Today was my first laser hair removal session and it was AMAZING. The space was impeccable, so so clean! My esthetician was the nicest, she made me feel super comfortable and she was very knowlegeable. The whole appointment (armpits + bikini) took less than 10 minutes, I was pleasantly shocked! I am genuinely excited to go back for my next appointment:)

I had the worst experience with the customer service, i enquired service over the phone and a man was very rude with me and snappy.i did not go because i didn’t feel comfortable with my first encounter
