Great service! Ladies are there to help and not pushy. They listen sugest at the right moment and are there to get the right size once your trying at the fitting cabanes. Excellent service

Laura is a good place to go but today the lady working there let me arrange the pants section after looking at 2 or 3 pants because what? Because of Covid she said. I mean if you don't wanna touch the items because people are touching them then here a solution JUST DON'T WORK

Every time I go by, it seems to get better. The staff could not possibly be more friendly. Even though I don't actually shop there, they smile and I know that I would be so welcome

I never actually shopped there but I visit the mall almost every day and I always enjoy walking by this store and looking in. The customers ALWAYS seem happy and wanting to return. To me - who has been involved in sales related areas for almost 60 years, this is what we all want as consumers.

I mostly shop online, but every time I need nice tops I know I can count on Laura. They have a good selection and a lovely sales team. TATIANA is my favorite. She makes shopping so easy and pleasant with her wonderful service.

Encore une fois j'y suis allé afin d'acheter des vêtements pour ma mère qui est en perte d'autonomie. La caissière était seule au comptoir pendant que les autres commis se promenaient dans la boutique. Au bout de 10 minutes à attendre pour payer j'ai laissé le vêtement sur le comptoir et j'ai quitté. La caissière qui à mon avis me semblait être la superviseur de la boutique n'a en aucun temps demander à ses collègues de l'aider.vraiment mauvais service client! C'est terminé!

Experience that I just had to share! This nice young lady Dimitra took her time and helped me find so many things! She made me feel super comfortable in my skin and suggested things that I would never think would look nice on me. She’s incredible and so kind hearted. The store is so lovely and so well organized and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. It’s my favourite store to shop at and because of her I will be coming back and bringing everyone I know along with me! Just wanted to share some good and positive feedback because she deserves it. Was recently at one of your stores at Place Vertu and I had yet again such a wonderful experience. I had gone last year with a good friend of mine and the sales lady Dimitra was exceptional. We came in looking for a dress for my friend who had a wedding and we ended up walking out with 4 dresses, a cocktail bag and accessories! She was the sweetest and kindest young woman. I went back last week and I was thankful that I had the chance to see her again and she gave me exceptional service once again. The boss Corina was equally as sweet and I had spoken to her about Dimitra's exceptional service as well. Corina also gave me wonderful advice and was extremely helpful! I work in customer service like I told the girls and I thought that it was necessary for them to get some recognition. Retail isn't an easy job and to do it with such class and dignity is hard to find. She didn't have to stay with me and my friend the whole time but she did and she went above and beyond to help us and for that I'm forever grateful. I wanted to pass along my message as I want them to get the recognition they deserve! Cote vertu will forever be my favourite store to shop at and I've been telling everyone to go there!

I went there for the first time and saw the employees being rude to a young girl because they put on a wrong price and they accused her of doing it. The older lady was the rudest person I've ever seen in my whole life. The other employee was ''nice'' in the beginning but her attitude completely changed 2 seconds later.

I love Lauras. Their prices are very good and quality excellent. They have a petite section that's perfect!

Hello, I was at your Laura store at place vertu on Thursday looking for clothes for work etiquette and for interviews and I had such a wonderful experience! I was with a young sales girl who's name I think was Dimi because I heard them call out her name a couple of times. She was excellent and so patient with me. I am a female of plus sized clothing so its not really easy finding clothes that fit me or my pear shaped body. She took the time to help me choose several different outfits and I probably made the poor girl place so many clothes back but she was always checking in on me with a smile. I live in chateauguay so I'm not from around the area but Im so glad I checked in. I shop regularly at the regular Laura stores and I've never gotten such a great service like the one I got this time around. I rather take the trip and go visit this store at place vertu rather than go to any other stores. They all greeted me with a smile and the cashier was super sweet and kind. The boss was super nice and was just as happy as I was to have found clothes that fit me. Just to say every single one of the employees were great and so helpful. I don't normally write reviews that often but I had such a wonderful experience that I wanted to share it with everyone else. I left there feeling so much more confident in my own skin and body and I thank her for that! Wanted to show her some appreciation for her time and kindness and for everyone else that worked in that store, they're all fantastic!

I usually have a great experience at this store but I went recently there and had the worst experience ever. Sadly, my friend had the experience too, where they put the wrong price on the tag and the employee at the cash register was so rude, disrespectful and literally accused me of putting the price on it.

Had a terrible experience! Two of their employees were rude and disrespectful when I was trying to pay for my clothes.

Bonjour mon nom est Mark et j'étais à votre magasin à place vertu ce vendredi. Je faisais le tour avec ma tante et j'ai eu une expérience tellement merveilleuse. Ma tante Diane Toutant ne se sentait pas bien et les filles sont allées chercher de l'eau et elles restait autant qu'elle aille bien. Ma vendeuse s'appelait Tatiana, elle était une amour et prenait son temps avec ma tante et s'assurait qu'elle trouve tout ce qu'elle cherchait. Les deux jeunes filles à la caisse, Dimitra et Amanda, etait les plus gentilles jeunes filles. Ils ont emballé chaque article et l'ont offert dans des beaux sacs et étaient extrêmement gentils pour aider ma tante. Ils était tellement fines avec nous et c’etait grandement apprécié. Je suis un homme entouré de femmes toute ma vie, mais je voulais partager mon expérience car ces trois femmes étaient merveilleuses. Excellent service et je dirai à mes sœurs et à ma mère de venir magasiner et d’obtenir un excellent service de la part de ces filles!

I emailed customer service but I hadn’t heard anything and I wanted to spread some good news so I figured I might as well share my story here!

I was at one of your stores in Place Vertu for Black Friday and I had such a wonderful shopping experience! I know that the liquidation stores weren’t participating in Black Friday but the sale associates explained to me that they had promotional racks everywhere for each section with their new collection that was on sale. This made it a lot easier for clients like me to shop! I got excellent service from all the sale ladies and they went above and beyond to help me and make my shopping experience great. I’ve never had such great customer service before and I recommend everyone to go check out the Laura at Cote Vertu it has become my favourite place to shop! Just wanted to share my great experience I had today!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and I’m a regular shopper at one of your stores at Fairview but I recently went to the one at place Vertu and I had the most pleasant experience! The sales lady was extremely helpful and was super suggestive and the manager went above and beyond to help me and my sisters shop since we were getting things for our family abroad. The store was super clean and so organized and the two sales ladies Demitri ans tatiana were super helpful and had a lot of patience with me and helped me find what we were looking for. The manager at the store was extremely kind and super sweet to all of us and helped us as well and we’ve never been treated so well before even better at a liquidation center versus at a regular store. All this to say I will be shopping there from now on as I loved the service I got and the ambience of the store was amazing and the three women went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! They should all be recognized for their work and just wanted to pass along the message! Love your store and your quality of clothes and I will definitely be coming back!
