Endroit parfait pour une petite escapade à Montréal pour un match des Canadiens! Équipe hyper courtoise et sympathique. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, le petit déjeuner très apprécié et la piscine complète le séjour des enfants à merveille. Emplacement idéal! À quelques minutes de l’entrée de la ville et nous avons tout fait à pieds. Deuxième séjour ici pour nos petites sorties à Montréal en famille. Merci!

So yesterday my family and I stayed at this hotel, I feel i should appreciate the hotel right away, because I must say that the hotel is very convenient, location is great everything is very clean, nice breakfast, rooms are very spacious, kitchen fully equipped, last but not least very very helpful and respectful staff.

The walls are paper thin so you hear everything! But the service was super friendly and the breakfast was good with plenty of selection

Firstly, the service here was beyond incredible. Every interaction we had with the staff was excellent. We needed help with some poor planning on our part, and they went way above to help us sort things out. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here every time we visit Montreal.

The suite’s decor is a little dated, but everything is clean, organized, and spaces are well laid-out. The suites are very convenient if you need a longer stay/need kitchen access.

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance to lots of stores, restaurants, and transit. Super convenient!

Great family hotel in a good location for walking and they actually don't scoff at attempts to speak French! Polite, friendly, and caring staff, clean rooms and a nice pool. A fun reasonable place to stay in Montreal!

Les chambres sont très bien, le service aussi, mais le petit déjeuner manquait de fruits (les bananes étaient souvent très avancées) et de pain frais ou de pancakes.

Pratique, spacieuses chambres voir plutôt mini studio. La climatisation un peu vieillotte et bruyante mais c'est un très bon endroit, très bien placé pour visiter. Vous pourrez y faire laver votre linge aussi. Il y a la piscine. Hôtel très bien. Un très bon choix.

First of all, the location is excellent. Close to the metro, multiple cafes, and right in the middle of downtown.

The option of having a small kitchenette is great if you prefer to make your own food, but there are tons of eating options around if you want to eat out.

The rooms were very clean when we first arrived. Small portions of the wallpaper could stand to be touched up, but it was nothing major.

The breakfast is fine if you just need a quick bite before you go out for the day.

Our only critique would be the pillows. The bed itself was very comfortable, just the pillows in our room were lumpy and we found it tough to get them in a comfortable position.

All in all, would definitely recommend to others, and would return if we needed to come back to Montreal for anything.

Surprise fees, and awful service. I arrived with my vehicle, I asked the FD if it was ok to park in the back, and he said no. Just for an hour. Later I learned that the agent was singularing me out, because the spots just behind the building are authorized hotel parking, but he said not to me, to only park downstairs if I find a spot.

When I made my reservation the hotel wasn't charging pet fee, now they are but they didn't inform me the change until I checked in. It was thanks to a previous conversation about bringing my dogs again, that I was able to not paid this new fee, that didn't exist when I first booked. Again the agent was very like in bad mood. Telling he was doing me a favor. Sorry no favors when I booked the fee didn't exist, you can't make fees in the middle of a reservation.l, when I was quoted No Pet Fee.

I asked for a late check out and I asked, what is the fee, and I was told there is no fee until 2pm after 2 pm is half of the rate. I say ok that's good enough I just need until 1: 30. Then on the day of the check out this agent (his name something like Sch.) was very condescending and told me that check out is at noon and if I don't leave he would charge full rate.the way he talked to me was very condescending and humiliating me, even the other agent didn't want to do eye contact with me. He was very disrespectful, and very condescending he made me feel small.then every time I was passing by bringing my luggage down or going out he was staring at me, with a very threatening look, I feel worried he has access to my personal information.

This was my fifth time there, I'm ever going back, they used to have very good customer service, not anymore, specially this guy who chose the wrong career. I asked to talk to the manager and his answer was: when he arrives he'll call you I wait for his phone call the whole day before posting this review.

The breakfast is ok, bread and bagels are still but at least there are yoghurts, some fruit and coffee. Room are outdated and the utensils in the kitchen are dirty. The washroom door doesn't close properly, you really have to use force to close it. The carpet smells funny and the balconies have cigarette butts. There are homeless people camping on the side street and walking at night is creepy.

Edit to respond: please read my review thoroughly to understand the situation and the real concerns, I'm not complaining about fees, I'm complaining about been told one thing and then this Agent trying to charge me for something I was told I wouldn't be charged.eg.
* pet fees, and late check out 2pm.pet fee (comp) was confirmed by Sandra, quoting her "because you booked before we implemented the pet fee";
* late check out at 2pm by the agent who worked pm shift on saturday.he literally said 4pm might not be possible but 2pm late check out is not a problem, there is no charge.

This agent told me I couldn't park in the back of the building, then I saw plenty of cars parked there.

I didn't say racism, I said condescending and threaten staring.look at your cameras to see how he was talking to me.ask your other agent how condescending this guy was, I'm 100% I'm not the first one.

I had an amazing weekend, I'm not going back to your hotel, not worth it, this guy DIDN'T ruin my experience in Montreal, he just made me not to book at this hotel again.

Great reception! The manager greeted us at the door and was very welcoming and receptive to our questions and needs. The room was very clean, we had the suite with a queen and kitchenette. It had everything we needed. The pool was milky looking however. A sign that their is a major chemical imbalance. Smelt high in Chlorine so possibly alkalinity, pH imbalance or another issue. We like to swim at our stays but had to turn this down. That really was our only issue. The housekeeping was great. Some of the hotel’s age is showing in the hallways, peeling wallpaper and stained carpet, but all completely superficial things.

Indoor parking was quite tiny but we came early and secured a spot. I think it only fits about 8-10 cars. After that, their is some outdoor parking and you’re on your own if that’s full. All in all, we would stay here again. Great location and great pricing.

Everything you need in a great location and at a reasonable price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Un hôtel à la déco et au style un peu daté mais des chambres très grandes, très tranquilles. Un hôtel très bien placé, calme le soir et bien situé pour rayonner dans la ville

TLDR: Amazing service and hospitality. We stayed 2 weeks here with the kids while remote working, so wanted a suite with a kitchen and high speed internet. Check and check. No dropped call whatsoever and kitchen came furnished with basics. During the trip, we had an in-room incident that could have ruined the whole vacation, if not my marriage, but the hotel staff reacted promptly and resolved everything. I can’t thank them enough. We’ll be back.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter la ville, la buanderie et la piscine sont un plus.
Gros bémol sur la salle de petit déjeuner, bien trop petite pour tous les clients, pas assez de table, une vrai jungle entre 8h et 9h30.

L'emplacement est pas mal le personnel est gentil mais les chambres sont vieillottes, glauques et visiblement pas toutes neuves, un réaménagement et une modernisation des lieux s'imposent.

Basically a whole apartment with all the necessities for the price. $2 for laundry and $3 for dryer. Pool is small but nice touch. They are close and walkable to many areas. Also very walkable for the metro or bus and we were able to take a bus back to the airport from here. They can hold your bag if you check out early free of charge. Friendly staff. The only thing is the elevators take a long time to come down or up. And they have a lovely breakfast spread.

Personnel accueillant et très gentil. Notre chambre était prête à 13h au lieu de 16h et ça n'a posé aucun problème que nous puissions y accéder avant. Nos filles ont eu des p'tits cadeaux de la part des deux réceptionnistes féminines à l'accueil, nous avons trouvé cela très gentil de leur part. La piscine est un vrai plus et le petit déjeuner est basique mais fait plaisir. La dame qui débarrassait les plateaux était très aimable et souriante en revanche le monsieur pas du tout, il soupirait sans cesse devant les clients.

Had a great 5 day stay at L’Appartement. They let my adult child check in when we were late arriving, which was so helpful. The daily housekeeping was excellent- non-intrusive as we were sleeping late due to jet lag, everything perfectly supplied and clean, they even brought a rollaway bed once they noticed we were using the sofa bed as well as the main bed. The suite was spacious with a city kitchen, table for 4, separated bedroom, and balcony. Bed was comfy, sheets were cotton. AC worked great. Pool was a bit cloudy but the younger kid loved it; we loved the adjoining deck complete with herb garden! Convenient location. Decent included breakfast, though we missed it the first couple of days since it closes at 9: 30 on weekdays. The banana bread tasted homemade. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in 2 bedroom suite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh with many cold protein options to choose from as well as cereals and assortment of breads. Walking distance to everything including Metro station.

Appartement très bien équipé, confortable. Petit-déjeuner très correct.
Personnel très sympathique.
La piscine sur le toit est un plus, avec terrasse bain de soleil.
D'ailleurs j'y retourne du 14 au 18/7 pour mon prochain séjour à Montréal.

We stayed for a day at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Downtown Montreal and we had to walk only about 20-25 minutes to get to some of the tourist destinations in the City.

We really liked the room and the amenities. We had a kitchen with all the utensils, microwave, a big study table, etc. There was even a nice balcony with amazing views of the City. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also pretty good, especially the cakes.

Overall, a great experience and great value for the price we paid!

Hôtel très confortable, à proximité de lieu à visiter (à 2 pas du mont royal, 1h à pied du vieux port) et pourtant en zone très calme, parfait pour se reposer après des journées bien remplies.
De plus il semble plutôt bien desservi par les bus, le métro n'est pas très loin non plus.
On peut trouver beaucoup de restaurants à proximité.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour
