Ma blonde est allé faire réparer sa motoneige et c’est fait traiter comme la dernière des connes (en se fesant appeler par votre vendeur « michel » Ma belle fille). Ce même vendeur en a profité pour monter le prix de sa réparation. Je suis revenu facture en main pour clarifier la situation et je me suis fait dire avec condescendance que si elle n’était pas contente qu’elle aille voir ailleurs…. Nous suivons donc maintenant leur conseil et allons chez leur compétiteur!

Pas qualifié pour Spyder Can Am, ça vaut la peine de faire plus de kilométrage pour allez en voir un autre, en bout de ligne vous sauverez du temps et de l'argent!

So I purchased a new ski doo from them at the end of last season and have been meaning to get around to a review as I want people to know why I think they should not choose this place to do business.
The people are friendly enough however I called them up with the sled picked out and ready to make a deal. From the very beginning it seemed like they didn’t even want my money for some reason and the sales guy was not the most friendly to deal with.
The finance lady was very nice however I was told what my terms would be and low and behold when I showed up to sing the papers the terms where not the same as to what I had agreed to and what they had told me. When I later confronted them on this they didn’t really provide an answer as to why this was.
When the sales guy was loading my sled it seemed like he himself did not own one as he was going full throttle spinning a studded track on the metal floor, expecting that if he held it long enough it would somehow move.
I bought only one accessories with my sled which was a trailering cover. They had ample time and a few weeks between us making the deal and me picking it up. I drove over 3 hours to pick it up and when I got there was told they didn’t have the right one and I would have to wait for them to mail it to me and subsequently had to drive the several hours back home in the rain with a brand new sled.
I’ve purchased several toys from different dealerships and this was the worst experience out of them all.
Would not recommend.
