Bon service, les coiffeurs sont tops. Les bacs a shampoings viennent d’être changés et ils sont incroyables! Je recommande si vous cherchez un bon coiffeur a Montréal. Leur couleur sont très belles. Ils proposent aussi des services esthétique mais je n’ai pas testé.

Overall experience was amazing, to the hair wash, and the coffee. Benoît was so great and did my hair so beautiful and also made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much!

I have been seeing Danielle for years and recommend her to all of my friends…and now, to all of the internet!

Since I work in a school, I usually do more conservative during the year and do crazy things for summer. She’s done short hair, long hair, dyed me all sorts of fun colours (I think the icy blonde with purple colour melt at the roots was my favourite), and is always up for whatever. She gives my friend a killer Anna Wintour bob, and recently another friend loved Danielle’s work so much that the friend actually *cried*.

To conclude: DANIELLE Y’ALL, DANIELLE.

Also I appreciate their booking system online but it can be confusing. Just give the salon a call if you get turned around on the website, because everyone else who works there is also helpful and nice.

My boyfriend and I got haircuts together here while we were visiting Montreal for the weekend and had a great experience, Johanne was both a surgeon and a scholar with her scissors. We both changed our hairstyles quite a bit and with her advice and talent we both look stuniiinnnggg.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for curtain bangs, my bangs were crooked, one side longer than the other. The shorter side was too short (way above my eyebrows) so impossible to fix. I asked multiple times if it was too short and I was told repetitively that it was not and that when it’s “texturized” it will look right. I asked for a soft blowout and when the hairdresser grab the straightener I put an end to it and took a closer look at my bangs and realized how crooked it was i told them that this is not what I asked for. I was told “this is what curtain bangs is”. I was baffled. I asked for a different hairdresser and the owner stepped in. She told me that it will be at least 3 weeks before I can do something to “fix” it as it is too short. She also told me that she will be calling me the next day to check in and to make it right. I did not receive any calls. Definitely avoid.

I based myself on the reviews and photos I’ve seen of other people getting their nails done and I have to say I’m disappointed after being impressed. The person who did them was very nice, but the quality I received just wasn’t at all worth it for what I paid ($144-145). There are details when from far, aren’t noticeable, but from up close, are. If I had done this myself at home, I would be less or not at all upset and they’re already starting to peeI off. I received a shellac French manicure and a pedicure. My toe nails were cut way too short and I have some swelling on the sides from being nicked. I’m not happy with the turnout and will never come back.

Suite à la recommandation de ma meilleure amie, Je suis allée corriger une coupe et coloration des cheveux ratées déjà faite dans un autre salon et je suisi plus que satisfaite de service et de résultat. Vraiment merci Franchesca pour tes conseils ton professionnalisme et ta sympathie. Je recommande vivement ce salon et je resterai une cliente fidèle. Très belle équipe.
