm paying more and getting less. I lovey car but with dealerships like this don't think I will buy dodge again in the future. This is not an honest and fair way to treat consumers and I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like I've been taken advantage of and wanted to share my experience so others don't get the same experience.

Update:

A few hours after I posted this review I received a notification that the owner had replied. That in itself was impressive. He had apologized and wanted to make right on the situation. I was pleased to have received feedback, they went an extra mile and I got a voicemail from their team confirming that a credit would be applied to my file for the next visit. I will call them back today as I was at work when I received the call but needless to say, this was a very positive approach to a challenging situation and I am updating my rating as they took the time to acknowledge an error and made it right, which shows alot of integrity, so thank you for the follow up team Landry, I will be seeing you again afterall.

Aucun acceuil. Vendeur pas motivé. Évaluation de la valeur de revente expéditive et sans comparaison avec concurrence. Explications vagues. Peu de choix de démonstration. Pas de questions, ni de conseil. Ambiance des lieux préhistoriques. Propreté des lieux douteuse. Je ne recommande vraiment pas!

J’ai fait l’achat d’un Ram (ma compagnie) j’habite loin du dealer, j’avais été au tour de chez nous pour faire l’achat avec des mauvaises expériences. Ici c’était simple j’ai même fait l’achat par téléphone, et après j’ai allez chercher le truck, très cool.

Sur leurs site ils annoncent des choses et rendu sur place c'est autre chose!
Fausse représentation, expliqué par le propriétaire qui, soit dit en passant, te fais sentir qui n'a pas besoin de toi pour manger le soir, avec milles et un détour pour bien te faire comprendre comment il trompe les gens.génial

Pour répondre à M le propriétaire, il est très facile de se défendre en blâmant les autres.dommandons l'avis des gens.
Sur leurs site: chez Landry vous ajouter la tps et la tvq sur le montant affiché et c'est tout!
Faisons des chiffres rond: ex: le véhicule est affiché à 50 000.00 +tx = 57487.50$. Donc c'est le prix dont on s'attend à payer? !? !? !
Mais non. C'est 52 000.00$+tx=59787.00$ et ensuite il enleve 2000.00$?
La différence de taxes c'est nous qui la payons basé sur une publicité pour nous trompé!
