Disorganized beyond belief and what school doesn't have a graduation ceremony. These peoole work hard, some juggling a family and/or rent. Some wanted to quit but kept going. There should be a celebration. This could be some peoples only chance to get a cap and gown. Dispicable. 0/10 would reccomend.

I got great service. The staff is very friendly. I did a facial, and I would go for it again. It was great experience.

I want to get into mechanics but I can't because I don't have the qualifications. My goal is to become a mechanic but I keep failing my math. If theirs a way to get in without my math I would be happy

The teachers appear to be 'nice, ' and that's the only good thing about it, really. Otherwise, this center is sub-par when it comes to the Hairdressing program in particular, mainly its studio and salon. For the most part, it is rundown and downright outdated. (Ouch!) Thanks, umm, but no thanks. I'll be taking the long (er) track over to Gordon Robertson Beauty Academy instead.

Like every other school or business this place has its ups and downs. However this place was more of a steady downhill than it was a great thing.

Administration pretends to care for the students when in reality they're just there to fulfill their own personal agendas. But most of that blame can be thrown on the assistant directors at both campus, so Marsha and Sulumon. They pretend to care when in reality all they do is push complaints to the side and have a complete lack of respect for their students. I cant speak for the hair dressing and aesthetics departments but i can honestly say that with 6 years in the field as a mechanic and some prior experience with welding that both of these departments are subject to serious neglect. And if anything their des Grandes Prairies campus is run more like a prison than it is a school.

Don't get me wrong there are some teachers that made everything better there, or at least worth while. So for that I have to say to Rob, Andrew, Big Nick, Nick M, Travis and John and Chris (who got fired for defending his students from administration) thank you all of you. I cant really speak for the mechanics teachers because I did my mechanics course at WICC which i firmly believe has a better program and better equipment.

If you do decide to choose this school, especially for the welding program, beware of teachers like Danny who get a hard on from getting mad at students and using the line "good luck trying to report me now that I'm course coordinator and on the governing board". You sir single handedly ruined a large chunk of my experience there and as an ex student who was overqualified and among the top of my class I can honestly say you're nothing special.

Anyways this school is nothing special. Equipment is sub-par, most of the higher ups and more focused on fulfilling their own agendas instead of being there to do their jobs, which is teaching and helping students. And finally most of their equipment is garbage. Had i known this prior to signing up I would have gone to any other school.

The worst school for mechanics. They treat you like a child. Instead of the teacher teaching mechanics. He wanted the students to wash the walls. Think twice about giving your money to this school. It's a waste of money and time
