Less than 300 square feet for such a huge price to live in a box. How could you invite friends to visit when your bed occupies 3/4 of the space? No thank you!

Belle immeuble, propre, les commodités sont vraiment top et les réceptionnistes au niveau! Néanmoins j'habite un studio situé à côté de la chaufferie de l'immeuble inutile de vous dire que je souffre du bruit de la ventilation jour et nuit et ça bien sur la propriétaire a omis de me le signaler lors de ma visite. J'en ai discuté avec la gestion immobilière ainsi que la principale intéressée et chacun ce renvoi la balle ne souhaitant probablement pas assumer! Aucun n'a tenté de me contacter pour m'expliquer la raison de ces bruits, ni me rassurer quant à une potentielle intervention! Je paye une blinde pour habiter au final dans un réacteur d'avion. Alors la nouveauté et le modernisme OK mais encore faudrait-il que la qualité soit au rendez-vous!

Beautiful building with high quality construction and materials. Amenities are top notch and the views are to die for. You will not regret choosing a condo here!

The building is nice, but the ceilings are super thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor knocking around at all hours of the night.

At first when we purchased a unit in phase 2. We were very impressed by the location, quality of constriction and the service provided.
However as times go by, we become more and more disappointed. The condo is not yet delivered, but our floor plan has already been changed twice. At first when we signed the contract, our balcony is 92 sqft. In their first change, they reduce it to 67 sqft. We are like, well, ok, there is nothing much we can do.
HOWEVER, they changed the plan AGAIN today to make it even smaller, now 42 sqft! It is reduced to 50% of the original size. The message we were been told is: you either accept these changes, or we will be cancelling your contract.
This is some incredibly services, if you haven't signed the contract yet, stay away from them! If you are looking, forget about it. The plan you are signing today, WILL NOT be the plan which you will be seeing in the future!
