Rude, unorganized, attitude problem. I call and nobody believes in returning messages. I have to chase, chase, chase. I'm fed up. Will be changing banks soon. I have been with this bank for over 20 yrs. Only reason was because back then, it was the closest to where lived. Not satisfied at all. I heard great things about Scotia Bank and The Royal Bank.
With online banking down and ATM machine with same issue. And tellers cant provide any service with billing, this makes it awful in customer service for the Laurentian bank. I only noticed this problem September 25 but who knows how long this is going on or will go on for. This might be a red flag now for the future. With 4,5 stars out of 61 reviews, theres most definitely a problem with services
Horrible service. Don’t know how they’re still in business. My late mother had an account there and we had to set up an estate account when she died. It’s been brutal dealing them. Now we’re trying to get our money out of the account and it’s torture to get someone to get back to us to proceed with the withdrawal. It’s like they do everything they can to slow roll the process so you can’t get your money out.
I have been and still am a long-term customer. I have seen their customer service deteriorate significantly.this is the only branch close to my location and the staff offers no physical assistance.they just hand out a form and advise the customer to follow the instructions.this is unacceptable.
I am now in the process of changing banks. I can no longer travel the distance nor contend with the attitude I get when dealing with this bank.

La banque Laurentienne est complètement désuète. Impossible de faire des transactions en personne dans leur succursale. Et impossible de les rejoindre par téléphone pour vérifier leur services.
The Newman Lasalle location is the worst! Worst service! For long-term and elderly clients they get the worst treatment! Although you sign documents the bank will incessantly ask for more documents to be signed and ask for additional requirements without providing any explanation! And with each ask it just seems like nothing is ever done! Stay away from this bank! Run to somewhere else! Anywhere is better than the Laurentian Bank.
