Not told about two sets of stairs and there was a roll of toilet paper tissue with only 10 squares. Supply the room properly, please. No one at desk to ask fora Rolland only a phone number to contact. I didn't bother. Left in early morning.

Chambre pas très propre, coulisses et traînées de on ne sait quoi et trous plein les murs,
Air climatisée qui se met à couler en débile sur le plancher.
Drain de bain bouché.
Très ordinaire même pour le prix.
Je ne recommande pas.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel! L'enregistrement a été rapide et facile, et le personnel était très accueillant.

Un tat de crottes de souris au dessus d’une des armoires à l’entrée. On a quitté sur le champ et l’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous remboursé, faite attention!

If I were to give this establishment a grade it would be a B-. No pool, abandoned restaurant in the back, and cats roaming the hallways. Take business somewhere else. Dirty bathroom

Fabulous. Perfect central location to 4 different ski hills owls. Bro. Orford and sutton. Shower pressure perfect. Heat runs great. Would have heard it from the wife if it wasn't.beds incredibly comfortable. Absolutely perfect 10 day ski trip for less than 2 grand for 2 people. And hotel cowansville was a big part in that with perfect beds heat and showe pressure.well done.will be back for sure

A shining 5 stars once upon a time.down to a flickering 1 star. I did not hate it, I actually appreciated the nostalgic vibe and the beds were comfortable.

Great place great value. Stayed here for a mountain bike trip to bromont. Much cheaper than anything else. I was a bit worried with some older reviews but this hotel is certainly turning around.

Good clean sheets. The room was super clean. Slightly outdated and needs some work in the bathroom but still clean and works fine. Beds were nice and firm and comfortable. No squeaking and creaking. The minimal staff were super helpful and attentive if we texted and needed anything.

The icing on the cake was our wonderful greeter, this happy black and white cat at the front door and occasionally roaming the halls looking for a friend and some Pats.

Would stay again.

Notre chambre était très salé. Ça sentait mauvais la moisissure. Nous aurions aimé profiter l extérieur, mais seulement une chaise, et le gazon devenu du foin. Un bel endroit devenu médiocre. Désolant.

La chambre était malpropre. Pour ne pas dire dégueulasse. Pas de verre pour l'eau. Pas d'échantillons de savon etc. La porte de salle de bain se fermait seulement avec un coup d'épaule. Infiltration d'eau dans plafond de chambre
Et je pourrais continuer.

We had a last minute change of plans and decided to visit friends in the area. This hotel was perfect for our needs as a family of 6. We booked a room for 2 and a room for 4. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The staff was helpful. The wifi was reliable. The price was great! If you're looking for a basic hotel at a reasonable price, I recommend this one. We will stay again.

Dans la nuit 3ieme nuit nous avons passé, une senteur de Marijuna extrême dans le couloir du 2ieme étage. Voici les conditions que vos clients dorment. Dans la moisissures cacher par de la peinture et des coulisses de saleté! AUCUN SERVICE! Nous avons passé 4jours et aucune de ces fois la femme de ménage rentrait pour s'assurer que nous avons des serviettes ou nos poubelles étaient vide. Petit frigo ne marcher pas. Mon lait n'a même pas pu résister 2 jours. Pour 300$ 2 nuits. PERSONNE A LA RÉCEPTION. Nous avions pas eu le choix mais pour 100$ de plus je vous conseil autre chose. Pour prix, services, qualité.

Les lits étaient propres et confortables et c'était tranquille mais ça s'arrête là. L'entretien du bâtiment est totalement inexistant taches sur les murs, trou dans la porte de la salle de bain, robinets qui coulent, odeurs d'humidité dans le lounge, propreté à peine acceptable, jamais personne au comptoir, pas de cafetière dans la chambre bref propriétaires sans aucune fierté ou orgueil juste faire de l'argent sans rien entretenir sauf que se sont des asiatiques ça fait peut-être partie de leurs cultures d'être mal propres. En résumé personne dédaigneuse à proscrire c'est vraiment n'importe quoi!

Faire donner notre chambre a d'autre monde lorsqu'on est parti pour une soirées et nos sac on été déplacer sans notre consentement de plus aucunes réception de rejoingnable

Premièrement je qualifierais cet établissement de "Motel", car il ne mérite pas le terme "Hôtel". La chambre était correcte, selon le prix selon moi. Par contre, le service fût exécrable. Lors de notre réservation, nous avions reçu un courriel confirmant l'heure de départ qui devait être 12h. La journée de notre départ, une femme de chambre vînt cogner (je dirais plus "frapper fort") à notre porte à 11h15 afin de nous mentionner (je dirais plus nous "crier") que l'heure du départ est 11h. Lorsque j'ouvrais la porte et tentait de lui montrer le courriel afin de m'expliquer avec elle, la dame ne fût que hausser le ton et nous crier au visage. D'ailleurs, il y eut 2 autres épisodes semblable à celui-ci avant notre départ. Suite à ce manque de respect flagrant et de savoir-vivre, je ne recommande en aucun cas l'Hotel Cowansville.

HOTEL À ÉVITER, j'avais réservé 3 chambres pour nous et des amis. Nous avions 3 chambres sur le même étage mais à notre arrivée on entre dans notre chambre et elle n'était pas faite. On nous a donner une autre chambre (plus grande mais sur un aute plancher). Dans notre chambre le bain était sale et j'ai trouvé un savon séché dans la douche avec des poils collés dessus, yark. Notre toilette fonctionnait difficilement et elle était sur le bord de déborder. Comme le prix était très abordable nous ne nous sommes pas plaint sur le coup mais après avoir eu une facture de 23$ pour nettoyage supplémentaire et que le propriétaire n'est rien voulu savoir j'ai décidé de faire des commentaires. Un des couples avec qui nous étions a taché les draps d'une goutte de sang sur une lésion de grattage, je comprend les frais de nettoyage lorsque la situation est volantaire mais là je comprends que le propriétiare récupère pour les frais raisonnables de la chambre. Nous sommes 2 des couples à avoir communiqué avec l'hotel suite à la situation mais la conclusion a été la même, écrivez un commentaire et j'y répondrai. M.le proprio, ce ne sera pas nécessaire de le faire ça ne changera rien à notre opinion. Jamais je ne retournerai chez-vous jamais je ne recommanderai vote hotel

This hotel is better than the 5 star big chain hotels I’ve stayed in.
Looking forward to more stays in the future. Stunning, clean and comfortable hotel! Bravo to the owners who have maintained such a lovely establishment.

I booked the cheapest single room. After I got there, the boss said that a room was available to upgrade and change to a double room for free.

At first, I was hesitant to come because the hotel had such a low rating, but it was late, so I tried it out. I felt that the environment was quite good. If your wallet is a little bit tight, don't be afraid to ask for a lower price. The manager was friendly and gave me 20% off. Quite a good place to rest, and there is a large living room where you can sit and chat with friends.

The manager can consider equipping each room with a humidifier. It feels that the room is a bit dry when the heating is turned on in winter, and the rest is perfect.

The bathroom is spotless, but it feels slightly leaking. I went to the boss, and the boss helped me fix it with glass glue.

When I walked in in the middle of last night, the front desk staff gave me a discount, which was 30 Canadian dollars cheaper. Just ask the front desk if there is a discount, and you will be surprised.

Every room is equipped with a smoke detector, and maybe because it is off-season, the price is lower

I plan to stay for seven days. The manager gave me a discount, and I only need to be charged for five days.

The bedside lamp was thought to be broken at first, but then I asked the front desk staff to find out that there was a switch beside the door.

The hotel is not as unbearable as the reviews say. I stayed for two nights. And I will give the sanitation 9 out of 10. It is only that the facilities that are a bit old. Overall, the sanitation is good, and there is nothing I feel dirty, to be honest.

One of the lights in the room is not on, and the front desk staff told me that they changed the room for me, which was fine.

The room is fully equipped, with heating in winter and a refrigerator in summer, feeling comfortable living in it in every season.

I read the comments and found it a bit incomprehensible. If you are dissatisfied with the hotel’s facilities or where there is a leak or feel that the sanitation is not clean, you can request a room change at the front desk within an hour after check-in.

Worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at! Dirty doesn’t even begin to describe it. Floors not cleaned, dust everywhere in the corners of the floor, hair on bedsheets and towels. Booked for 4 people, they provided 1 set of towels and and wasn’t even attempted to be folded in a half decent way. An ugly blanket just thrown into the top of the closet…also not folded and the silicone around the tub was moulding and black in colour. When I said there was no way I was staying for the second night booked they told me they wouldn’t refund me because I would’ve had to cancel 72hrs prior to the booking time! How is anyone supposed to know that a place is that dirty when they’ve never been there? A lady in her PJ’s met us when we arrived at 11pm and no one was at the front desk even in the morning. Husband of the owner that is unable to speak English or French had to call his wife so I could speak with her over the phone. Terrible place, terrible service and no customer service at all. Total rip off and have no business being on Expedia and this will be escalated, I have stayed at much nicer hotels and cleaner for way less money. This place should be paying people to stay in a dirty and musty smelling place like that.

Came here the second time. The first time was 2 years ago.back time, it was awful. Now, it seems like every corner of the hotel get cleaned and feel very comfortable living there for 3 days. I heard this motel has gone through a hard time last year, so it takes time to recover by recruiting more people to do the job.

Just came here recently after the open of COVID-19 restricts. The hotel was good enough to have a short break for one day and night. The only thing that might be a pity which the hospitality could be a bit knotty because of language barrier, but we got translator on phone so definitely not a problem.

Endroit calme avec un gérant qui ne parle ni français ni anglais! La propreté de la chambre n’était pas super, des ampoules brulées, de la poussière par endroits, un vieux sac de chips dans le pot pour la glace, la machine a glace non fonctionnelle, la fan de la salle de bain qui envoie l’air directement dans la chambre et j’en passe. Au moins le matelas était neuf et la literie etait propre.

Only came in for gas. The clerk doesn't speak either french or english and tries to gesticulate everything. I just wanted to pump gas but had to leave without being able to do so. He couldn't understand a word I was saying. I just wanted 20$ of ordinary gas! I just went to the other gas station 1 minute away.

I understand that French and English aren't the language everyone knows but it would be a bare minimum in a retail and hotel service business.

Si je pouvais mettre moins de 1 étoile je le ferais.les photos que j'ai publiées parlent d'elles-même. De plus, on a voulu me charger 3 nuits à 99$.
